My first time renting a scissor lift and it arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes late outside of even the 2 hour delivery window. The manager will not compensate me in the slightest amount or even give me a small credit for a future rental.

Had to drive to pick up since delivery could not be met. Then was held up picking up unit costing labor hours and told picking up machine would also be an issue.

We are very happy and satisfy with our representative Ed Barham, he goes more than the extra mile to meet our needs. No matter what time of the day or night he always answer his phone or emails. if an equipment needs maintenance or to be fix, he make it happen to have them fix or exchange if needed.

Every time I go to the landstreet location with a reservation it takes forever. Maybe hire another guy or put one of the 5 playing behind the counter outside. Reservation process is smooth yard not so much. Time is money !!
