If you have issues with a generator you better not call TAW. I had a high speed shutdown alarm going off and called TAW. They said they couldnt find an issue after messing around with the controls for a little while. the generator has worked fine since their visit but sent a bill for over $600 and said since they couldnt find an issue and couldnt tell me why the high speed shutdown alarm was continuously going off, the warranty would not cover it. Be careful of this company. I am very unhappy with the way things were handled.
