They serviced my bike very fast and didn’t try to tell me that my bike needs extra work. Very honest and professional.

I went there for second time to see if they could repair or replace my seat...I have a BMW c650gt scooter which have heated seat..front and back...the front worked but not the back part of the seat..so now theyre replacing the seat..If you wanted to buy a new BMW bike they have none only used..at least the day I was there...and that was 3 wks ago...STILL WAITINGUpdate 20 Sept 21...still my seat is not working properly even after they replace the seat.

Incredible amazing place to shop for a new motorcycle! I worked closely with Daryl Dickens in Sales and he did an amazing job. Even though, I am an out-of-state customer, he did everything to meet my needs on getting on a Triumph motorcycle. Daryl clearly understands how to professionally support a customer and does not hesitate to go beyond the normal business sales. Options for out-of-state delivery, picking up at the airport were all options considered. I can only say that Daryl is the sales rep you want to work with! I highly recommend this amazing place and in particular Daryl Dickens!

Stopped in Orlando on my way to catch the Auto Train in Samford because of an issue with the rear brake pedal. They took my bike in and took care of the problem allowing me get to the station in time to catch my train. Anthony and the entire staff are super friendly and exceeded my expectation. Wish they were closer to my home in South Florida.

Beautiful multi-line dealership with Triumph Aprilia and BMW

My first service here and it was great, the service manager was very professional and took excellent care of my baby. I was in and out in least than 2.5 hrs. I was very impressed with sales department also they took great care of me when I bought jacket. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

Surprised. I went there to purchase a BMW scooter, walked around the showroom for a good 10 minutes, and was totally ignored by the sales staff. 2 salesman were with customers, I understand that, but there were two other salesmen. One never took his eyes off his computer, the other was busy looking at his phone. I guess we didnt look the part.

There’s not any words to describe the incompetence of the people in this place ! They would have trouble running a 1 gallon lemonade stand ! Beware and use your time and effort elsewhere.
