Big store and a very friendly staff, however I had a terrible experience.An simple service on my brand new honda mower took more than 30 days to be done and they dont txt you or send you a simple e-mail to inform you that the job is done. If you have somewhere else to have your equipment fixed, dont think twice about it.

After mower shopping online, Id narrowed my choice to two models and saw Trail Saw carried both brands. I hoped to get some expert opinions and demonstration of the features I was unfamiliar with. Mike was excellent, he was knowledgeable, gave an honest opinion and even had first hand experience with one of the models. Ill definitely use Trail Saw for future purchases and maintenance.

I purchased a Kubota riding mower from this company 15 yrs ago. Presently they are doing some long needed repairs and maintenance on my machine. I have used Stihl equipment for years on my lot and love their product. I recently brought my backpack blower in for service (commercial BR 600 with less than 100 hours) because it quit running. I live in Deland, but work in Orlando. I have always used my Deland dealer for service but decided to drop it off at Trail Saw this time because it was on my way to work. After 4 days I received a call from the service department saying the unit was beyond repair and they wanted to sell me a new unit for over $500. They had a laundry list of things that needed repair. They blamed it on the gas I was using until I told him I only used non-ethanol gas with Stihl synthetic oil in all of my equipment. I picked up the blower and took it to another Stihl service center in Deland and they had it fixed for under $80 and it runs perfect. I didnt tell them about my experience with Trail Saw because I wanted an unbiased second opinion. I have never had a problem with the sales team at Trail Saw, they are very helpful and knowledgeable, but apparently thats all they are interested in is selling you new equipment. Do not take your equipment to them to be repaired, they just want your money in sales. Stihls reputation is keeping me as a customer, but I will not be giving my business to Trail Saw any more for sales or service.

Kyle in service is awesome!! Extremely trustworthy and goes out of his way to get us up and running again. He truly cares about his customers and understands the necessity for our equipment to be working properly for our business to function.

Theyre ok. Its been years since Ive brought any of my Stihl equipment here to be worked on, because I take my things to lawn repair shops that are closer to me. This one is a ways off. Brought my blower (Stihl) here recently, and they told me my carburetor is bad and needs replacing. Left it there and hadnt herard from them in about 5 to 6 days. Called and asked about my blower, and they said itd cost $130.00 to get it repaired. Hell, I can buy a new one for that price. After doing some careful research, I found another authorized Stihl dealer closer to me. Told them about my blower and their repair price was much less than this one. Brought my blower to the other dealer, now its repaired and works like a champ. New carburetor and all. If you can find better repair prices, go for it.

Absolutely fantastic place to do business. I actually drive from Daytona Beach to do business with these people. I stopped in one day and talked with one of the sales guys who was super friendly. He had a real high level of knowledge about the products. His name is Mike hes a veteran and they put the deal together for me and got one of the ladies in the office to get my finance application through the same day. Since then Ive been back a couple times to pick up chains and bars. Very happy with the Stihl saws and blower that I bought. I visited other Stihl dealers and nobody has the level of service that these people have.

Customer service is really lacking. Service it self is good, bit pricey and dont be in a hurry. I bought my unit here and been happy.

Brought my Honda generator in for a recall part replacment. It took a little more than a week which I was made aware of when I dropped it off. Finished on time, no charges no problems.

Plenty of equipment & supplies for landscaping. Stopped by to sharpen lawnmower blade only to find out its no good anymore, Sharpening is 7.50$ purchased a new one for 22.03$ out the door.

The service department here needs an education in customer service. I dont care how wonderful the service is if you cant get past the uneducated, rude staff at the desk. I googled Toro service centers in Orlando and it sent me here. When I walked in, the service rep said, we dont service commercial mowers. I told him it was a residential mower and not used for commercial. In a smart tone, he advised that it was a commercial brand. I told him I just needed the blades sharpened and oil changed along with a slow leak in my tire. Again, he says we dont service commercial mowers. I asked him where I could take it, and he told me Mainstreet mowers. I asked where they were and he told me to google it. My family has been using this facility for 25 years. I would cut my yard with scissors before I would ever take anything or purchase anything from them. And I will be sure to tell anyone who listens not to go here.

I went to Trail & Saw Mower Services. They saw my bx2230 2005 kubota and wanted 5000.00 to fix my drive line and fix my hydrostatic....back of the engine crank was not damage,just need the drive line.I said no! Don’t fix it .... I looked up on The Internet and found so many Kubota BX2230’s For $5,000.I couldn’t believe it page after page, of so many Kubota Tractors with 60” cutting deck with 750 hours, For only $5,000. I say this, when the repair labor is so high that I can buy another tractor with a 60 inch cutting deck with 750 hours on it and in better shape than mine, for $5,000.Why bother having my repaired with them when you can buy the same machine with a 60” cutting deck with low hours for same price on the Internet.I wish I could put the Internet pages on This review so I could show people how many low hours cheap kubota’s are on the market. My advice is don’t fix the one you have go buy anther cheap one with low hours on the internet. You will save huge amounts of money on the labor.The service representative team was very friendly, nice and courteous, just too expensive in terms of their labor for my wallet .

Three times they have tried to tell me that the parts were just gone and could not provide them to me. Customer service at Trail saw is the worst in Orlando! Do not throw your money away at Trail Saw & Mower!

I pulled in and stop to answer a text and to program my GPS. The next thing I heard was this woman yelling at me to leave . What if I was a customer. Is that how she going to treat me. The funny thing about all this is both my uncle have accounts there for their landscaping business. I was asked to day if I could by a grab a belt for the John deer, i drive a another 20min to go to a different store. One more thing if I was on duty, this wont have happened. Funny how people act different, when they dont know . Last point I will never give them another dime of my money, and open two accounts for my uncles today at the new place .

I bought a brand new Stihl 461 chainsaw from them,I attempted to use the saw and it locked up,I took it back and was told the clutch was bad and it was my fault. I argued the matter with the general manager, at first he told me I would have to pay for the repairs and became sarcastic, once I told him I would be giving the manufacturer a call he fixed the saw without charge.I will never purchase from them.
