It was just an amazing experience! I was getting worried because my daughter don’t want get fitting and I just meet Johanni I think she’s one of the managers. The way that she approached my daughter was just amazing, she make her feel confident and that’s something important because having a teenager 12 years old it’s not easy. I’m just so glad that I stop by Pink . She also inspire me to open the Pink Card! Thank you

Unfortunately after my fiancee came home with my gift we realized one of the items were missing. We contacted the store and they were great about taking care of the situation. I thought we’d have a hard time, but I am so satisfied how it was handled. Once we arrived the team was aware of what had happened and our item was at the counter waiting for us. Thanks so much girls.

Normal pink store bought a few things. Helpful staff. Clean.

The other day I called because I was trying to see if they had something in a larger size that I could exchange, the person on the phone said they were not sure but I could come in. So I did. Upon arriving I noticed the same lady that had been there when I had made my purchase. And she was the one person I hoped was not gonna be there when I came in to make my return. After yelling at me from across the store then trying very cornering tactics to sign up for a credit card that I said three times before that I didn’t want. Never being of help, only bothersome and anxiety provoking. I did end up finding something I wanted to exchange for On my own and as I checked out it comes to find out ; that lady is the manager !!Safe to say I will be going to aerie from now on!

I visited today while I was getting my steps in at Millennia Mall. I noticed something I wanted to buy. I proceeded to the cashier to use my gift card that I was previously issued. I received an email from the previous store stating that the gift card was converted to an e-card. I quickly noticed that it wasnt working either. I explained the situation to Laci and she tried every number she could from the email but nothing was working. She called and explained what the dilemma was and quickly had it taken care of. She was very patient and courteous. The store was packed today but she took her time and made sure I was completely satisfied. I greatly appreciate it.

Went with my daughter to buy a jacket she had seen online. They didnt have it in stock. They ordered it online at the counter and it will be sent to her house, no shopping. The staff was very helpful.
