If you need luggage while in the Orlando area this is the best place to go by far!! My wife and I were in Orlando and realized we need another piece of luggage to get all of our new items home. We were on the look out for some good luggage at a fair price for a few days with no success when we came across this place. Christina was very helpful and we found a great deal on a nice addition to our luggage set. I would highly recommend taking the time to visit this place if you are in need of luggage.

The young lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable about each piece of luggage. She took her time explaining the pros and cons of each one we asked about. The prices were lower than everywhere else we looked.

I always tend to leave this store and come back to BUY. I did the same in 2014 when i visited Disney and now in 2017 after a trip to universal. Amazing staff, but really its price that makes the decision - THEY ARE CHEAPER THAN THE OUTLET MALL Samsonite outlets. Why pay more. Buy from an authorized dealer for less. Keep up the great work

We were looking for a couple of suitcases for our 2 children and came across this gem of a place after visiting the Vineland premium outlet just down the road.Luggage Depot had a fantastic selection of luggage (better than luggage factory at the premium outlet) including all the leading brands (samsonite, antler etc) and all very competitively priced.What topped it and beat the premium outlet hands down was the excellent customer service we received from Carol. She was honest, patient and really helpful.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for suitcases and luggage!

A very good store. We compared prices with the near outlet stores and the prices here are much better. Even the amount of luggage is very good and better than in the outlet stores. I can recommend shopping new suitcases here.

Not as cheap as I expected. They do carry good brands though.Edit: after reading the response from the store I decided to expand my REVIEW. What I had not mentioned is that while I’m the store there only two staff members to assist customers. One behind the counter, who spoke no English whatsoever, and one helping customers. The one helping customers was talking to a group of 3. But she was the only possible help, I tried to ask her a few questions. She completely ignored me, even when the group of 3 were just talking amongst, she seemed to have no interest in answering my questions. So to answer your question: YES, I did try to speak with someone for more information to no avail.

My 2 luggage wheel is broken by an airline and I decided to try Luggage Depot after reviewing some good comments about this store ! It was not surprise that they have huge selections and unbelievable price. The staff was very well professional and help me to choose right luggage. Many times, some stores push me to buy higher price item but this store did not. From the earlier review, some local guide mentioned that Walmart is cheaper ! I am sorry but this person does not know anything about luggage. You have to compare apple to apple. This store have far different quality luggage and better price compare to Walmart, Target or Marshalls ! If you cant find your luggage here, I am not sure where !

My husband and I were looking for good bags at a good price. We went to different places before going to this store and the prices for the bags elsewhere were very expensive for our budget. After looking for bags in the Outlet, we ended up at Luggage Depot and I can tell you that it was the best decision.From the moment we entered the store, they welcomed us with a lot of love. We told him that we wanted something good and still a fair price. She stayed with us until closing time and helped us find the best bags for us. We bought a Samsonite suitcase and a Delsey suitcase and I can tell you that the price was cheaper than other stores. I definitely recommend this place if you want good priced suitcases.
