I recently visited Sleep Outfitters Outlet and was assisted by store Reps Jeff and Dwayne who went above and beyond to find the perfect mattress for my needs. I’ve been working in customer service for years so it’s always refreshing to meet employees to who genuinely care about their customer.

JD was simply amazing I called four different spots and he was the only one that answered in a professional matter. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. He even waited for me past business hours. Once in the store he was extremely helpful and offered me plenty of options for my sleeping style and my firmness. I left an extremely happy customer! Looking forward to my new bed! Five stars for sure!!

JB was so patient with me and focused on what I needed for my own aches. No pressure sales pitch. Only the most sincere desire to make sure the customer gets what they need with both the mattress and price. As a bonus, they let you decide if the mattress fits your needs for 125 DAYS with option to trade softer, firmer etc. I will be a repeat customer if I need another mattress in the future!

We were referred to this place by a friend with a business card that got us a free pillow for coming in. Our salesman JB was a huge help and went above and beyond with mattress testing and finding exactly what worked for our comfort needs. He dug around the warehouse to find exact what we were looking for. Great guy.Back inside when we were checking out he hooked us up with some more free pillows and took $100 off our final purchase price. Saved a ton of money going here rather than a retail spot and still got all the trimmings. We’ll be recommending to others in the future.

Came in on numerous occasions to pick out the perfect mattresses for our new home. The reason for my excessive trips is not due to them, but my familys inability to pick a mattress. But I digress! JB was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and the specials for each product. He pulled every mattress and afforded us the ability to test them all out, even when we arrived 15 mins before closing on one evening. I was able to purchase 2 amazing mattress sets, picked a date that worked for me, changed that date 2 weeks later, and JB handled all the indecision with poise and grace. The customer service is impeccable and the selection of mattresses is amazing. You should come down, buy a mattress, or 6, and enjoy the experience. Wear comfortable shoes, the warehouse is gigantic. Tell JB I sent you. No really. Tell him. Maybe I can get a better deal on my next mattress purchase in 10 years or so.

Let tell you guys about Mr.JB he has what you call Customer service, he has patients and knowledge .I was lost couldn’t find the store was ready to leave I call the store he pick up the phone around 5:59pm asking him if they open for weekends because it’s 1 minute to 6pm I was in front of the store .... If you are reading this then you are wasting time grab your keys and go get that mattress. Dont even have to bring a truck take it home the same day. JB ties down the mattress and secures it so well that you are confident with driving it back home!

I received top and most professional customer service from JV...He went above and beyond to ensure that I was absolutely happy with my purchase from the moment I initially called the store to the time my bed was delivered. My friend referred me to this place after she visited the Longwood location. Today I went to the Orlando location to purchase my bed. It was a little hard to find, so I called them up and the salesman walked outside for me and flagged me down (it was at the end of the parking lot). I was helped by Jeff Bastein aka JB! I told him how I’ve been in a lot of pain lately because of my cheap foam mattress, and as picky as I was, we ended up finding the perfect mattress for me. He even took me out to the warehouse to try a couple more out that weren’t on the sales floor. I upgraded to a queen size bed. JB got me a bundle deal which included a mattress protector, three brand new pillows, one of them was a neck pillow, pillow protectors, and I even got an adjustable base! Oh and my friend that referred me also got a free pillow. JB was an amazing sales person, no pressure at all, and he makes sure that you get what you need. I got an awesome deal and I cannot wait for my delivery tomorrow. Thanks BC Mattress, I’m so excited!!!

Went to BMC looking for a king mattress, I didn’t know much about mattresses i just knew that i need it a confortable mattress at a good price.
