Unless you have an older bike you dont care about and have money to burn do not use this shop. I brought a new Indian Scout for simple part installation, he told me he never worked on Indian before but shouldnt be a problem. I get the bike after a week to put the new parts on and everything seemed fine. Well when he put on the power commander and air box he stretched the wires out so much they popped. Had it towed to Indian and they told me whoever installed the parts messed up and that is why they broke. I called the shop, complete denial of fault even though only one person ever was inside the bike. So now Im out another $200 on top of the $600 paid for this service. Moral of the story is unless its an older bike you dont care about I do not recommend this shop, just pay for the dealer to do everything it will cost the same in the long run. The reason this is not one star is because he at least installed some handle bars without failure, yet.

Cycle Performance is a great shop to have your stuff work.

Took my bike here to get my carburetors cleaned. After a couple of days and a couple hundred dollars later the bike was running. Well less than a year later i had the same problem this time another mechanic worked on the carbs and when he took them out he calls me to tell me if i was sure someone had worked on the carbs bwfore and i tell him yes his answer was These carburetors have never been off the bike before apparently a can of seafoam left in the carbs for a while is what so called mechanics do and charge you hundreds of dollars for it. I paid to get my carbs rebuilt not for something i could have done myself for less than $20.If i was you reconsider before you give this place any business because most likely you will get ripped off like i did.
