Its a nice Harley-Davidson clothing store. The young lady there was very nice and helpful.

On vacation with my family and decided to walk in the store to buy a new hat. Store worker Pedro immediately started staring at my wife and kid. I kindly asked how he was doing and he didn’t reply back. Instead he continually starred my wife and kid down making them uncomfortable. I walked them out of the store and went back inside to buy the hat. As soon as I walked in, Store worker Pedro immediately started watching me as I picked up the hat. I went to the counter to pay and he came up to the counter to scan the hat. I then confronted Pedro about why he continually starred at my family and not once asked us if we needed help finding anything or just said a simple hello. Pedro brushed off the question to tell me how much the hat was. I asked him my question again to which he didn’t answer. Pedro was very unprofessional and made my kid and wife very uncomfortable. Definitely will not return and hope management hears about this guy.

Sofia was not only extremely helpful, but so friendly. From the moment my group walked in we were treated wonderfully, and were helped with every qualm we had! The staff here is the best!

Every single employee in this location was amazingly helpful, especially Sofia. As soon as we walked in the door, she greeted us and engaged us in conversation, found out our lowkey vague idea of what we wanted, and found EXACTLY what we were looking for within moments. She also stopped to make sure she could ring us up, and then took a picture with us (another employee took it for us and he made sure to tell me to shout him out too but I didn’t get his name, oops) in front of the bike. She and everyone else were so helpful, kind, and made our night!

I used to buy here but without a freaking mask, I could even go in the store. Every HD owner should stay AWAY from this place and not give them a dime of sales. Maybe HDMC would get smart and close the store and taken some revenue from the Socialist and liberal organization that is Disney. Used to be a great place, but now Disney had no 2D Amendment protection because you walk through a metal detector to get in then every store has a mask policy from Disney. STAY AWAY and put them out of business!!!!!!

This is their new location the former one over by Starbucks was a lot bigger and had a cool TV screen showing motorcycles and what have you. This one’s a lot smaller and feels more like a street with merchandise on the left and right side. Nice place to stop by and check out the merchandise. Staff was very friendly and was laid out nice. it’s Harley Davison‘s so the stuff is already overpriced (hence 4 stars) and number two it’s downtown Disney so it makes it even more expensive.There are no motorcycles for sale just two on display that you can take pictures on. if you’re looking to buy a bike you have to go to an actual Harley dealership this is like the former store, merchandise only.

I love to buy my t-shirts and accessories here! My family and I are always very well received, making us feel at home. Thank you all for the great service.

Sadly onky one bike to look at here but the other shops around Orlando and Kissimmee will sate that hunger.Have been to the showroom off Irlo Bronson before to look at the bikes.Of course I bought the obligatory t-shirt although as a Triumph Rocket III owner I wont wear it on a bike outing!!

They may not sell motorcycles at this location but they have apparel and more. This visit we bought some holiday shirts and a leather jacket for my daughter. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had the pleasure of shopping at the Disney Springs store while on a trip to Disney World.All of the staff were friendly & helpful with my purchases. However, it was after I returned home that I was totally wowed by your staff!I purchased the wrong size shirts & called to see what I could do.( the ones I purchased were only available in the Orlando stores). Stefanie was sooo kind & helpful as she instructed me on how to mail them back. She even went out on the floor & pulled the correct size of shirts for me to have them ready when my package arrived. One week from the day that I mailed them back, I received the correct size shirts in the mail! Thanks so much for going above & beyond to help me out!!

Was in there with my family around 10:15 this morning. We were the only guests there and had to listen to the white male worker complain to his female coworker about how he didn’t think he would get a promotion (or some other job) because the person going up against him was a female minority. He has “no boxes to check” because he is a white male. He said diversity is great except it hurts him because no one wants white males anymore. It saddens me to hear that anyone has this attitude at all, but especially disappointing to hear it expressed so freely in front of customers.

Andres was AMAZING...he took the time to find several shirts that I knew I could take home to my HD loving uncle that he would absolutely love.

Not as many options in apperal with the Orlando info on them and the worst customer service from reps that disappear to finish personal conversations before asking if they could help us further. A sales rep named Miranda actually got an attitude when my children and I asked for help in shirt sizes. Worst customer service in any Harley store Ive ever been to across the nation.

Trash employees/ managers. You will not get customer service you will get ignored and they dont keep sizes stocked.

Awesome little no-bikes-for-sale souvenir shop. Huge offering of pins, tshirts, luggage (for some reason), and hats. They do have a few bikes you can sit on and get a photo.

Not a true dealership, no bikes or accessories. However a large selection of clothing and gifts. Prices for clothes were in line with dealer prices, large helpful staff. Store was very crowded with sightseers and window shoppers.

M. Garcia offered TERRIBLE customer service. Very rude. Store was not very crowed upon our visit on Monday 9/5 late afternoon. One employee told us of the sale on 25% off a second shirt included ALL Orlando themed HD shirts. We get to the cash register and Ms. Garcia would not honor the discount on two tank shirts. Never bothered to ask if the other employee told us that. We DID buy the shirts as gifts and she had a smirk on her face the entire time knowing we were aggravated. Never thanked us, apologized for the other employees mistake. Snotty young lady. We wont return!

Rude me and my family travel a lot my girls grew up in a sidecar they collect dealer key chains the ones you get when you buy a bike they have over 130 from visiting hd dealers when they asked a sales person for 2 they said they didnt have any pointed them to motorclothes you know the 10$ chains I dont want anything free but but when you buy 4 t shirts at 30 $ or more a pop I think they could give a couple key chains that are 10 cents wholesale needless to say they they lost a good sale for 20 cents oh some of their bikes had key chains hanging from the ignition switch dont like to be lied too

A couple bikes to sit on... But mostly clothing and other Harley swag. Seems to lean toward the more touristy type. Fourth of july chips... And only the package has anything to do w 4th of july. Tad high pricewise.

Clean, okay selection of shirts not the biggest Harley-Davidson Ive been in four choices. Its just a place to pick up stuff for tourists. I was hoping there were harleys to look at.

Nice location, but you cant actually buy bikes here or parts. Its only the gift shop portion of Orlando Harley Davidson.

I love harley Davidson and try to go to the dealer or store in every city o highway I found a stires. The local its good and have good stuff but the prices are to high in comparation with other stores. Fur example in the garden ghomo the difference its around 50%. And with the wall plates the same. I know maybe the place have a lot of tourist but for by ethic increase the price in this way

Two Harleys you can try to sit on. Wide variety of Harley trademarked products from tshirts and jackets through car, truck and motorcycle models down to dog toys. This shop is on the corner and probably the first you spot and visit after you get out of garages.

I havent been to Disney springs in a while and I was surprised to find that Orlando Harley moved...and to a smaller store no less! I was very disappointed after walking in and seeing how small the store was. It doesnt seem to have as mush as the original store. I didnt stay long...one loop around the store and out. Took about 3 minutes.

Prices are over MSRP? Overpriced. Suggested retail is the most you should charge or less? If MSRP is 39.99 why are you charging 49.99?

It was an excellent experience the products are of good quality and not found everywhere. So when buying a product in this store you have a certain exclusivity when buying them. I did not know that they had changed location since, when I arrived at Disney Springs, it was the first store where many people went to buy and take photos on motorboats. That disappointed me a bit because I thought the store had closed and I couldnt find any signs or directions to indicate its new location. Otherwise, the store is always neat and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful.

It was a very pleasant visit and purchase, an employee named Anna treated us very kind and smiling helped us with our selection I will return in my next visit the excellent products very good quality and variety of options, I recommend them

Buy a jacket and be totally satisfied, good treatment and excellent place, the only thing is that the sizes are usually for very large people, from then on all very good, recommended.
