This company is horrible. They have no real management, and they are more expensive than competitors like SAXON and RICOH. They are unethical. I used them for 12 years, and they changed once purchase by Staples. They refused to repair equipment under contract because they said they cant get parts that any other local company could get parts for. What are you paying them for?

First impressions matter and the customer service by this Orlando locations receptionist is lacking and needs improvement. I would say; however, that Ive always had a positive experience with the service / supplies customer service via telephone.
