I am so glad I called this morning. Our business needed receipt paper in a pinch, as our order was delayed from another company and they were very accommodating. First class customer service! I called Florida Bancorp in hopes that they would be able to help me out of a tight situation. We were completely out of register tape and even our hidden rolls were used and it was 5 minutes till we opened our doors for the days business.Not only were they willing to deliver to me today in such short notice, but, they knew our desperate situation and Beth hopped in her car and delivered us our order!Thank you so much for your great response and we appreciate that there are still companies, such as yours, who havent forgotten what customer service is all about!
