I came in Thursday 9/23 to have my fingerprints taken for a new License. I have been in the Customer service industry all on my life and like to acknowledge people when they provide Great Customer Service Kavon helped me and was Great the store was very busy but that didnt shake him. He was super pleasant and informative during the process. At the end although he had a mask on i could tell he was smiling when he thanked me for coming in and said Have a Great Day. He is a great employee and I wanted him to know i appreciated him.
I stood in line patiently behind two guys mailing several packages. When they were finished and walked away I stepped up and handed my package to the clerk. At the same time the woman behind me threw her package on the counter and announced to everyone in earshot that she didnt need a receipt. The clerk then did the most illogical thing possible and picked up the impatient ladies package and started to process it. I guess the way to jump the line at this UPS store is to throw your package at the clerk and scream in a shrill voice that you dont need a receipt.
I went in to send a return package. The company emailed me the label. I went in and they tried to charge me about $3 to print the label. $3! An entire pack of paper isnt $3. The other ups stores are nice enough to print it for you. Ill never go to this store again as long as I live. I drove 2 miles to go to the store on Colonial instead.
Amazon had sent me the wrong item, and I needed to return it.The moment I walked in to this store, I was quickly greeted. And I was happy to see everyone wearing a mask.My experience was extremely fast! I needed to tape the package back up, but they were happy to do that for me. They scanned the code they needed for the return, took my box, and that was it!Fast and efficient service!
I’ve always had such a wonderful and welcome experience with the staff at this location. Whether it’s shipping or printing services for my small business, they are fantastic to work with and provide quality services! Highly recommend!
A couple days ago, I went to this store to ship an item out and I was greeted so very nicely by the employees there. They gave me the best customer service and affordable prices. This will always be my go to store whenever I need packages to send. Thank you to everyone who works there!😁
I dropped off a bicycle for return to Wal-Mart, I thought the return label said UPS.... at the store they showed me it was actually USPS. They also said they could take it, but couldnt give me a receipt because only USPS could do that scan. They assured me theyd give it to USPS. The return was credited to my account a few days later. This UPS store went above the call of duty. I appreciate the efficient kind service with a smile. Ill be mailing my holiday packages from this store! Thanks, Alexis!
Had payment issues in their store and they prepped my package and never called me back for payment now my package is just sitting there and didnt get shipped for another 24 hours. I called made payment and was told eh sorry no one took payment from you and my package will be arriving late.. terrible customer service.

I went to this ups store and received amazing customer service. I was not sure how to return my package and the assistant manager sherly helped me with everything. Will definitely be returning to this store in the future.
Good home town feel. Always helpful. However change your google hours of operation please. You open at 0900 not 0830.
I was going to mail out a few packages here, but the fact that no other customers were wearing masks in the store had second guessing. The only people that were wearing masks were the employees. There are NO SIGNS even though its a Orange County executive order to wear masks. I was able to google another UPS store and go there where they made everyone wear a mask. Thumbs down to this store. The only positive about this post would be the manager in the store Sherly who was very apologetic about the situation. Great job to her only.

I had a difficult package to ship and Will made is easy and took control of the packaging and getting it ready to send. That was my first time at that location but because of Wills expertise and excellent customer service, I will continue to go to that location!
This UPS Store is awesome. I am a small business owner and have rented a mailbox at this location since 2012. The staff is great....always professional and polite. I highly recommend this store to anyone.
It took them forever to come out to the counter and service me. I had to call out to them 3x and after some time they FINALLY came out. Once they were able to provide me with service all was well, they were respectful, courteous, and apologetic. All in all the visit turned out fine.
The employee was super nice and I didnt have any issues getting my package sent out.
I drop a lot of packets off here and never had any issues. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful as well. My only gripe is the cost of printing, it does not cost as much as you are charging. Kind of a rip off especially if you need to use the computer briefly! It’s 2019, not 1995!
The female manager is very rude. She tried to charge me an extra $100 to ship my package, not knowing that her employee gave me an estimate earlier that day. Everyone else is extremely nice, even her sister lol.

Pretty reliable, staff has always been kind. The prices are outrageous ($12.00 to ship a 1lb t-shirt on the slowest time frame they offer ), but its a convenient location.

Absolutely shameful place. The owner chooses to charge almost $3 for one sheet of paper to be printed. FedEx is .60 CENTS! Other UPS also charges only cents vs this place. Rip off and down right ridiculous. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere like I did. FedEx is ten times better and doesn’t suffer from greed.
I had a QR code from Amazon but it expired so amazon sent me a print the label email. UPS sent me away not allowing me to return my package because I did not have 72 cents. I asked for them to help me out so I don’t have to drive back across town but apparently they need three quarters more than my future business ever again.
Fantastic customer service! Came in w/an amazon return. Box untaped and unlabeled; the lady at the counter offered to package the items up for me so I could be in and out.

I was in the store yesterday (12/23/2013) and it was hopping, coming up to Christmas. The young guy working there was extremely professional and capable, helping me send an envelope priority to Seattle. The line moved quickly; he was very efficient and helpful. Thanks, UPS!

It is only right for to recognize Henry for going beyond his duty. Just moments ago I arrived at here to have two very important packages delivered. Although I arrived after hours and the door was locked Henry still served me.July 2017 my CDL Class A were reduced to a Class E license by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration because I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. I am returning my much needed CPAP which I need to be in compliance with the FMCSA so I can get my CDL back. Every day matter. Now that I am returning this device 30 days of usage is altered and Henry helped me greatly to save me at least a day.Thank you Henry for helping me tonight. Gods grace is ssufficient!Kevin L. This UPS location stole a phone I was shipping to my mom and gave me the hardest time when I requested to file a claim. I had to threaten to get local law enforcement involved because they refused to assist me. They were also very nasty to my husband! Ill use USPS from now on!
Ive had a box at this store for over a year, but just started using it. In the last two weeks, I have gotten someone elses mail twice because the mail slips down of the boxes. I had a client mail me a check on 04/03 with a delivery of 04/07, but nothing in my box as of 04/18. Im guessing that it was either lost at the UPS store or it slipped into someone elses box, like the mail Ive gotten in my box. I called to discuss the issue with them, but their attitude was Oh, its probably lost by the postal service. Not a good attitude when youre talking about a check from a client. Needless to say, Im closing this box and will use a different address for the future. There is no point in having a box if Im not getting my mail.

I sent a package on thurs, got the same shipment on Saturday at my house. I don’t know what happened to the return label I taped on the box. I tracked my return label and it’s supposed to be on its way back to Louisville where it’s supposed to be heading! 😞
You dont call clients when you are going to their homes, they are not home to recieve the package then you send it back!!!! 😡😡
