I am not one to write reviews, but my experience at Redi to Pedi Pro Scooters was one of the best I have had. We are originally from California and were in the Orlando area. Visiting the store was one of the things my son really wanted to do. The day we were going to visit, we also made other stops and lost track of time. By the time we looked, the store was already closed, my son was bummed. We drove to the store to see it from the outside, while there, my son called but no answer. He decided to call a second time, and thankfully the owner answered. He told her what was going on, and she was kind enough to go back to the store and open it so he could see it. She took her time answering all of his questions and gave him so many tips on what to buy. She was patient with him and helped him with t-bars. The ones we originally were going to purchase did not fit, and but we found others, we were unsure if the wheel was going to fit. She went through the trouble of building it to see if the wheel would work. It was late on a Friday night, and I know she must have been tired but took her time with us. This was the highlight of our time in Orlando- my son felt so special and happy; she really made his day!. The store has so much inventory and great prices. I would recommend this place hand down.

Best scooter place ever

Rude women behind plexi glass screen kicked me out of the store, I was the only patron at the time, because I didnt have a mask. She would only sell me a disposable for a dollar. I can find over priced scooter accessories somewhere else.

First time being here. Bought 3 scooters, 2 H5Gs and one Lucky. Selection was amazing for parts but in complete in stock not so much. Did find 3 that we like considering. Staff was nice and friendly.

My son bought some bars online for his scooter from another company and needed a new clamp so we came here to fine one. The bars he ordered didnt fit properly and the lady here worked with him for nearly an hour to make it work. She was super helpful really impressed us with how much effort she put in to making sure we got his scooter put back together. Thanks to her we didnt have to spend a lot more money on a new fork etc. Well worth the long drive to get there!!

Palmer loves his Envy Prodigy Candy Paint Scooter. They are very knowledgeable, my only suggestion for improvement would be to maybe be a bit more personable with kids just getting started, so they can feel confident to ask any questions. And even though $200-300 might be entry level on a scooter, its still a chunk of change, so just making everyone feel comfortable to ask questions and discuss products is going to ensure longterm customers as opposed to one time shoppers.

Its was a very hot day and we did not want to walk to the orlando convention therefore we used a bike taxi .These two hard working guys Juan and Dan made our day because they got us to the convention faster then we thought. They made our first pedicab experience worth the price. We will definitely try them again and the boss should give them something extra for the hard work they do in the hot sun... Thank you guys.

Had an issue with the brake cables on a medical knee scooter while at a conference. Katherine was very friendly and only a short walk away. Im honestly very shocked over some of these reviews, but having a small business myself i know you cant satisfy everyone.. and Honestly i dont even know if some of these reviews are valid. However me and my sons experience was very pleasant here. The lady was super nice and informative and knew her stuff when it came to scooters. She also took her time and installed the new items that my son purchased in store, and told us about certain events that were taking place this week and invited us to join. We will definitely be back. Parts were affordable and my son left super happy.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. When we walked in there were only 4 scooter completes. When the girl asked if we need help my dad said yah, we have a couple of questions and then she went without saying a word to help someone else. So I went to pick up a scooter on the ground and she ran over to take it away from me even though another kid did it and didnt get yelled that. She said you might brake it by picking it up and feeling how light it was...? The worker was rude and was no help for me wanting to know what size I need. All around NEVER going there again.

Went to pick up the Envy Prodigy S5 scooter for our son for Christmas. Online store priced at $199.99, called to verify before I drove all the way from Lakeland... $199.99 and EVEN invoiced for $199.99!!!! We got to the store to pick it up and as we are paying she said well its a hot item this year so Im going up on the price to $230! Thats not what we discussed and not what they were advertised for. Meanwhile there was 5 others sitting that customers had already paid for, we asked how much they paid and she stated all different prices. Very very dishonest business and Ill never be back to do business. Its not even about the money issue, its about conducting good business and not ripping your customers off. I hope hard working people like myself and my husband will read these reviews before purchasing an item from a business that steals money!

Me and 3 friends went because one of them needed new wheels, i went to get a sticker and she rushed me because She needed to work on customs like honestly that is bad customer support and will definitely not be going back there again to get scooter parts. We were not messing around at all we were sitting down on our phones.

Opens at 1pm? There are 12 people here waiting. Sign says open... Called the number on the door, told the owner it was inconvenient due to the fact we drove from St. Petersburg. She stated well its an inconvenience to me that I have to pick up supplies. AN HOUR & A HALF away! If we leave we would have to pay the parking garage AGAIN! We asked about maybe a discount for these shannigans... How thoughtful of her!!!

We have recently purchased two scooters from this company. We didnt know much about them so we thought we could rely on some customer service. That was definitely the wrong thing to do. They told us to buy these two scooters and that they were some of the best scooters in the industry. After ordering we looked around on the internet to find the reviews on these scooters were less than 3 stars. So when we got them the company shipping was horrible, the griptape had no backing on it so now that doesnt stick, the headset was junk after riding three day they got very tight. then we go to try and return the scooters and the policy is that you cant return them after you open the package. Just so if they send junk scooters like they did to us then they have your money for good. I highly recommend anyone buying a scooter, DO NOT buy from this company.

I honestly just had one of the worst experiences dealing with the lady sales rep or whoever is behind answering their office phone. I inquired about different scooters they had and her entire response was rude and short to get me off the phone. Conversation barely lasted 3 minutes so for that fact i wouldnt recommend shopping hete.If my money isnt good enough to ask basic questions why should i shop here?

Great place to work if your into scooters

Jay Ruth and Aidan Wallaker, are you sure you are not the Redi to Pedi lady? How could you write a good review about them? Because the store has the worst service known to man. They never have any good parts in stock, which is very bad for families that do not know much about scooters. For example, at one point recently, they only had the 4 years old MGP kick scooter for MGP. MGP had released more than 5 new models since that scooter, yet they were not in stock. They also have old plastic core wheels that will break in a matter of weeks. And Redi to Pedis return policy is awful. None of the employees know how to put scooters together properly. One person put my scooter together, and it had headset and clamp problems for two months. I went back, and they said that the parts they gave me were perfectly fine. I had to pay for new parts. My friends wheel was very messed up until he fixed it HIMSELF. Also, the workers are not there during their hours that are posted online. I went at 1:00 when they opened, but they did not show up until 2:00. They always say the MGP and Lucky Scooter parts are the best. Do not be fooled; they have cheap bad scooter and EXTREMELY expensive decent scooters. The service is very bad because they always want you to get out of the store; this is because they do not get very many customers (I wonder why). They get mad if you stay for longer than they want you to. I would just order parts online from a place like The Vault Pro Scooters or The Scooter Farm. They are trustworthy and have many more parts. Please do not go here, even though it is the only scooter shop in central Florida.

Terrible customer service, the person who works there have absolute no idea of scooters and try to make u buy stuff u dont want and if u show her something she will tell u its not ur size while riding has no size but only preference, she said my 21 x 20 bars for scooter is for 8 years old... while i have friends riding 20 x 19... she has no experience and will wash your brain just to sell you terrible expensive stuff... she is not fit for her job...
