He is extremely thorough to make sure everything is done right. He has walked me through the whole process of what is needed and never has any hidden items or extra charges for his work. I think were up to 5 watercraft purchases from SUP and Skiff, with countless numbers of accessories. This place is a must if youre looking for capable gear that will last you for years.

Hands down world class customer service. Called and spoke with Joel on Saturday 10 min before closing about purchasing a board. He politely explained the board I was after was probably not the best fit for my intended application. He then proceeded to suggest another option. Followed with a text of product information, an informative video on the suggested board and photos of the color options he had in stock currently. The following morning he personally delivered the two large boards to my home ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND at no additional cost. I have never been on a paddle board but I couldn’t be happier with his suggestions. I have yet to visit the physical store location but these guys have a customer for life. If only all businesses operated with such pride for service. 10 stars if I could.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable about a vast array of products they carry and don’t try to up sell you on items that you may not need. I do not feel pressured to buy anything any of the times I have been at the shop. It’s a friendly atmosphere, the shop is involved in community events and they are willing to go the extra mile for past, present and future customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for any of the items they carry.

We went in a few months ago to look at boards..Joel was super nice and knowledgeable and has a great selection of boards, coolers, sun clothes..anything you need for a good day on the water.We ended up going back to get the L2 and paddle..very happy with it and highly recommend this shop.No pressure at all to buy and he knows pretty much every answer to your questions.

Joel took care of everything I needed. He was very informative and even let me test out some boards. I saved up some money and came back a few months later with a nice down payment and took advantage of the 0% 18 month financing and have a very affordable payment.

Not the best experience. After buying paddle board that busted at seam, was not given any help to go through warranty process with BOTE and communication want great b/w manufacturer and dealer. Joel did try to help put me in touch with someone who offers repair. Overall more of a negative review on BOTE. Owner should push customers toward less costly and better made products in my opinion.

The owner was knowledgeable and up front about all of his boards. He made solid recommendations about everything from board types, accessories and financing. Well be back next week to pick up our boards

My wife and I are new to paddle boarding and had a lot of questions. Joel was very helpful and knowledgeable. He advised us on which size boards and equipment would work best for us. He was amazing. We got our new boards home and took them out the first day. We enjoyed the sunset on the lake and look forward to many more trips.

I arrived at SUP and Skiff showroom and was greeted by the very friendly owner, Joel. I was so excited to see that the Bote board I was after was in stock and was more beautiful than the online photos. Joel was very eager to answer my questions and extremely knowledgeable about the board and the many accessories.
