Friendly customer service. But, they are not shipping experts. You must know the laws on shipping firearms and ammunition. These must go to a UPS or FedEx shipping center. They can not be shipped by Pakmail. Firearms and ammunition can not be shipped by USPS. Ammunition must have ORMD stickers on it.

Got spam mail from somewhere that had this address on the email. It said that I won a free Dynson vacuum.They spelled Dyson wrong, the links sent me to an extremely sketchy website, and the reviews here are further confirming my hunch that something sketchy is happening at that place.

They provide private mailbox service via PostScan Mail, but unfortunately don’t understand the concept of it. I came to pick up my mail and after returning to my car I realized that I didn’t get everything. So had to come back twice to get my stuff and the store owner started arguing with me instead of apologizing or at least say nothing at all.

Something very Fishy about this place, receiving spam emails from this place for free this and free that. All scam emails, Im from N.B. Canada. May not be this place but the reviews dont help about its consistency.

Shipped a computer thru this place, the owner was more interested in telling me about how he sells all the things in his store room on amazon than he was with listening to what I had said. The computer arrived wrapped in bubble wrap with nothing packed inside of it, parts had rattled loose and caused heavy damage. I had asked for and paid for insurance on the package, but the store owners response was to make a claim with FedEx who he shipped thru, in 3 months since Ive heard nothing. Now Im left with over a thousand dollars in damaged computer parts on top of the 400 dollars I spent to ship the thing and no course of action because pakmail is independent franchises and take no responsibility for the store or the damages his negligence caused.

Ive been coming here for years to ship and pickup packages. Great customer service!

Every time I go there its always open. Always very polite. Got to talk to him, he told me hes the only one running the store. No employees. So give him a break. He will always have my business.

If youre dropping off a uhaul truck here after hours, go behind the shopping center and the box is on a door. Theres not explanation of this, and even the uhaul customer support had no idea what to do. Put a sign in front of your store if youre going to accept uhauls!

This place is absolutely terrible, poorly run and absolutely no idea what they are doing. Dont use this place unless your dropping of trash, because this place is a dump.

They specifically say on the receipt that they are not held liable for any lost packages once you drop it off to them. Isnt there a reason why we ask for a receipt and proof of dropoff? To hold them responsible if something happens with the item? Theyre obviously the middle party between the customer and shipment company and should be held liable since they are in possession of the package.They say that youre only dropping off for convenience which is ridiculous. This allows them to get away with any lost packages and shifts any blame to the actual carriers.I dropped off here once because it was closer than heading to a FedEx facility but will no longer do so with this kind of clause in their policy.Mad shady business. Do yourself a favor and just drive the extra mile to a Walgreens to drop off FedEx packages or go straight to an authorized retailer.

I will never be back to this business the owner was very rude and didnt want to provide me with a receipt for a return I was trying to do for all your ups or fedex mail do NOT go here you will be disappointed

It is 9:15 am and myself and another lady sitting here in the parking lot waiting for someone to open the door.... The sign says 9 am.... Poorly run location.

Be prepared to pay a little more than usual and location always seems to be closed on Saturdays despite their website and door signs showing open until 2pm. Lies!

Arrived at 1:45pm on a Saturday and they were already closed 😑
