Employees hide highly sought after goods so that off Employees and friend or family may get it.Maneger gives it the blind pass every time. Off employee harasst people in line as well of a poor representation of company values. and perfect example of what is favoritism in the work place. Policy says you cant hold Dunn or any other goods, does fellow employees hideing it for you fall into a gray area of employee conduct or policy?

Can always get stuck in here. Very clean and organized. Definitely spend hours in here!!

This store is impossible to shop. The aisles are so crowded with merchandise in temporary bins that if a customer approaches you in the opposite direction with a shopping cart, you are forced to stop what you are looking at and make way for the approaching customer to pass. I do not know how this store passes fire code inspections.

Seriously they have everything for your home. Kitchen ware, home decor, bathroom needs, carpets & mats, frames & art, floral pieces, vases, furniture, and sooo much more. If you need to they are very nice about returns/exchanges. Theres a pretty good selection for each different price range. Budget friendly to more expensive pieces. Its sort of similar to Marshalls or TJ MAXX but bigger and more full..

I always walk out of here with something great! They are trying very hard to keep the customers safety in mind during Covid, but the directional floor markings are just confusing and impossible to actually use.

Always packed with things you dont see elsewhere but limited in quantity. If you see it buy it. Store is clean and the staff are friendly.

This store is my kryptonite. I have little to no self control in this store. I have to bring my husband along to talk sense into me. Id say about 85% of my homes decorations and essentials are from here. Saved my bank account at times for sure. Its not always a hit (thankfully) but sometimes, it is out of the park. Its good to come back at least once a week to see what new is in. Ive never had problems with the associates, theyre helpful when you need it.

Never been here before and I was just looking around. I really like it! Store is really clean and so is everything on display. They have some things hear that you might not find in a typical store. All kinds of thanks to Accent your home. Very very nice.

I got four beautiful pillows for my husbands bulky couch to add a touch of femininity. I needed five pillows, they were one short. I bought them anyways since they would go well with the sectional and were really quite stunning. I figured they would have the one at their other store, so I called the store across town. The woman on the phone was very polite, and checked and found they didnt have the pillow on the floor to complete my ensemble. She said they bring new shipments every week, and to check back next week, they might get more back in. Yes, she was helpful and courteous, but really how helpful was she? I had all the numbers from the tag, my question is why didnt she offer to look it up, and order it for me. If box stores want to compete with online service, they are going to have to beef up their customer service responsiveness. That alternative was not a viable option, since it was not suggested. I will have to go back and check both stores in a week...it would have been easier to offer to order it, and ship it to me. Despite the store clerks lack of fortuitness; I really like my pillows and hope to find more in a week. If not, I guess I will be looking for a manager in a week that can help me locate the pillow I need. I gave the store 4 points because I love my pillows and the service was really good, just not exceptional. If it were exceptional; I would have my fifth pillow.

I love HomeGoods. You never know what youll find. Prices vary--sometimes you will find an awesome deal and some things are over priced. But its a fun place to spend time and find unique things for home.

HomeGoods is full to the brim with good deals on everything from throw pillows to lounge chairs, frying pans to food. These are mostly the one offs, the left overs, the mark downs. On the other hand, you may find 8 of the same end table but only 3 cups instead of 4. It can be a little overwhelming with the amount of goods on high shelves, and quirky with high-quality items mixed in with cheaply made ones. But its all good. The store is clean and well lit, and the staff is friendly and professional.

I always love the random finds I get from Home Goods. I usually find funky art and furniture, as well as flavors for coffees or cocktails.

Please dont go there! youll want to buy everything, do not bring wife, shell get you to spend all your money and more, love this place ;!!geeeeee

Lots of good random things. Kitchen utensils selection is decent as is the rest of the kitchen things like pots, pans, baking tools & supplies. Per section is good too. Sometimes you just have to dig around for the good stuff. They dont have a good furniture selection so dont go off youre looking for furniture. Otherwise, pretty good selection of stuff.

Nice variety of items. Convenient location easy to find. You can get some good deals if you know your prices. Some really nice/ pretty items.

Interesting store with a variety of home furnishing at attractive/competitive prices. But surprisingly to me they didnt have two basic kitchen tools made by a well known manufacturer. I ended up at Target for those purchases.

Great selection of home products, employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory. I got a lot of cool, quality things for my home and saved a lot of money by coming here.

We were looking for a love seat for our living room and found a perfect match. Light gray and 300 dollars off regular price. We also had friendly help putting it in our SUV... just barely fit! All in all, a very good shopping experience. We we surprised by the amount of furniture that was on display.

I am a regular at this Home Goods. This particular store used to be great, I was at the pre-opening & have been an avid shopper ever since. I wrote a great review in the past but recently the staff at checkout has been so unnecessarily rude! What happened? Home Goods as a whole is great for offering variety & modern decor & home goods at great prices.

I found a beautiful chandelier lamp there for a really good price theyve got a lot of beautiful stuff right now for Christmas

I LOVE this store but I was so disappointed in their customer service this weekend. They lost what would have been a $500 sale because they wouldnt honor the price on a mismarked item. Really!? I understand price accuracy is important but you lost a very loyal customer over $40. Im so bummed.

Clean and well stocked store. 5 for merchandise. 1 star for staffing. Only one person working the register on a Friday afternoon. Poor customer service. The check out line had at least 12 customers waiting.

I love Homegoods and began going to the Tucson store10 years ago when they first opened. In addition to my Oro Vally home I have shopped at the stores for my homes in San Diego, Flagstaff and Colorado Springs. I was thrilled when the OV store opened. Sadly the store is not managed as well as the store on Broadway and since they hired “Brian”, I cannot bring myself to go back. He has been rude and condescending to me and I have witnessed to other customers as well. I will continue to shop at the Broadway store an San Diego, Phoenix and The Springs. Going to the OV store is not worth my time until they make some big changes. It is worth the drive to go to Broadway.
