Great coffee! Always better than starbucks!

Love this Dutch Bros. Always a friendly staff, pretty consistent with drinks. My fav is the Dutch freeze peppermint bark. Lines can get long, but they move pretty quickly. And the Dutch Pass app makes it super easy to pay. My kids love their non-caffeinated drinks too. It’s our go-to to celebrate little special occasions.

Great service and yummy coffee concoctions. My only hope for the future is some good old fashioned drip. The cold brew was good so Id love to try some hot bean :)

Great coffee and service. My wife has to have decaf i know you think what is the point of coffee if its decaf but she likes the flavor. The barrista had suggested dream weaver a white chocolate hazelnut and she loves it. I normally would get a cold brew iced but I got a double trouble which is a mocha vanilla with an extra double shot. Great coffee and wonderful suggestions thank you love the energy of the staff.

Friendly staff, tons of great options to have your coffee (or many other beverage choices) exactly the way you want it. Dont be turned away by long lines they are always extremely fast.

Just left the drive thru with no drink, both lines backed up with cars. The girl supposed to be taking the orders was standing talking to a car, for 15 mins. She was still talking as we left and watched another car back out. Will not go back that was disappointing.

I love that they dont charge extra for every oz of cream or flavor!

Most of us know Dutch Bros is delicious. They try to move us through the line quickly but most often there is a short wait to get your java fix.

The annihilator coffee was super tasty.

Eric at the drive-through, was very polite, respectful, understanding, professional, and knew what he was talking about. The line was exceptionally long, however, we got through it very quickly and the guy at the window was also the same way as Eric. He asked me how my weekend was going which was very unusual. The Experience was overall wonderful. I recommend this to everyone. Also, I’m a Folgers lover I drink normal coffee at home literally 24 seven and this coffee is good to me.

Every time I come to this Dutch Bros the staff is beyond amazing! Always extremely friendly, helpful, and even when the line wraps the building, they still find a moment for a personal connection. Always a great place to start your morning!

The hot coffee drinks are never actually hot. Also, there is zero consistency in the different drinks, such as the anielator, but the coffee is good so I go back.

Best place for fast and delicious iced tea or smoothie. It was a regular stop for us whoever we step out of the house in Arizona heat.

Dutch Bros has the best coffee I have ever tasted. They have some unique and customisable drinks on their menu. They also do tea and smoothies! The employees are very friendly and super cool! Love this place!

If I want coffee and dont have time to make it at home, this is my go to. Way better tasting than the competition. They have heavy cream and their cold brew with heavy cream or Americano with heavy cream are great! Barristas are friendly and I like that you order face to face rather than through some speaker. Drive through is efficient as well and so the wait isnt too long. Highly recommended over the other competition.

This location doesn’t except cash.. Who doesn’t except cash?? They can touch and hand you your drink but won’t touch cash.. stupid and makes no sense! Rather give my money to Starbucks they take cash all day every day.

This is one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to! The workers were happy everyday we came, and were very helpful finding drinks we wanted, as we were unfamiliar with the menu. This location has amazing workers and even better coffee!!!!!

Any and all Dutch bros coffee places are good. If you time this one right you dont get much of a line. Kind of hidden off of the road with no big signage, could miss the turn to it as its right infront of an apartment complex. Staff was nice and pleasant

Umm what. So two different people walk up to the window to order. The blonde barista with ear piercing continued to have conversation with her friend. I get you two are friends but have some decency to tell her to please step aside and take our orders.

You should figure out how to accurately serve your double line drive thru or only have one lane. Refuse to wait only to be served three cars (who pulled up AFTER ME) later. Waste of time, if you dont pull up in the right line you wait forever because they have no system for how they serve their queues. Its absolutely pointless to have TWO lines with one person taking orders, especially if they cant keep some kind of mental note to keep the lines fair. Im not willing to play line roulette in the mornings, figure yourselves out.

I always like Dutch bros mainly because the staff is so friendly compared to other quick coffee stops. This location (on oracle in Oro Valley) doesn’t exactly follow those same guidelines I guess. I’ll stick to the grant and swan (central Tucson) location from now on.

Friendly people and an efficient two lane drive thru. I appreciate that they tell you what order to merge in at the end to get to the window - it eliminates the jockeying for position at the end. Drinks were great as they are at all Dutch Brothers locations. Love having this in OV!

K so I think everyone kinda knows that dutch employees are basically extroverted angels, but they were super nice! there were a couple girls out taking orders, and the one who didnt take my order walked past just to say that she loved my hair! when i got up to the window, the girl asked if i was gonna go be around anyone else, and when i said my family, she offered an extra drink (so my brother was super happy too). seriously, every dutch bros ive ever been to is great, but everyone here is especially nice!!!

Absolutely love the fact these have popped up all over the area. If I am doing uber and need a pick me up there is one close by. Thanks for being there when I truly need you the most. Now please start taking cash again

This is the future of quick liquid refreshments!! Look online for a better menu b/c what you see is far from what you can get. If you can dream it theyll make it a reality. Also they only hire super upbeat and happy people so if you are having a bad day and can use a cool or hot refreshment stop here theyll most likely change your whole mood.

The staff are super friendly, but the drive thru system is pretty awful :( every time I go, at least 2-3 cars get ahead of me in the second lane option even after I’ve been waiting 5+ minutes before them. For that reason, I have stopped going to this location :( people get very aggressive in the drive thru lanes unfortunately and don’t comprehend that other people have been waiting much longer than them. I guess human kindness doesn’t exist anymore haha maybe change it to a single lane drive thru to prevent this from happening since it seems as though multiple people have mentioned this issue? Or have two staff monitoring it and directing the drive thru during rush periods.

This is a new location in Oro Valley and the service was great. The line moves quickly. The drinks were as you would expect from any dutch bro., Really tasty. Everything was prepared for covid-19. No cash, and the drinks were handed out the window in a tray. Highly recommend.

Typical good Dutch location with friendly staff, only negative is this is by far the slowest Dutch bros I’ve ever been too. The staff definitely likes to talk and doesn’t seem to hesitate to start an extended conversation even when the line is over 10 cars long.

Great coffee, but efficiency is majorly lacking. If one person is held up in the drive thru, you are stuck sitting in line even if youve been brought your coffee.

Been here the last 3 days. The one on cortaro is always busy and first time I went to that location I wasn’t impressed. However, this one is quick, and all the employees are super kind. Their energy is super nice & honest! I’m normally a starbs person but lately I’m becoming a DB fan! 💕only thing I wish they would remember to give me my receipt. Last two times I was told I would get it at the window and didn’t receive it. I think I was over charged on my last order I had a free drink redemption code too.

Drinks are so good and the people are nice. But the drive thru is terrible. Plan on waiting 20 minutes for your drinks. I had 4 people get to order before I did, even though I was there first. Shortest time through the drive thru has been 15 minutes. I have visited about 5 times in the last month
