Great and fast service every single time! Not to mention that the people working there are always incredibly sweet!
The staff are always so wonderful. They always put a smile on our faces. This is a popular Starbucks and often a line. But, it isnt as long a wait as it looks, and is well worth it. Great coffee, food, and staff.
Mali was my server. Ive never had a better experience at any Starbucks before. She was informative, friendly, and was cute too. Trust me this place is great. Even if you dont do Starbucks, its worth it to meet her!!! And bonus to get coffee :)
Obviously lines are long but thats Starbucks😁 totally worth it and always make my orders perfect!
Grant was amazing and so nice but there was heckin loud like house? Music blaring. Really was a strange / uncomfortable vibe.
Has turned into overpriced dessert dring bar, no longer a Coffee shop. Sad,
Frank was our cashier and was so sweet, he got everything in our order correct and created a fun and inviting atmosphere!!
Trying to get in and out of parking is difficult especially when people are just focused on getting their fix, Be Kind=)
As a realtor I appreciate the personalized service and I have to say Grantbot 9000 is a prime example of excellent service. Elie at the window remembered us and absolutely brightened our day! We will keep coming here.
Well I didnt go to Starbucks what their long time ago didnt really care for it I like McDonalds mocha frappes better
I was accidentally over priced for one of my drinks today and didnt realize it until later on in the day. I called the manager and explained what had happened and he was super nice and understanding! He gave me another drink on the house and a gift card for the remaining money I was over charged with! Thank you so much Sam and Staff!!!
Great food and friendly service going through a busy drive-thru.
The staff here get to know your name quickly. Inside is closed for seating but they are welcoming and pet friendly on the patio.
This is a happy place. The drive through is long, but worth the wait.
Its just like any other Starbucks.
Drive through was long and the employee was taking orders manually. Customer cars were blocking the parking lot and the road. One of the customers in the car line got frustrated and the employee yelled back at the customer saying that she will not take the order, asking the customer to leave and never come back.
They are good for cold beverages; however hot drinks are seriously lacking. One off would have been okay, but this has become a trend since reopening. Hot beverages are filled half full with a ton of whip. I ordered light whip, full drink. Cheap!!!
All nice but way too noisy, especially when people move chairs!!!
Very long wait in line
Pre-order then go inside to pick up. Very easy.
Starbucks serves great stuff altho politicly off
Drive was long but it moves fast.
This is a great Starbucks location for those living in Oro Valley. It also has a drive-through. The interior is very spacious. They have two rooms as well as exterior seating. The employees are a little disorganized though because they messed up our order three times already. However, I give it five stars because this store gets very busy during the day and it just opened so they probably still need to get used to it. My mango dragonfruit refresher was on point.
Good Starbucks. Ive always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The store is clean and very roomy. Great place to meet friends for coffee. Seating available both inside and out. The location used to be across the street in a smaller location. This new store is a big improvement.
Love seeing the barista hang out the window for 6mins to have a personal conversation after drinks have been handed out and the line is backed up around the store ...... must be nice 👍
They were out of blueberry muffins, end of the world or what!! It was all good
Good... Great views. Might get trapped in parking lot during peak times..
Great place to have coffee and read your choice of materials. When I went, no fruit or veggies, just juices (loses 1 star for lack of healthier choices), but plenty of pastries, muffin sandwiches and protein choices. During season, theres lots of pumpkin choices! Come with kids or coworkers, tables are set up in two rooms for maximum peaceful coexistence. Bring your calm and casual vibe, youll fit right in.
Good morning coffee ☀️☕
Never going back, tired of trying to guess when they open in the morning.
This was my first time at this newly opened Starbucks. In my opinion, they need to close the doors and start over. It was a Saturday morning and business was good. But, there was chaos at the ordering and pick up station. The counter was dirty with spilled beverages. People were grabbing filled coffee containers to see if the name on the outside was theirs. It was so noisy, you couldnt hear the employee call your name when your order was ready. We sat outside and the tables are way too small for beverage and food. Patio needs to be away from Oracle road as the traffic is so noisy you can hardly relax and visit. My latte was just okay and my almond pastry was dried out. This was not a good experience for me. I wont be going back.
Always bad always expensive
Very nice inside, got a pink drink and a green tea frappe.. Made perfectly, tasted so delicious... Would recommend this location to anyone. Staff are very friendly.
I love the new location! It totally works. The crew is efficient, running the counter like clockwork, a mix of comfy seating and tables, and 3 different areas depending on your mood. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is very loud. All of the hard surfaces allow it to echo with each voice, making it difficult to talk to your neighbor.
This is by FAR the worst Starbucks I go to or have ever been to. About 95% of the time they are out of at least one item I order. I’ve even been up to the payment window with a cashier about to swipe my card while being told they ran out of a pastry and were substituting it. I have a 2 year old who won’t eat the substitution. This Starbucks needs to understand its inventory demands.
Every single time I come here there out of whatever drink I want to order and are slow Constantly have to wait 15 to 20 minutes Whether their packed or not Do yourself a favour and go to Dutch brothers or some other coffee shop
Out of all the locations I have been to, this one is by far my favorite. They are always fast and friendly. They are great at custom orders and are very accommodating. Location is good. My only regret is they are not a drive through, but it’s not too big of deal for me.
Wow. Ultra busy. Very dark inside, loud and full of interesting individuals. Definitely a departure from your average Starbucks coffee. Im assuming that because it was so busy it took a while to get my drink. Otherwise its pretty much the standard affair.
The pastries and breakfast sandwiches make it more than a coffee shop
A very nice, and clean Starbucks. This coffee shop has a lot of room for single person or groups. I think this Starbucks is the best in Tucson. I see a lot of complains but I had good experience over here. I understand the employees are new so they might did wrong orders or could not handle a lot customers at the same time. Give them more time, people.
Excellent service and great Latte...
They serve good drinks but they always have to remake mine. They dont even make the mistake up to me. Depends on the manager on duty.
Nice and clean, but was only person in line and order took 13 minutes to fulfill. I realize they were servicing the drive thru and a few mobile orders, but was a little dismayed at how long it took to get a tall Americano.

Beautiful new Starbucks lounge...great place to hang out, drink coffee use wifi etc. The service is great but the place is a pigpen! I visit often and the dining room, tables, chair, floor and coffee prep area are awful.
This is the one week old location at First and Oracle. Its big. Will accommodate lots of people. There are more soft chairs than you would usually find at a drive thru location. However, the place is like a great room and sound reverberates, so, its noisy. The Starbucks experience that used to be is disappearing. Still great coffees.
Always friendly!
This is by far the largest Starbucks I have ever been seen! The staff were super friendly and the drinks were the best I have ever had! I will definitely be stopping here every day on my way into work.
The people here are so nice and helpful! I felt like I was home talking to family, when waiting for my drink. This is by far the best experience Ive gotten from any Starbucks in town!
This store is chronically out of cold brew and today it was the matcha; the only two drinks I drink. I was pretty upset and the manager, Jennifer, handled my concerns beautifully. I understand that accidents happen but it is completely how one handles it that makes all the difference. Jennifer should teach customer service because not only did she remedy the problem, but unruffled my feathers and went above and beyond her requirements. She is mature, understanding and a superb manager. I felt like I was in her living room as she strived to maintain my business. Super grateful she was there and handled herself the way she did. She salvaged a rainy day-a day she was willing to go get wet in to get more matcha from another store! What a peach...Thank you for having her on board! Jennifer, thank you for treating my friends and I like royalty today instead of the classic “I’m sorry”. 😘
Very nice Starbucks...nice staff and very comfortable seating area...largest seating area that Ive ever seen in a Starbucks...
Overall I dislike this company. The new location is quite nice, and the staff is nice, but it still takes too long to get a drink made - thats starbux in general. I dont know how the drive thru can even exist here.
Busiest Starbucks around, happy we got this bigger one in our area.
So this is my neighborhood Starbucks, and let me just tell you. It is by far the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The employees are friendly it’s always clean and the drive thru is just that a drive thru, In and out. Even with a line. But 1 employee stood out more than the rest. Her name is Cierra she’s the sweetest barista I’ve ever met. She’s very friendly and that’s exactly what you want when you’re going into a Starbucks. I’m writing this review because as someone who has worked in the service industry i know what goes into doing a job and dealing with people. (Not always the nicest people either) but she is always smiling and has a very positive attitude that just radiates from her and makes your experience a whole lot better. Anyway I think she should be recognized. Thanks CIERRA!! Keep it up !! We see you girl👌🏼👌🏼
Fun place for people watching and sipping yummy coffee drinks.
One of the biggest Starbucks ive ever been to, and they were super efficient too
One of the best places on north tuscon, but far the slowest..... Every drink takes so long
Baristas here are amazing!
Great customer service. Peppermint frappucino was delicious. Nice big location with lots of seating.
Nice service. Can handle a crowd. Limited but good wraps/sandwiches for on the go.
Staff are nice. Its a busy store. It can be a little noisy, but otherwise a good place to relax and enjoy a Starbucks beverage.
Always great and friendly. Oddly quicker to use the drive thru then mobile order
Nice new location and very convenient to get in and out of. Service was horrible! And drive thru wait was not what Starbucks normally delivers.... Very unhappy.
It may be the largest on the west coast but its the slowest service. Constantly low on straws. Large drink orders take them 30-50 mins. Out of food items all the time.
I like this Starbucks pretty well, although it gets full of high school kids in the afternoons, which is OK, it just makes seating hard to find at times. But the employees are all very nice and they always work hard to make your experience a pleasant one.
Love the new Starbucks! So much room and great outdoors space with Catalina mountain views.
I wish 0 stars were an option because that is what this location deserves. As a former Starbucks partner, I can tell you that this store is not up to Starbucks standards anymore. Ever since the new manager has taken over, the staff has lacked customer service and the quality of the product has significantly diminished. It’s a shame because this location used to be great.
I only give this 2 because the space is big and new. Otherwise, itd be 1 star. Ive been here at least a dozen times now and it is always slow. Doesnt matter how dead it is or how many people they have working, you arent getting your order in a reasonable time. Its doubly bad when you order food. Ive seen 5 people behind the counter with nobody in line and still had to wait 10 minutes for a sandwich. Would have been even longer if I didnt go up and ask. Corporate desperately needs to evaluate training, staffing, and management.
Not a Starbucks regular by any means but I recently visited for a special treat and had excellent service.
Since they have become a drive-thru, they no longer have any customer service if you are not in a car. When you walk into the store nobody is there to even asked you what you want or look up. I had a problem with my drink and I stood at the drink counter for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged or asked what they could do. Everybody is busy with their job, and doesnt have time for customer service. Even though there is a lot of room, theres usually a lot of noise.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They are slow, often out of stock of a number of items and worst they get the order wrong at least half the time. It’s worth a little extra drive to go to another location.
Another well run Starbucks...
The service isnt all that great here. Nice ambiance though.
Fast and friendly service
Its ok not to bad. Good for business meet ups. Very big the biggest one in Tucson.
With five people behind the counter and only two customers they could not get my one coffee order out correctly in 10+ minutes
Great friendly staff. First time to this local location. Standard Starbucks experience with just what one expects from a Starbucks.
Quite pricey didnt know what to order so server was helpful will know what to order next time.😄
Barista Kim did a great job serving my boyfriend and I, great place for coffee or hang out with your friends and family
Quick service and very friendly staff.
Brand new stand alone Starbucks with drive thru. Its larger, with drive thru and replaces the closed Starbucks that was across the street on First, at Oracle. Google did not bring me here originally. The only one listed was the Starbucks in the Frys store across the retail center. That has since been corrected on google. 😊 This used to be originally the Burger King location, however now reconstructed and expanded with outdoor patio and great drivethru.
Super friendly and eager to help. I enjoy this new location - lots of space, parking and, of course, the good free Wi-Fi.
Really enjoyed my visit this morning, Meghan was very attentive and very courteous.
Received an email from Starbucks saying that customers who come in on Friday, 11/2, and order a Christmas espresso drink, theyd receive a FREE red, reusable, coffee cup to use in the future and receive 50 cents off. I arrived at 8:35 a.m., only to hear the barista tell the customer 2 people in front of me...ge got the last red cup!Terrible customer service to underestimate the quantity like that!! They only got 15 boxes of cups, and ran out by 8:30 a.m.
Such a nice wonderful place and the staff is very professional and kind
Granted, the old location was somewhat small and outside seating was never originally designed as a bistro patio, but it was cozy and served as a hub for a large community of regulars and bikers. You wanted to go there. Plus it had a killer view of the Catalina mountains. The staff were friendly and knew their patrons. The new location, basically in the parking lot of Frys, is more remote and doesnt feel as conducive for friendly gatherings. Its about as inviting as the checkout lines at Target. The new design philosophy of Starbucks permeates its decor and functionality. It obviously is designed to fit the tastes and lifestyle of the new millenials. So what is that style? Gone are comfort, cozyness, quiet places for repose. In its place are an abundance of hard surfaces - everywhere! Floors, ceilings, walls, chairs, tables. They work in perfect concert to reflect EVERY sound. So your ears are bombarded with every conversation, kitchen noises, clinks, scrapes, chairs drug across hard tile, rackety children. Its a cacophony of nervous brain draining stress. My wife actual said she thinks the geniuses who designed the environment did so on purpose to shoo people out to sell more product. This rackety environment is made worse by low dark ceilings with more hard relective surfaces meant to deflect more noise into your soul. And the walls are mostly dark, almost black, as are the floors. All the tables and about 95% of the chsirs are hard and uncomfortable. Lightly is sparse, like in very dim downward directed pools of myopic eye straing light. Its all about as inviting as a mortuary waiting room. Except that would be quiet, whereas Im still here writing this with slivers of sharp shreiking sound penetrating my head incessantly. Theres a large high ceiling room out front, that defines sterile, and that is even more echoey and loud and off putting. It has no door leading to the adjacent outdoor patio. That patio at least offers you respite from the maddening interior, but has tables designed for munchkins. Gone is the beautiful view of the Catalinas, blocked by 3 full grown mesquite trees. Well never return to this nightmare of impersonal factory think, obviously designed by some elitist architects working on the 10th floor of some penthouse office 2000 miles away, out of touch with real people with real lives and real needs.
The staff take care of you and are great at making the day better.
Quick coffee
Good fast service, with lots of tables outside. Directly off The Loop of Tucson, great place to get to on a bicycle.
After a hard bike ride-sweating and not on a high-I ended up 4 cents short on my Sbux card. “You’re 4 cents short,” said the barista. I caught him off guard when I asked if they had 4 cents somewhere. Non-plussed at first, my road face made it possible for him to say, “We’ve got it.” I left the counter but was immediately ashamed of making the poor guy feel weird about such a small thing. Thank you to the young guy on counter 8/11 at 8 am. -cp
Coffee is fine, location feels awkward, large room gets really noisy, internet does not work, the login portal doesn’t load and you’re stuck with hotspot... fail
They ran out of coffee!! My husband ordered a iced coffee trente it took 12 minutes!! Plus the young man who was getting our food was pushing the garbage down with his bare hands and touching food too!! Disgusting we will not be returning to this Starbucks!!
Was awesome coffee and awesome place to grab a quick bite before breakfast or lunch
This nice Starbucks, was very helpful with grinding coffee that would been given for Christmas as we didnt have a grinder where we were staying.
