I met a gentleman by the name of Buddy M. He is the store manager, who doesn’t allow his title to dictate his task. Most mangers send other employees outside the store to help customers. The respect and service I receive from the entire staff at this store has been impeccable. Keep up the excellent hospitality.

Went in yesterday morning (8/2021) and the poor guy behind the counter was absolutely swamped and unfortunately, there was no support staff on hand to relieve him. So sad that it seems like people dont want to work these days but thats no fault of AutoZone. I digress lol no matter how many customers got in line, the guy kept a smile on his face & in his voice. That tells a lot about someone and I appreciate his upbeat demeanor. Thank you, AZ!

Best place by far to get parts in oroville. Knowledgeable people willing to help in any way they can. I was helped by Bobby the last time I went in for a battery issue and he made sure I was taken care of. He went above and beyond.

Average offerings.Not very experienced employees.You better know what you need cause they probably wont be able to help you figure it out.However, it is important to notice that though the workers may be mostly young and not so experienced, they are as helpful as possible, will offer any service they can, and if they dont know an answer, they will look it up for you.So, kudos to the kids. They do a good job, they are just mostly a little young.

This is the stereotypical auto zone, u can get parts for reasonable if u dont have time to go online and wait on shipping, the staff there usually arent much help as far as advice or knowledge is concerned but are capable of looking up the part you need and giving you the correct one. Depending on whose working is how and if u may get a refund, core charge or exchange on something the store is semi Ean with a pretty filthy parking lot but most are in this town with the people being contributing by throwing their trash etc on the ground

Very rude parts mgr. No customer service skills. Problem with providing correct information and lied when asked to clarify. Verified parts mgr lied when found correct info on company website. Due to parts mgr. lost a loyal customer of 20+ years! Will not return!

The staff here are awesome, I had a brand new part for my car in my tool box ready to be put on my car in the morning when I woke up. Well someone had a different idea and stold the tool box out of my car with the 157 dollar part in it. I went back to auto zone and told them the story so if anyone came in without the box they could give me a call. Well they did one better than that, the had me bring in my old one after I replaced the stolen one and gave me a refund for that one that got stolen.... WTG Guys you rock

Good service and a fair price for a battery

Wife went inside to try to purchase a butane soldering iron and the smart fella at the counter told her they dont exist, not a thing. Knowledgeable!!!!First picture is of a blinker fluid stall tool. Second picture is of....well, If youre an Oroville Autozone employee youll see change.

Awesome service. Had a battery issue, they tested battery; charged it and tested again, it was a bad battery, it was under warranty but they didnt have replacement in stock, so they refunded and I bought another new battery different brand. Good people there.

This place has always taken care of me. The team here goes beyond what is necessary. About a month ago I brought in a new battery, and even though they only switch out their own batteries, an associate named Buddy installed mine and im so grateful for that ! Thank you Buddy!

Its an autozone I havent been in one I disliked but I do have to knock off stars out of respect for my father who was in line at this store and as it became his turn in line a young and reasonably attractive woman enter the shop the cashier turned to her and asked if he could help her the woman told the man my father was in line first and the cashier said but I want to help you and my father had some very choice words for that man and rightfully so, my father has yet to return to that store now to be fair I wasnt there for the incident I cant say if the man still works there but my rating is two fold the part I needed was 2 days out and orielys was 1 day out so I dont want to give the wrong idea I had to drop a star and I also dropped one for my father since he would write a review for himself his words I dont know how and too much work I just wont go back ever again

Autozone seems to have some things you need and a lot of what you dont. The staff is alright, considering one is an ex-Marine who is the only knowledgeable one without attitude.

Found myself traveling through Oroville well after dark with a headlight out. Went straight to the Local AutoZone. Customer service could only be described as phenomenal. Jake promptly discerned the problem and helped me correct the problem. In/out in no time, WITH 2 working headlights.

Amazing service. One of the service members there went above and beyond with his work. He had just gotten off work and he asked if I needed help I obviously said yes and he knew more about the car than the dealership I went to buy it from. He owned a Nissan leaf but cant remember his name amazing person.

The lines are a bit slow moving at times, but the service and prices are pretty good. The location is odd with little parking. Park next to Subway and walk over, much easier.

Called and asked if they test relays and they told me all we can do is put it on a meter. I said great I just need to know if its good or not. I will be right there. They said no problem my husband goes down therewaits in a long line just for them to tell him....oh no one knows how to do that. It wasnt even 15 minutes after I talked to them. It would of been nice if they would of told me that in the first place.

This is your basic auto parts store. They have a loaner tool program and they do battery testing and charging. They open at 7:30 a.m. and are open till 9 p.m. . It is good to call ahead to see if they have exactly what you need. Expect a wait during busy times

They didnt have the part I needed but they called ahead to another store to reserve one for me.

The first thing you look at when you need a windshield wiper or a weird Bolt for your car is the people that serve you. I give 5 stars to these guys because they go out of their way to give you honest good advice.

Fantastic service, best staff Ive encountered at any auto parts store. A manager by the name of Buddy helped me recently. He really went above and beyond what most other places do. I had a stud I needed to replace for my exhaust manifold and the threads were kinda trash. He tried to figure out the right nut size but everything just didnt quite jive. He got the rental tap and die set out and cleaned up the threads and was able to figure out exactly what I needed. 10/10 service! Thanks Buddy!

Excellent service I am a single mom with a older car. They always go above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road. We currently have triple digit weather in Oroville and there airconditoner is broke in the store and they still gave great service !!!

Very impressed and satisfied with their customer service! Oreillys sold me the wrong windshield wipers for my car and wouldnt help me at all with if they were the right ones or not and said they couldnt install them. Finally called Auto Zone and bought the right ones from then and they put them on for me less than a minute! Super nice and fast and they know what they are talking about!

Typical AutoZone that usually has what you need, staff are nice and helpful however they seem overwhelmed a lot of the time between the customers in the store and the phone ringing; makes getting a fair amount of help pretty difficult. But they do their best so I cant mark it down on that account.

Horrible experience, employees wanted to hide instead of help me, not to mention the unsanitary condition the building is in, its dirty filled with roaches the size of bucks and enough mice to make you believe the hauntavirus is more of a threat here than the Corona, if Ben toilets sold auto parts, Id say they are a cleaner environment than this so called place of business

The store refuses to spread out the customers. The only 2 registers that are open are right next to each other and I was literally bumping elbows with other customers trying to buy my parts. 6 froggen registers In the store, spread it out man. I left the store an unhappy customer.

The wait is waaay too long. They need to staff up more like the competition does. I am waiting on hold for a second time currently going on 21 minutes... 21 minutes! Your management sucks. Your Regional manager should be replaced w someone competant enough to make sure there are enough employees working.
