Friendly peeps. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Immediately took pictures for insurance, and proceeded to bend back some metal parts sticking out so no one would graze up against and get cut. This is even before we decided to make an actual appt to have them do the job. We of course signed up due to the extremely positive interaction with both the front desk assistant and the mechanic.

Insurance repair from hitting an animal he didnt put all clips in the front wheel fenders he was supposed to call when part came in over a year ago still waiting now both fenders are in need of replacement due to lack of detail. Will never use them again

Extremely long wait periods. Told me it takes over a month to replace a mirror...yeah right. So they lie and are extremely rude to anyone they feel like. Call Golden State, they will be honest and true.
