Im really old and Ive been going there since I was 16. Sometimes their fast and sometimes their good lol you know the rest.

The manager was rude and lied to me. Told that highway driving was severe driving conditions treated me like crazy because my moms car hasnt been serviced in over 2 years. My mom has cancer and hasnt been able to get up out to get it serviced. It was horrible experience dont go there.

The hose from my air filter housing to my engine was not reattached correctly after they checked the air filter. Come on guys, really, it wasnt that hard for me to do it right.

Went there this am for an Rv oil change. Changed my oil and what seemed like filling of my tires. They tell me everything went great. I went down the road two blow outs. Called the place. They said yea we couldn’t fill them. Yea we didn’t tell you about that. We don’t know why we didn’t tell you. Just FYI make sure you check their work. They won’t tell you.

I changed my oil with them the other day and today I drove it on the highway to Chico and the medal underneath the front bumper came off. I drove to Chico Honda to fix it and they told me it was loose. Other than that customer service was fast and friendly.

First time there, I only give it a 3 because I get an oil change at the dealer with more services for less money. They all seemed professional and capable.

Great place you dont even have to get out of your car. They change your oil and also check all your fluids, check air pressure in the tires and even wash your windows best $50. I wever spent. Nice folks work there

So when I arrived I was greeted. You know nothing that would stand out just the acknowledging. They were fast and prompted. Gave me my paperwork and off I went. Seemed like an ok service till I got home (I live about 40min away from town amd just got off work) I read my paperwork and on the list of things they completed and checked, it was noted that my brake fluid was low. It disappointed me that they did not bring it to my attention. Someone like myself would really appreciate it, than I would have taken care of it before going up the mountain. So I think 2 🌟 is fair.

Went in for an oil change at this location. The tech showed me my nasty air filter and I agreed to have it replaced.Later that evening I noticed a rattle coming from under the hood. Upon investigation I discovered that the filter box had not been secured. Noise fixed. Through the time between changes I had seen oil levels lower than expected when I checked and topped off myself.Forward to today, next change done at the Yuba City location. They inform me that there was NO AIR FILTER at all! Also the drain plug wasnt tightened down. YC location gave me a free air filter. Im hoping damage is minimal. Extremely displeased with Oroville Jiffy Lube. Wont return.Recommend checking their work if you go there.

It was a long wait on that day. But understandable. Everyone is getting different services done and each take different times to complete. It sucks because all they can do is outside of the car stuff.

Went there to get a radiator flush. I opened the hood and the assistant manager said he didnt know if his manager would do it because he said that the radiator hose was bulged (slightly) and lifted up on the hose and it started leaking. His manager came over and assistant manager denied he lifted on the hose. The manager was cordial but the assistant manager rudely told me I could take my business elsewhere because he got caught in a lie in front of his manager. Unprofessional!!!

Traveling from out of town so I called first after noticing they had good reviews on Google. I usually look at reviews first then decide if I’ll try a business based on how they treat me over the phone. The person who answered was very polite and not in a rush, and then when I went in for service a few days later, everyone was exceptionally polite, quick service, and great price. I don’t know if it’s typical of Jiffy Lubes in general or just at this location, but the manager Justin was out working with his crew and speaking to me professionally and courteously. I think it’s a great reflection of well-run businesses when the manager is working with the rest of his employees, and it shows.

Went in for oil change, they changed my reservoir they forgot to pump air out and blew my engine in my car. I took it back they acted like they had no idea what they did wrong, they refunded my money sent me on my way. This was on Saturday today is Thursday and now I have no car! Going to speak with owner in morning very much doubt theyll make this right but Im prepared for it, definitely taking this all the way to the courts! Im fighting nail and tooth until something is done!!!!!

Three different people made sure I was comfortable and got me water. It’s difficult during this Covid-19 pandemic but this location is doing a great job in the midst of it!

This is the only place I go when I dont want to change my oil myself. They always do a great job and dont make you pay for stuff you dont need, but they will give you honest Information on what they would recommend. The staff is always friendly and professional. They get along with each other and seem to enjoy working with each other, and I like that. Overall this location always meets or exceeds my expectations.

Took my car in last Thursday, for oil change very friendly and fast . Had a couple lights that needed replacing, i already had the lights, so they put them in for free. Great Service

Seevice was fast and friendly, but I feel they overcharge for labor. Our car takes Synthetic Oil and understand it is more expensive, but my issue is they charged us a little more than $40 fo Labor, a 10 min job. Both my husband and I are mechanics, so we know what the job entails. Our warranty would be voided if we did it ourselves, so its very difficult to pay(and over pay!) Others to do a job that we could have done ourselves!

I am always treated very good at this location, customer service is top notch and the staff is knowledgeable and they dont try and pressure you into a bunch of add-ons

Car is running the best I can ever remember. Oil is oil no matter how you slice it, but it still takes the better guy to change it better.

They Broke a vacuum line and cost me $300 to repair. When I brought it to their attention they blamed me. My vehicle ran fine prior to them servicing it and they broke it. This is the last time I will use them. I am giving them a 1 star only because I can’t give them less.

They always provide me excellent service! They clean the windows and vaccum the seats and check everything...not necessarily add everything to ur car but they do the bare minimum. Good enough. But dont go toward the end of the shift, they rush it - learnt that the hard way. I love this jiffy lube soo soo much and recommended it but they took off my sticker (similar to the ones jiffy lube put on the corner of ur window) telling me when to get my tires rotated (frm a different auto shop). I called and asked and they said becuz they want to provide me service only. Trust me, I was mad tat they were greedy. I hope they wont take it off next time or I will stop going there. I dont like that their workers did that to me. Anyways, thanks for the great service for over 2 yrs!!! Jux dont do it again please!
