I placed a mobile order for store pick up at 12:30 in the afternoon and selected one of the pick up times available (mine being between 5 and 6 pm). Got off work and drove to the store, however, I received a text as I was pulling into the parking lot informing me that my order was delayed. There was no new pick up time listed and no information about an approximate pick up time. I called the store and was told they were 2 hours behind on mobile orders. Super aggravating. If you cannot fulfill your mobile orders in a timely manner, maybe you should rethink mobile ordering.

They seem to have nothing. Empty shelves and no employees to assist when the shelves are not empty. Seems like everything is locked up here. More and more I find online shopping to be more agreeable then Walmart.

Has it all even groceries. Interesting people in Walmart just like any of then. Great people watching place.

I was injured while while getting beer out of a refrigerator end up with a gash on my arm. They said they would contact me more and find out the information but never contacted me. Thank you and have a good day

Overall its convenient when doing a mobile pickup, but can be a pain to go into the store. A lot of items are locked up and there are very few employees to assist with these items. It is easier to order your items onlineand pick them up.

Wanted a product that was locked behind glass, waited for 30 minutes just for customer service to come assist me. Kind worker, but absolutely horrendous bad customer service from this Walmart.

The store is large enough to carry a variety of things. It was very clean and everybody was practicing social distancing while I was there. The bakery section was stuffed with freshly baked goodies. And the produce section was being restocked with new fruits and vegetables. The deli offers freshly prepared items made everyday. They have FACE MASKS on sale.

Theres a good chance that only half of the items Walmart has shelf space for will actually be on the shelves. Its infuriating.

Had to do my own check out. When I asked if this was the way of the future was told yes. Wal mart wants all to be self service. As a boomer I am not pleased. Now I am capable to do this but Iam aging and my community is old they have trouble seeing to shop much. Less scan and verify theyve done it correctly. I guess I will shop else where even if I need to shop it multiple stores.

The place is way too big. They aught to hand out a map when you walk in so you dont have to run all over the place to find anything.

All Im going to say is that if you are going to lock everything up because you have such a theft problem at your store maybe you should make sure that you have more than 1-2 employees in the store that can unlock products for the customers. Two or three different times yesterday I had wait, one time up to 15 minutes to have something unlocked for me to purchase. It was pretty much maddening.

The store that has the most incompetent service. By the time a worker gets to know the job. There let go. So no benifits are given out. They only work till probation period is up. Thats why service is so bad. They are always new. Just leaning.

I dont get pain to check out my own things. Which i hate doing but there wasnt a cashier working a register. Looks like i will be looking another place to shop.

I was upset when I have to wait 24 hours later to pickup coffee maker. I found out if I order anything after 4pm. It take 24 hours to get it. I was picking next morning after I ordered. I thought it supposed be fast. Now I never want to order online. I need to get it before I drive back home to Sacramento. I was taking care my mother in law for weekend. Team LJ and Bethany who serve customer service willing helped to take care of it. The problem solved and we all are happy. I really want thank to them. I really respect them. I wish we have more people like them. We really appreciate.

I wish MY job paid me to just stand and dig in my nose. Went in there to buy groceries and had to ring everything up MYSELF, and items kept ringing up twice. When I asked employee if she could help me she rudely said, No, I cant!. Told me to figure it out and find the items on there myself, yet she had no issue telling me I cant put items back in the cart until theyve been rung up. WORST customer service Ive ever experienced!Not to mention how overly paranoid they are about theft, despite the dozens of security cameras they have in the store.Will never shop here again!

I always hate shopping at the beginning of the month. First reason, between the first and the tenth of the month, the place is swarmed. Second, because EVERYONE in this town goes shopping at that time, the shelves are pretty bare, and I cant find what Im looking for, which is what happened the other day. Half of my list didnt exist in the store that day. They seem to have a difficult time keeping up with the hoards of shoppers. I must say though, the staff keeps plugging away at being friendly, courteous and helpful. One of the gentlemen there went above and beyond to find me a cart to ride, due to health issues, and another gentleman, who was about to clean the restroom, waited so that I could go before he went in. I truly appreciated that.

They need new carts so bad! Im always impressed how stocked up and clean this walmart is, considering there associates literally hide from customers and if you talk with one for more then a few minutes youll find out how much they hate the job!!

Though this store has no tire center, it’s a super center. I prefer this store because it’s newer and in a preferable location but there never seems to be enough checkers if at all. But what are you going to do. We shop for the prices and convenience of one stop shopping.

Its a large Walmart where youre likely to find mostly anything that youre looking for. Everything is generally well stocked and clean. Theres not much of a Blu-ray selection, and theres never any video game consoles, but I guess thats everywhere. The biggest problem with this store is that the staff is rude, the stockers act like theres no customers around and will run into you with their equipment, and expect you to get out of the way. Most Walmarts stock at night when no customers are in the building, but this one always has pallets in the way and people running around with pallet jacks like maniacs, not caring if theres disabled or elderly people shopping. Theres also never enough cashiers working. Theyll have one check stand opened with someone who works extremely slow, and the self checkouts will be closed or not accepting cash. The money center is also very slow moving. Its definitely a place to go only if you cant find what you want anywhere else for a decent price.

The store its self can be a spicy disaster, but the eye center where you see the optometrist and purchases glasses/contacts has great service.

Got chased down for a receipt with a ride on unicorn after a lady watched me pay for item for my daughters 2nd birthday I bought with my hard earned money. Discriminated against my tattoos in guess. I did not sign a contract. Showed him my receipt as I was walking out and he still insisted he grab my receipt after god knows what all he has touched. Done shopping in oroville, sucks because I go there on the daily to buy my daily groceries but after this and getting chased down I wont anymore I could understand if he had caught me grabbing something on the way out but this was ridiculous.

Horrible inventory issues and a horrible customer service department. Because things are always out of stock in this store it would be nice to be able to call in the check on inventory available before wasting time going to the store. On all occasions my calls would just get transfer from the service desk to unanswered calls to specified department. Im not wasting my time with this store again.

It was 8:00 p.m., so the things I needed were not on shelves. It is a busy store and it was late so I understood. As always there are never enough cashiers. Luckily I was able to go through scan and go. There were 2 amazing employees that helped me when I messed up. Those 2 employees made me want to give 5 stars for their wonderful service. They were actual gentlemen.

Very busy, but helpful staff. I love the pickup for delivery or shop and pay and you dont have to wait in line. I am glad that Walmart add these opportunities.

I went in to print some photos off my phone at your photo kiosk I had a hard time connecting to the terminal and only one terminal working out of four? I was there for two hours maybe more trying to figure it out I had some assistance :/ still trying to figure it out. Lol

This is the only Walmart nearest oroville, they have had just about everything I have looked for in store. Staff are friendly, and efficient. Reasonably priced.

I like to shop here because it a one stop shop. But checking out is another thing. They only have three to four checkers! I dont like self check out. As it puts someone out of a job. That needs a job.

As usual, the grocery pick up situation was sweet & right on time. With the exception of being out of stock on more items than usual, but thats normal for any grocery store so Im not tripping. I honestly love being able to shop from the comfort of my own home and choosing my own time to pick up whenev its convenient for me. The great thing is about choosing your own pickup time is that even if you find yourself running behind schedule or whatev, no worries because they will hold your order for you and whenev you arrive, theyll bring it out as usual (you may have a tiny wait while they serve other customers who are actually scheduled at the time you arrive, but Ive never waited longer than like 8-10 minutes) as long as you are there before they stop doing pickup orders at 8pm. The clerks are always super friendly and do their job swiftly and efficiently. I hope I never have to go back to shopping the old way 😩 I might cry lol But real talk, social anxiety is real yall and Wal-Marts online grocery shopping & pickup through the app is a Godsend for those of us who suffer from this and other neurodivergent issues that make it difficult to do the things that most neurotypical folk do daily.

I really dont like going there. This month I have shopped, had a full cart, and gotten in a check out line. The lines were so long I left. They have plenty of employees, but only have maybe one line with a checker. They expect you to check yourself out. On top of that, the employees are down right rude. They have serious attitude. Today there was a family in front of me being checked out. The employee, in mid check out, stopped told us his shift was over and clocked out and left us confused. I could go on but why. I dont think it will change. They have often been out of stuff. Then they put almost everything behind lock and key. You have to WAIT for someone to come un-lock things so you can shop. Its become more hassle than its worth. They havent lowered any prices. And the produce is expensive if you really pay attention. Walmart is no longer good.

The last few times I was in the Oroville Wal-Mart it was not stocked and only 3 registers was working. I think this is sad cause if they are that short staffed then they need to hire more workers and not use the excuse of nobody wants to work. Pretty sad when you have to stand in long lines where there is employees standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking to other workers.

To get a cashier you have to stand in line forever. They make plenty of money but are too stingy to hire enough help to make sure customers are happy. I sure wish we still had Kmart. They cared about people not just the dollar

All the candy melts were bad. They had melted and then harden making them bad. Yet still out there for sale. 3 lines open. We t to self check out. Machine didnt work. Another customer was stealing by not scanning her giant cart full! So why have self check outs? Use cashiers

Poorly stocked store. Too many empty shelves and why must they stock it in the daytime blocking the isles while we are trying to shop.

I hate how everything is locked up and you need to wait over 5-10 minutes for an associate to open the cases. I went there for a quick shopping trip and i spend over 35 minutes waiting for cases to be opened on 4 items in different locations.

Tried to get a couple lures from the locked cabinet. Over 20m of waiting. I saw the clerk in that section was helping others, I tried just letting him know I was over there when he was done helping those people, but instead I got a raised finger to quiet me. Piss poor customer service if you ask me.

At self-checkout workers chapter coming near me thinking I was doing something wrong because Im all tatted from my neck on down treat me like a criminal when all Im doing is paying for my groceries. When they was not checking nobody elses bags until I came in line they came standing next to me then at one point came looking in my bag and started ringing up my stuff like I didnt know how to do that myself really poor customer service

The employees seemed stressed out and a cleanup worker pushing a wheeled bucket was obviously sick with explosive sneezes with every 2nd or 3rd step. That made me extremely uncomfortable. The store has everything I need all under one roof and checking myself out is ok by me but you still need people to help keep things from backing up. I havent been near our store in nearly 2 years and at first I enjoyed being back inside a real store... right up until I saw the sneezer and the checkout lines. Its back to Walmart.com for me until service and security improve. Tension from the customers and stressed workers is not a good combination. Supervising employees were still very professional under trying circumstances.

I absolutely hate this store! I avoid it as much as possible. They constantly run out of stuff. I was there yesterday and it literally took a half an hour just to check out. There was TWO cashiers and lines up the isles. Absolutely ridiculous! I wanted to leave my cart and just walk out.

They have some really great staff, hence the 2 stars, but the store is constantly running out of merchandise. Definitely not a one stop shop anymore. I find my self trying to avoid going there most times while shopping altogether.

Clean but customer service lacks a lot of the time. Had a problem where I was in line in one isle and another customer shows up after I had waited at least 15 mins in another isle and gets service b4 I do in. This was in the electronics dept. Waiting for headphones. Another incident was when I was with my mom and her bf. Her bf wanted alcohol and waited forever cause they lock it up. My moms bf asked for a supervisor and I got a supervisor for him but she was rude to him. It gets pretty busy here and people get overwhelmed. Whats up with locking the jeans up in the mens department? Ugh😩!! Just another thing customer have to wait for. What a joke.

You can get just about anything you need there, but Id definitely recommend checking to see if locally owned businesses have what you need before coming here.

Ive had it with this place! For the second time, in as many visits over the past few weeks, Ive abandoned a half-empty cart and left the store. Im sick of them being out of everything! Its not just popular everyday items, but pretty much half of everything on my list. This has been the norm for quite some time and Im going to shop elsewhere. Not worth the aggravation!

This will be a long read although honest. Used to be a great one stop shop. Its close to home for me, but as of the last few months. Its horrible. The amount of time you wait in line because they only have a few registers open is unreal. I have on many occasions waited 30 minutes plus and never had them open other registers or even call anyone else to open other registers. Many times in line other customers give me the can u believe this talk. The wait times are terrible. So even though it is closest for me and often a one stop shop I myself find myself going clear into town and to multiple stores.

Good luck getting someone to come open the locked cosmetics. Waited about 30 minutes, pressing the help button every couple of minutes. No one came. Had customer service ask for someone to come open. No one came. Apparently nobody knows anyone with the keys. Wasted my f-ing time.

Its gotten out of hand how many things are locked behind glass now and its getting worse. Theyve got medicine, tools, batteries, razors and much more locked up. I understand they cut down on theft but honestly I dont mind paying a bit more for convenience. I dont even bother anymore trying to find someone to unlock the item for me I just buy those things somewhere else, Walgreens for medicine, Harbor Freight for tools and other things online. My only other gripe is empty shelves, nearly every time something on my list is not stocked on the shelves.

This walmart is enormous compared to other walmarts ive been to. By far the biggest one. I just stopped to load my paypal. Service was great. Didnt wait long at all.

What has happened to our store? This is 5 times in the last few weeks there were no cashiers, only self check. I saw an older woman struggling trying to do the self check with her full basket. I wanted to offer help but hesitated due to Covid- I didn’t want to cause her any more concern. This is ridiculous!

Today I went to Walmart at around 10:00. Went to check out at 11:15. ALL REGULAR REGISTERS WERE CLOSED! They only had self check out open. Many customers complaining. I complained and was told to call 1 800 Walmart. I decided to go to electronics to check out as I really needed the items I was there for. Alicia in Electronics was the worse of them all. I wait in line, when its my turn I put my 15 items on the counter. She then tells me other people are before me in the area! I wait, she comes back, goes to another register and checks them out. She then continues to talk to other customers instead of waiting on me! A man walks up and asks her where something is and all she could say to him is, I dont know . He left mad. She FINALLY rings me up (takes about 15 minutes ) after waiting 30 minutes for her to stop trying to wait on anyone but me. I called Corporate while I was standing there. Another customer told me that not opening the regular registers seems to be the norm lately as they did it yesterday too. Corporate knows, but is only sending it to the store managment. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

This place has everything its so awesome clean and the shelves were neat and organized and full prices were great checkoutnwas fast and helpful they have almost everything but then they kind of do t have somethings other Walmart have . I dont like how everything is locked up in glass cases I m not very good with people so its kind of hard to walk up to people and ask for things at times I brought my purse in and put on on the bottom of the cart so they wouldnt think ibwas stealing and one of the checkout people kept questioning me because I was ready in the store when her shift started so she didnt see me come in so she kept just insiting that it wasnt mine which it was i kind of felt embarrassed becauebtheybwere making it sound like inwas stealing and i wasnt at all thats why i put it down there and they harrassed me and questioned me over and over asking if was there bag which it wasnt made me feel a little like I was being profiled as a thief I asked a few questions the employees didnt seem to know the answers to what i was looking for so a waste of time really maybe they need to work on knowing what merchandise they have in the store and where its.but other then that it was an okay visit it was my second time ever being in a super Walmart so it was cool
