I LOVE THIS STORE! ALL THOUGH U GOTTA WATCH OUT CAUSE SOMETIMES YOU CAN GET SOME ITEMS FOR LESS THEN A $1.00 AT OTHER STORES. AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE FUNNY, KIND, AND HELPFUL.

Took my kids here to get toys. They liked it. 4 star cause I couldnt find certain things I wanted to get here.

Its was cool inside so, air-conditioning has been repaired. Cashier was bright, with smiles, totally cheerful, very kind also,. Yet at the opening hours of the store they were out of alot! But their truck was being unloading, so I go back later to see if the brushes came in!

Was in and out fast. There always a great stop for childrens party favors and balloons. They keep up on seasonal themes also.

No masks on any one. The manager refused to help bring down the line that was all the way to the back of the store! He went and hid. Customers were yelling, walking out, looking for the manager and nothing. The one cashier kept calling on loud speaker for help. The back up cashier Sherry ran on break knowing the line was long. No one would help!

The employees are very friendly and welcoming.

I just want to thank dollar tree for me Not going down there anymore because apparently management doesn’t really care the district manager apparently doesn’t care they have no air condition they closed on Sunday and weren’t open Monday I don’t know about today so far asI’m concerned they could blow up the place

This place consistently closes its doors at least 10 minutes early.

Lots of cute Christmas decorations right now. All employees were very friendly and helpful. The only draw back is putting up with all the tweakers as you try to get in the door.

Everything you will never need for a dollar. Whats not to love. Every time I go to the dollar store I go in for one thing and I end up walking out with 20 different things. Not the item I originally came in for.. LOL

Im giving this place five stars simply because this place is my jam. They have both name brand and generics of so many useful things. They have really cool finds of unique and last call items. I found a DC Wonder Woman picture frame there. Cool, right?!! Cute decent makeup. Reading glasses, bath stuff, house stuff. Cool candles. I can walk in with $20-50 and walk out with two armfuls of cute stuff. Not bad. No need to compromise here. Every town needs a legit dollar store.

It is on Christmas Eve and they have no bags the workers are very rude. The lines are halfway down the store and they shut down a cash register for someone to take a break. Which only left two. I asked you guys know how it is why dont u guys get other help and they kicked me out of the store and told me I was causing problems. They refused to even let me pay for my things. If the employees are going to gossip about the person who called in it shouldnt be in front of customers and the manager was right along with it. This store has been out of bags for over a week that I know of. Employees and managers should take customer service training and not be allowed to use foul language and gossip with other employees and customers. One of the employees were talking to another customer about me. I heard it! My complaint is not going to stop here. I am taking this as far as I can.

This place closes 15 to 20 minutes early every night its insane. And the assistant manager called the cops on me when I threatened to tell her district manager. They sent out 4 cop cars for the issue.( Agreat example of Our tax dollars put to good work 👍)which led to no arrest not even a detainment since I didnt do anything wrong. Thank u assistant store manager for wasting my time... Oroville PDs time and of course thanks for the public embarrassment 👍

Its a good little store even if its usually understaffed but the folks are nice in general.

Always have good stuff just wish that u didnt have to wait in line for 3 hours.

Its your typical dollar tree with your variety of goods. Customer service is always decent. I bought a 3 liter of pineapple soda and chugged it all with a brother on mine here as a kid. Its just a fun little store.

The last 3 times I tried to shop in Oroville ca store it was uncomfortably warm. Today it was so hot inside store it felt cooler walking outside in 103* heat. I am sure this is why store is only 50% stocked. Someone needs to get this fixed ASAP temperatures will be as high as 108* outside this week.

I was disappointed. The shelves were not stocked. They need more than one isle for food. In all the times I have been there I have never seen this store in such a mess. I let the cashier know I needed help out ( Im in a wheelchair) he closed his register and helped me out while two lady employees were just standing there talking.

The dollar tree is a great store to shop at if youre looking for can food spaghetti sauce and bread there are other good things you can get at the dollar tree to like birthday card and other cards like anniversary Christmas and easter cards gift rap etc puzzles and toys some of the toys are good and books to and picture frames with is good because and other store wants more then there worth

Great values here for$1.00. I shop here first, then the bigger chain stores. I save at least $75. per month. Love it.

The store was about to close so I didnt have much time to look around much but the staff was very helpful and patient. I couldnt find a few things at this store but I did find plenty of other cool useful things.

The employees were rude and unprofessional. Not once did the cashier greet me nor say anything when our transaction was over. She was too busy talking about inappropriate things with her coworker about her “personal life”. It was something that they should not be talking about in public. I felt uncomfortable and ignored. Definitely won’t be coming here for a while.

They were very busy, but the line was moving real fast. Everyone was very nice.

Great items for a dollar. A clean well stocked store. But I Absolutely hate all the homeless, druggies, and cross dressers that hang out infront of the store and in the parking lot. Its a Very uneasy and unsafe feeling having to walk past all these unstable/ mentality ill people. Why would you want your customers to feel this way, being hassled everytime they walk in or out of the store? Needless to say my visits to this store are few and far between. That would change if they took care of this problem. Just Saying!!

The dollar store in oroville was in very poor shape the shelves were almost completely emepty down all aisles the line in check out were hecka long and only one checker i ended up leaving my basket and walking out of the store due to the long wait

Yes, there are homeless people out front - its next door to the Starvation Army. BFD. (Could that be the reason for this being the only $ store ive seen that sells bottles of white wine?) Its a flipping dollar store, so I dont expect sensational customer service. But never, ever have I had an item ripped from my purchase at the checkout by such an incompetent store manager who treats customers & his own employees with such disrespect. He should give his job up to one of the crossdresser bums on his sidewalk.

This is a clean store with a lot of merchandise and most everything is either $1 or two for a dollar. Most items are a good buy some are almost regular price

ON MAY 15, 2017 I HAD WENT INTO THE STORE WITH ATTENTIONS OF BUYING MY WIFE A PAIR OF SANDALS FOR THE REASON IS THAT MY WIFES SANDALS HAD BROKE. SO I HAD PROCEED TO WALK IN THE STORE I GET STOPPED BY THE FRONT CASHIER, IN OROVILLE, CA. 95965. I HAD SAID NO FOR THE REASON ARE THE STORE DOESNT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEARCH MY BACKPACK. THEN I GET HARASSED BY SECURITY, & HAD BEEN TOLD BY DOLLAR TREE EMPLOYEE TO EMPTY MY POCKETS. WHEN I HAD NO PRODUCTS ON ME FROM THE STORE & ACCUSED OF STEALING WHEN ASKED TO EMPTY MY POCKETS.. ( ONLY HAD MY CELLPHONE. ) STORE NOT RECOMENEDED..

It was SO HOT in the store the candy was melting and the clerks were hot and rude ! ! !

Products are what you would expect from Dollar Tree. Store was generally clean and neat.The problem this location has is their employees. Specifically one employee Watu. For unaccompanied females unlucky to get Watu, he flips back and forth between flirting with them to insulting them. My wife goes through his line and he refers to her as Boo, WTH is Boo. Next he implies that she doesnt have enough money when he asks if he needs to take stuff off so her EBT will go through because she wants to split up the payment between cash and a debit card. He jumps to this conclusion before my wife can explain she wants to split up the payments.This is not the first time I have seen him pull this kind of behavior on his female customers. Countless times I have witnessed him do similar while waiting to check out. If you find yourself in this Dollar Tree, females should avoid this guy at all costs.

Husband and I were told to leave after he was struck by a car and the police said he could rest there. I had gone into the store to get us a soda. THIS STORE SUCKS smells floor is filthy. Staff is no help.
