Wesner has performed work for me several times over the past 4-5 years. The quality of work is outstanding, timeliness exactly as promised,, and Aubrey and the team have some of the best customer service and attention to detail I have ever experienced. My last visit was for some underbody maintenance. The team ended up being able to repair rather than replace, saving me a nice amount over what I had anticipated. My wife and I were in auto accident, we were ok but Escape was totaled. My brother in law introduced me to Wesner’s as he had positive experiences. When I went to them I was greeted by a very attractive young lady. I was unsure of the questions to ask. Aubrey Werner came out to assist me. His first comment was to reassure me that they would take care of all aspects of my accident; he arranged towing, contacting my insurance company. I was rear-ended on the Hwy 41/114 off ramp and the back end of my car, including the trunk was damaged. Wesner Auto Body provided the repairs and they went above and beyond the call of duty. Having had another vehicle accident 2 years prior, I immediately saw the difference between Wesners customer service and what I received from other providers in my previous accident. I had to only make one phone call and Wesners did the rest. They kept me informed throughout the process and my car was finished earlier than they originally anticipated. After an off roading experience left us with more damage to the exterior of our vehicle than intended, we shopped around for pricing to repair the extensive paint scratching. We landed at Wesners due to the fairness of the quote, professional explanation of services needed and timeliness of work completed. Upon pick up, the exterior of the vehicle looked wonderful and exceeded expectations.

First time coming here and I had a wonderful experience. Very friendly easy to work with staff. I usually stick to dealerships with my brand new car and I had a small bumper issue and Andy fixed it so quickly and free of charge. He refused any payments and offered to help buff out a few scratches on the black paint. Will definitely come back again and spread word to friends and family!

Received a lifetime warranty for paint job and the owner literally said he wont honor and is backing out on a written warranty agreement. Wesner only wants to do work that is easy, high paying, fast easy money, and overcharges customers. Gives excessive quotes and rips people off. Highly suggest you stay away from this scam individual and not patronize the business. Save yourself money, do your research, and go somewhere else. Should get no stars.Update...Even after back and forth with the BBB and the owner, he still decided to tell lies. Still didnt want to follow through even with proof of receipts and lifetime warranty certificate. This guy is lazy and only wants fast and easy money. Lack of quality.

I was very pleased with my experience at Wesner Auto Body. Took my Mazda Hatchback here to have my hood realigned because it wasnt closing properly. The staff was very helpful and fixed the issue the same day. The technician told me exactly how he fixed the hood and sent me on my way. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back for any other body work I need done. Thanks!

I cannot say enough about how pleased I have been with my overall experience both times I have taken my vehicles to Wesner Auto Body.The first time I utilized their services was to repair a broken fender flair for my motorcycle, not only did they fix it flawlessly, they paint matched the color, serviced it quickly, and for an outstanding rate for the high quality work put into the job.The second time, they replaced the broken glass from my moon roof. Fitted the piece perfectly and completed it in a fraction of the day. Not only that, but while we waited a week for the glass to arrive the service tech fitted plastic wrapping over the hole so I could continue to use the vehicle in the meantime and did a detailed vacuuming of my vehicle to ensure no stray shards of glass from the old, broken glass panel remained in my vehicle. To top it off, Andy was so friendly, helpful, and professional, it set the standard of excellence for what I could expect from an auto body shop. It takes a lot to impress me when someone services one of my vehicles, but hats off to you Wesner Auto Body, I will definitely be recommending your services.

I had a piece hanging down from the underside of my car. I pulled in, they got me in within 5 minutes. Re-fastened the piece hanging down, then sent me on my way. Very nice guys! If I need any body work, Im definitely bringing my car to Wesner.

I panicked when I accidentally cracked one of my side mirrors. They got me in immediately, fixed it quickly, and I was on my way in no time. Best part was everyone who worked there was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back, and highly recommend.

My vehicle had both front and rear bumper damage. I was able to bring my car in, have the estimate done and get the parts ordered quickly and simply. Everyone I worked with and talked to was very friendly and helpful. When the parts came in I was able to drop my car off and I had it back the same day within a few hours. My car looks like new and I would highly recommend Wesner Auto.

This should be zero stars.I went to Wesner Auto Body for an estimate and staff was very courteous; however, was supposed to call me to set up an appointment and never called. I stopped into their office a week later and was promised I would receive a call to schedule an appointment and never received a call. I guess they didnt want my business. Very disappointing!

10/10 would recommend to friends and family. I first reached out to the dealership that sold me my car and they wanted $140 to diagnose what was wrong with it before they would even tell me if they could fix it. I reached out Andy at Wesner last week and told him what had happened to my door. He told me it sounded easy enough to fix, but asked if I could stop by sometime so he could look at it first to make sure. I stopped by this morning a little after he opened up the shop and he remembered our short conversation last week. After he diagnosed the problem, he was able to fix it quite easily and quickly. He treated me very well and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking for a body shop. Andy will treat you fairly and with respect. Keep up the great work Wesner!

Great service. Always friendly family owned and run. Can never tell where damage was after service. Always exceptional.

I asked them to put on my fuel door. The gentleman installed it, even scrubbed off the ugly duct tape residue i was using to hold up the old door on. As soon as he was done i asked how much i owed him. He goes dont worry about it. I was shocked. Not very many places these days will do little things like this for free anymore. Either they will refuse to do it or overcharge you for it. I highly recommend wesner auto body. Very friendly and professional. Honestly for this first time i can say my wife and i left very happy and felt very satisfied with the work and service.

I dont give bad reviews but my time was wasted. Went to get an estimate I was going to pay cash for, they said they would have an estimate to me within 24 hours. 2 days later they informed me that they didnt want to do the work I needed done. This could have been said up front at the very least.Edit: I asked for an estimate which I was repeatedly told was on the way which never came. If I ordered a pizza and it never came after waiting hours, and after those hours they said we dont want to make your pizza and although I never ended up paying for it, that is an issue that warrants a negative review.
