Bergstrom has always been our goto dealer. This was our first Honda purchase. Yes.. now I can say this Rhonda is Driving a Honda.. haha.. Seriously though, Nick Farley was Amazing!! Extremely impressed with the team at Bergstrom Honda, they worked so quickly to get me my new car. I was blown away by the fast and courteous service the team provided. Lee was a huge help in the process, he worked so hard to get me my car and was extremely friendly the entire time.

Friendly and polite. But expensive and did not solve the issue on my odyssey. After spending over 3K, had to take elsewhere to get more work done. When I returned to ask why, they would not stand behind their work. Very disappointed. I went with them hoping their reputation was valid, only to never go here again. Buyer beware!

I leased a brand new Honda Civic from Nick Farley at this location, when leaving the place I asked him for my copy of the key. I presumed that with a brand new car that it would be nice to have a copy for emergencies. Nick informed me that he would either find it or replace it for me, in any case I would see it in my mail. It has been about month, called twice to the dealership and never heard from anyone. I would preferred an honest answer of we dont have it rather then empty lie and unreturned calls. From any other times I had to purchase/lease a car this Honda dealer was probably the most unpleasant experience.

I got an oil change and they didnt wash my car because the car wash was down. :( My luck of course...also theres no cookies or hot beverages offered due to covid. At least they still have bottled water. Also, they must know whenever I go in because they always send me a coupon in the mail that expires within a month or 2, right after I get an oil change.

First, this review is regarding sales, not repair - if it were repair it would be 5 stars. Sales has had problems since at least 2017, when my husband gave up after too many non interested Sales people and purchased his new Fit from another Honda dealer in Madison. We just purchased a 2021 Pilot from this Bergstrom. On Saturday we had an appointment for 1pm, we waited 15 minutes to see the car then another 45 minutes for a cash price Sales quote.We then could not get an answer as to what form of payment they required, check, Cashiers check, cash? It was 3 days before that question was answered. Then, with an appointment for 3pm to pick-up and pay for the car, we were shown the car, asked to transfer our things to the new car and then a demonstration of the features. After that, which lasted about 10 minutes - we waited for sales guy. After at least 30 minutes, he finally called my husband in, my husband handed him the Cashiers check and waited in the office. I waited in the new car until 5:45, when the process was finally completed

The service manager, Mike, is a condescending snake with a BAD attitude, and the general manager appears to be nothing but a lazy pile who does little except sit in his office on his cell phone. How do they keep their positions?!? I will never again service my car in any dealership those two are a part of, and I would never recommend them or consider them again. AVOID!!

Our experience dealing with Will and Elizabeth were fantastic. We never felt pressured and if he didnt know something he said so and then he found out for us.He has a great route for test driving on highway, bumpy surface, etc. so you can see how the vehicle really drives in every day conditions. Horrendous customer service. Took 3 days for them to tell me I had to put 2500 down on 8700 car. Played phone tag for 5 hours yesterday, and didnt hear a dang thing back from them before it was too late. Now I still have no car and cant make it to work today. Oof

Worst car experience Ive ever had. My air conditioning broke and made an appointment to get it diagnosed. Came in and they had no record of my appointment. Thinking it was just a one time mistake, I didnt really mind and made a new appointment. That time everything worked out and I got a diagnosis and the man working with my Honda gave me an estimate of what it would cost to fix it. So I left and called back to make an appointment to get it fixed. I arrive at my appointment and drop my car off to get the air conditioner fixed. Hours later I receive a call to tell me they dont have the parts. Why they let me leave my car there when they couldnt fix my car and what they were doing with my car for hours is still a mystery to me. I went to pick up my car and was asking the man working what had happened and couldnt believe our conversation. All of a sudden he was telling me how I was supposed to tell THEM to order the parts. WHAT?! Silly me, I guess calling to schedule an appointment to get my air conditioning fixed after receiving an estimate on what it would cost wasnt enough. I guess I, the customer, am also supposed to call and order the parts that are needed to do the job as well. Absolutely insane. I am finally, after a month, going to get my air conditioning fixed tomorrow, or at least I hope so. I called to double check that the parts were in and was told the man working would give me a call. That was two days ago. Havent received that phone call. I have no idea how this place has a rating of 4.5 stars. Either I have really bad luck or all of the reviews are written by employees and their family members.

Josh Lewis provided remarkable and caring customer service. My van died on the side of the highway nearly 2.5 hours from home and had to be towed in. It was very important I got to my ailing father that evening. When I called Bergstrom from the tow truck, Josh reassured me that a loaner would be available so I could get to my parents that evening while van was serviced. The eagerness to help was greatly appreciated. Not to mention it was moments before closing and there did not seem to be a rental car available in the Fox Valley. I rarely write reviews, yet this time I had to. Thank you!

Great service of the vehicle

Purchased a 2014 Honda CRV from Kevin Cunningham. Wonderful sales experience and he went over everything with us.Just brought it in for the first oil change and tire rotation. Every person, from the receptionist on the phone when I called, to each and every person I encountered while there, and especially Joel in Service were so nice and over the top customer friendly. The waiting room, fresh coffee and cookies was a welcome retreat after a day of work. The leather comfy chairs were also a nice plus. I actually enjoyed waiting for my oil change. Keep up the good work Bergstrom Honda. I feel customer service is the most important part of purchasing a car and you nailed it.

Joe Gobin in service was excellent during my recent service visit. I was a bit hesitant to use this dealership as I have had some very poor experiences in the past here with communication and diagnosing issues.I recently purchased a new to me 2017 Civic in which the air conditioning stopped cooling. I made an appointment with Chloe and I dropped the vehicle off in the morning fully expecting to have to make another visit due to parts not available, not enough time scheduled, not being able to find the problem, etc. He was able to get me a ride to work in the shuttle with Tom who was also great.Joe and the service techs were able to test, diagnose, and replace the a/c system all by 4 pm right as I was getting done with work. He gave me a call when he said he would with the work full covered under warranty to boot.I’ll be back for future service and maintenance based on Joe’s customer service and communication.

Service was exceptional! I love that they washed and vacuumed my car as well. Waiting room was clean and I loved the complimentary drinks and snacks while I waited. Prices were perfect! Loved everything about it!

They are fine. Like all other car dealers since Saturn, they offer snacks while you wait. They did a pretty good job cleaning our kid messy van. They also fixe two somewhat worrisome sounds it was making. I gove it three because they didnt call me back and the detailing could have been better but the were alright.

Our company manages and provides service for three homes which have residents with special needs. We needed a newer van for one of the homes but were obviously on a tight budget. Nick Plamann did an amazing job working with us for almost 2 weeks to get us everything we needed. When he handed us off to Eric again we were more than impressed. Eric helped us get the van under the company name while still get a reasonable interest rate. We have two more houses and will need two more vans, we know where we will start shopping for them in the future!!!

Felt a bit pressured and slightly talked down to. Granted I drove in with my old truck instead of one of my other cars, but felt treated on how I looked. Went to International Honda in Sheboygan instead. They got me what I asked for and spared me the sales pitches and haggling. Not that Bergstrom had pitches or haggling, but I just got weird vibs from them. Felt like are you sure you can afford this was a topic touched on more than once in conversation. A week later I picked up what I ordered from HIA. 3 months now, love my car.

I loved the customer service from the time I called Matt Williams and explained some long time problems I was having on my vehicle and issues I was having with another dealership not being responsive to my issues in the past and present.Most importantly, I love that Matt listened and had his guys investigate the issues I was having and FIXED them, finding the problem right away! After a over a year of an issue, it is fixed and a relief!The customer service was beyond my expectations!It was a really nice surprise to have my vehicle washed, too!

We went in on a Tues. to purchase a CRV. We were told if we wanted to see a green one that there was one there but could come back on Thurs to see the color as it wasnt ready yet. We did just that and was speaking to a salesperson on the lot by the vehicle when he said it had just sold as someone was coming to drive it away. We asked if there would be more of that color as we really wanted it and he said likely not and they were done for 2019 making them. We pulled over down the road and called Gustman and he did a search and found 2 in the state. Bought it!! Funny thing he got it on Friday from Bergstrom! Hmmmm! You lost Bergstrom!!

I would have given a 5 for question number one, but a hole was poked in the drivers seat when I brought the car in for the 15,000 mile maintenance. I know that accidents can happen however Bergstrom did replace the seat cover at their expense and I appreciate that. I would say that overall doing business with Bergstrom has been the best experience I have ever had with a dealership since Ive owned a car. We live in Pewaukee, which is about a hour and a half drive away, and I will continue doing business with them as long as I am able to drive. I highly recommend this dealership.

I am a recent college graduate and just bought my first car from Bergstrom Toyota back in June 2012. The woman I worked with, Kim, was extremely helpful and supportive as I had no idea what I was doing! She was always honest with me and in the end I bought a Camry, something I thought I would never end up with, but I am SOOO happy with it! A few weeks ago an inattentive driver rear ended my brand new car. I took it to the Bergstrom Body Shop in Oshkosh, located right next to Subaru. Dave, the manager, was very helpful and got my front and rear ends fixed within a week! The paint all matches and the car looks beautiful. Dave sent me updates and pictures as they finished the car and ran all interference for me with the rental and issues with my insurance provider. Bergstrom made what could have been a horrific experience painless and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend Bergstrom Toyota as well as the body shop to any car owner.

They had my vehicle 3 weeks . gave me 2 loaner Vehicles both with EXPIRED TAGS AND NO REGISTRATION IN GLOVE BOX.Around 8 weeks after I got my car back heard rattling by tire . took into a repair shop in Wautoma he showed me missing bolt/ screw for the Axle !!! Told me take pictures.Also took for oil change in Wautoma he showed me 2 more bolts/ nuts that was missing . Bergstrom Head mechanic was working on my car . I been going to Bergstrom 7 -8 years but list all trust / faith in them .Between giving me 2 loaners with expired tags and then not properly putting my car back together. Horseless Carriage in Wautoma said hopefully no other damage done to my vehicle because driving with bolt missing from Axle the motor was shifting forward and back when I drive !!!So no more Nissan Bergstrom for me.

We have just leased two new vehicles.....Hondas of course. We were sad to trade in our Element and Ridgeline but with the gas prices and needing the room it just made sense. We are off and running with our Odyssey and Acccord. They are getting 30 and 40 mpg respectively. Amazing!You might think why Bergstrom, when you can go anywhere. Well we felt it would be great to be loyal to them as they have treated us very well with our other purchases and services on our past vehicles. And now on top of that, we were able to get two new vehicles for the price of my truck payment. Why not? When looking, give Bergstrom a shot! The guys at Honda Oshkosh were wonderful. Service Department. Sean and Grant rock on!

Good service. Honda CRVs have a tire pressure warning issue that they have yet to resolve after 3 years. Other people have the same problem. Warning light comes on soon after being reset.

Loved working with Will but Jordan broke my experience with this company, and pushed me back to holiday.

I called in January for the recall of the airbags for my Honda. It is not April and they have not contacted me. Are they waiting until I am killed by an airbag before dealing with this safety issue. I contacted them on the internet. No response. I called and had to leave a voice mail. They did not respond.

Friendly staff, excellent service with the exception that their invoices note a wash and vacuum but they never vacuum. A little pricey but worth every penny.

The first salesman I worked with didnt know much about the vehicle I was interested in and seemed uninterested in selling me a car. I then got transferred over to another salesman to talk price. As a Costco member, I was entitled to no-haggling pricing. The price was decent, but on the flip-side, they offered me $1,000 less for trade-in than other dealers had quoted me. I brought in pricing from another dealer to see if Bergstrom could match it. The Bergstrom salesman told me the other dealer was either lying to me or selling at a loss. He said if the price was truly valid, that I should go buy from that other dealer because theyll put themselves out of business, meaning less competition for Bergstrom. I took Bergstroms advice and bought from the other dealer. They were selling multiple vehicles that day and didnt seem to be going out of business any time soon. They even threw in a couple of accessories that I didnt ask for at no additional charge. My final, overall price was $1,100 less than Bergstroms best offer (and actually more if you include the value of the accessories).I urge other shoppers to look around. If youre willing to put in a little bit of effort and do your research, you will find better deals. You dont even have to drive all over. I did all of my negotiating through email and phone. I then made the short drive down to Madison and bought our vehicle from Zimbrick.

Had it all arranged to take half a day of vacation to go test drive an SUV, they said that they put off to the side for me. The next day I had a conversation with Patrick before I left my office and he failed to tell me that they sold it that morning to an employee of Bergstrom. Then he tried to sell me a minivan. Really! Wasted my time, gas and burned vacation time for no reason. Then they tried to cover there asses and say that someone called me twice and left me VM. No they did not. I spoke to Patrick just before I left. He could of said something. How can they just treat people that way. Not Happy and what a Waste! Crappy customer service and I hope no one purchases a vehicle from them. There are so many more options out there. TERRIBILE!!!!!

They dont listen when you try to explain the problem youre having and because youre a female even if you know what youre talking about theyll talk to you like you dont I have never been treated so poorly as I have by Bergstrom Ive given the multiple chances and I will never be going back

I am so happy with all of the service I received. Dave Dubey was super extremely awesome and let me use the car over the weekend. He fought really hard to get me approved and that really matters to me. He had several customers that day and was running around like a chicken with his head cut off but he made sure to check in on me and my mom every so often and was as helpful and curteous as possible. Now Im cruising around free as bird in my 2008 chevy cobalt happy as a clam! ^_^Also Eric Valentin was super helpful in the financing department. He answered all of my annoying and many questions without hesitation or beating around the bush. He showed me ALL of my options and was on top of everything! I had to barely even lift a pen! He was fast, friendly, and super inviting and I made me feel at ease and able to relax during the most nervous part of getting my car. Fair, quick and a free car wash!

Jeremy and Grant were excellent to work with. Upon my arrival I advised I was interested in a Murano. I was given the opporitunity to test drive at Jeremys suggestion, fell in love with the handling, comfortability and looks of the car. Once I made my decision to move forward on purchasing a Murano, Jeremy was most accomodating. The entire experience was postive. I have walked away from a car purchase before feeling like I was conned and manipulated. I never felt this at all working with Bergstrom Oshkosh. They were helpful, happy and well informed and truly provided an excellent buying experience. I will most definately recoommend and purchase from them again.
