Owning a H1 is hard. Its a good bit of dedication and a lot of researching how to fix things given the fact there are very few H1 mechanics. But having Hummer Parts Guy makes a lot of this so much easier. Not only do they probably have the parts you need, they are super friendly and always happy to explain the repair you are trying - what things you should watch out for, and even giving great advices on how to source things when there are no new parts left. If you are buying H1/Humvee parts, HPG is the only way to go. Not only are the the genuine thing, but David has caught issues with my order and asked to correct them rather than send me the wrong part. You need halfshafts? Get them here, dont by the cheaper knock-off that will break every six months. Go American!

I ordered a part that says “ in stock” When it arrives it’s not the right size. Of course the website says NOTHING when you click on return policy. He says now that the part was special order and that I cannot return it even though it’s brand new untouched. As far as I am concerned that is a straight RIP OFF. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Horrible customer service, bad attitude on phone conversations, and will not return parts, EVEN though they could resale them because they are brand new. The part was $217. Very POOR customer service and my Humvee friends and myself will not be buying from this place AGAIN. Save your money instead of dealing with people who say “IN STOCK “ items are special order. I wouldn’t take this review down for my money back, People deserve to know how you operate.
