I wasted 15 minutes wandering around Fleet Farm without seeing any employees in the automotive department. When I finally found the spark plugs, the ones I needed were out of stock. When I decided to try Napa, even though there were 3 people in line and only 1 employee, I was still in and out in about 10 minutes with the correct spark plugs at a better price, plus picked up some shop gloves and a spark plug socket while I was waiting. Wish I would have caught the name of the employee, but I will skip Fleet Farm and head straight to Napa next time.

The customer service was friendly and they seemed to go out of their way to help me but in the end they cost me more down time and tried to encourage me to put in the flex plate I was trying to replace since they claimed the wrong one was in my car from the factory.I ordered the flex plate from them and received a flex plate that didnt fit on my car. I took it back with my original part. They claimed they talked to tech department and insisted the part They ordered was correct.My mechanic told me to order from rock auto and I did and I received the correct part.Its hard to trust Napa after this event.

Brake caliper broke off the front tire of my moped. Rob found the parts needed and put it back on. Great service here!
