Bad service. Slow service. Rep didn’t even introduce his name to us and he just kept stalling. He said it was going to be a 30 min job turned to 1.5 hours and they still didn’t finish. Kept making excuses while eating pizza instead of figuring out what taking so long. I believe it was because we weren’t paying customers because it was bergstrom error so they just took their time. Ridiculous.
Dealership work was just fine but my Tundra has 160k miles on it with a nearly rust free body but the frame is entirely rusted out. I can’t sell it or drive it because the dealership told me it’s not safe and offered no corrective action. Very disappointed with the quality and handling of this known latent defect from Toyota.
