These guys are fast and reliable. Today I had my battery replaced. Other places told me it was the alternator. These guys got it right and my van is running nice and smooth once again. Saved the day! I didnt have an appointment but had 2 nails in my tire. The fit me in the same day and had 4 new tires on my car the next day based on a special brand I needed! I can still travel this holiday weekend because they executed so quickly.

We blew 2 of our boat trailer tires while driving on the freeway. We had 2 hours to get the tires fixed before the were going to tow our boat. We started urgently calling around to see where we could get tires fixed quickly. After being on hold for a LONG time many other places, we hung up and called Car-X (THANK GOODNESS!!). They answered quickly, had our tires in stock, gave us directions, and jumped to work the second we pulled in! We thought it would take a while so I went next door to order food, but they were DONE before my food even was!! AND their prices were better than anyone around!!! They seriously saved the day!!!!!! This is the best shop Ive been able to find in the area and is the only shop I take my vehicles to. It took a few visits to other highly rated shops in Oshkosh before I decided to take my vehicles to Car-X exclusively. The value for the quality of work is exceptional, with the final bill usually being lower than what I expect. Paul and Anthony are awesome to work with. After many years of routine service (oil changes, tire rotations, etc) by my Oshkosh, WI location, I will not be returning to CarX! They cross-threaded a bolt on my tire and it seized up when a flat tire repair was attempted by another shop, and now they are insisting it is normal wear and tear and they will NOT cover the repair!!! I have talked to several other mechanics and they advise me that this is NEGLIGENCE and should be covered by CarX! I am furious!!! Do not go to CarX!!!

We were driving home from vacation when our car started having issues. Turns out we blew a coolant hose and had coolant everywhere except where it should be. We drove over to CarX and they went above and beyond to get us back on the road. The team was able to diagnose the problem quickly, located the part, and then personally drove to pick up the part instead of waiting for the delivery. This allowed us to get back home quickly and safely. I would highly recommend!!

I brought my car in to get new brakes that were recommended by another car shop just down the street. They did an inspection and found my brakes were just fine. They checked my tires too since my sensor was on. They did not charge me a dime. Today I got my oil changed and they rotated my tires for free and I was able to use a $20 coupon on my full synthetic oil chg. They also replaced my wipers with the RainX ones I wanted. Everyone there is friendly and funny. How could I have lived in Oshkosh so long and not known how great this place is? They will be getting my business from now on.

My motorcycle died in the parking lot across the street from the Oshkosh Car-X, so I wandered across South Koeller to borrow a set of jumper cables from em, to see if I could get er going again. The service writer couldnt find the shop jumper cables, so he loaned me their jumper pack instead. 15 minutes later and I was back on the road! Setting up the appointment was fast, easy and they got me in right when I needed too. I didnt know the exact issue with my car or where the issue was but they found it right away and I was in and out. Paul, the manager is so nice and friendly as well as all the staff I spoke with. Thank you Paul!I had ordered tires and installation on Amazon, and the installation was at this Car-X location in Oshkosh. We had talked on the phone a couple of times, and I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. At the end of my appointment, I was informed that certain charges were taken off my final bill because they were not needed. I was recommended an alignment at major retailer/garage in Appleton, but Paul informed me it was not necessary. I will definitely take my business there for future car issues.

Very easy to get ahold of. Took about a week to get my car in to get looked at. But the inspection of the brakes/tires was free. I did get a answer as to what was making the sound and for a quote as to prices and what needed to be fixed. I would recommended them!

Bought 3 tires and got the 4th one free.Carx also did an alignment on all 4 tires.They did a fantastic job and it was completed in a timely manner.I would recommend them to anyone.

I went in yesterday to have them look at a flat tire. They told me that unfortunately they couldn’t patch it but they can put a new tire on. I asked to make some phone calls, and I eventually decided to go to where I bought the tire since I still had the warranty. However, they were very understanding and not pushy at all when I told them this. Just all in all, super professional and friendly people there. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything else!
