I live in Montana and was happy to drive a thousand miles to do business with Sweetwater Performance Center, mainly sales manager Jeff Eiden. Jeff was beyond helpful and was a wealth of information on my boat and motor. He made the entire process smooth and walked me through it the entire time. He was even willing to meet me on the weekend in order to make it more convenient for me to pick up my boat after the long drive. Fortunately we didnt have to do that, but he did meet me Monday morning before they even opened to help me get on the road early and get going. He also took the time to walk me through my boat to ensure I knew the ins and outs. After I got the boat home, I had a few questions when I got it out on the water. In true fashion, Jeff answered his phone on a Saturday, to help me get things figured out. I cant recommend Jeff and Sweetwater enough. Great guy with excellent service, which is rare these days. He made a believer out of me! Thanks again Jeff!

Sweat water marine has always been good to me. I stopped in today to pick up my friends trailer to take it back to Appleton. They moved 4 other trailers to get to the one I needed. Wow. Super nice people to work with. Thank you guys. 👍😁😎

Recently had to take in my boat in twice to have themfix a starter issue. First time charge was understandable as they had to trouble shoot the issue and figure out what was the problem. (Service charge+Labor) But the 2nd time I brought it my boat and had told them the issue was still persistent from the 1st time. They went through my boat again and have told me that some screws and bolt were loose again and that’s why I was having the issue again. Which I do not understand why because their boat techs were they only people who was touching it and going through it. I then later got charge the full service service charge again when the issue was still not fix from the previous visit and it was the exact same issue from the 1st visit. I will not be taking my boat here again for service. The boat techs are untruthful and will just try and get every penny out of you.

My family and I had a great time out in the waters thanks to Carter. He made the pontoon rental process smooth and he took the time to go everything. Thanks Carter!!!If anyone is looking to rent a pontoon and have a good time, Sweetwater Performance Center is the place to rent from. I will definitely rent again. Already planning on my next rental!One thing I would suggest is to expand the rental hours, I would love to have an over nighter out in the waters.

Nice staff and great customer service.

Horrible service. Do not store your boat here. We paid for inside storage but when we went to see the boat prior to it being launched it was covered with leaves and mud and the ski locker was filled to the top with water. The stern light was broken off too. The boat was not launched when they said and it was all a disaster. We paid for inside storage but it is obvious we were sold one thing at a high price and got something else. We expect a refund but have seen or heard nothing. If you want your boat taken care of this is not the place for you.

I recently purchased a Manitou Pontoon boat from Sweetwater in Oshkosh. They were recommended by a friend and I must say the experience was exceptional from the very first call and email just inquiring. Jeff Eiden the sales representative was beyond great. We struck a fair deal fast and they stored it over winter and when I was ready they delivered it to me and gave me a training session on the Bay of Green Bay! Who does that? I found them not only professional, knowledgeable and honest but fun to work with. I run a customer service business and when I come across someone with great customer service to the table it is very enjoyable. I was very pleased dealing with Gary and Greg from Sweetwater. I talked with them during the GB boat show and then again at the Oshkosh show. They were very helpful with all of the questions that I had and they were very low pressure when it came to selling. When I had questions they answered and when I talked they really listened. All in all a great experience with Sweetwater Performance Center.

Everything was exactly as advertised, great service from the sales staff

Took my 25hp outboard in for some repairs and was quoted at $250 once the problem was diagnosed. After calling back three times and leaving messages a week later, I was told that the total for the repairs was now $380 - a 52% increase in price! I never even got a call saying that the repairs were going to cost more and once I picked the boat up I was treated like they did me a favor.Asked for a spare pin for the trailer hitch and was scoffed at while an employee in the shop walked across the floor and found one (never saying a word to me, even after I thanked him). Needless to say, I will refrain from giving this shop repeat business as they are off base in their customer service approach.

I called Sweetwater Performance Center for consultation and questions regarding a Rinker Captiva boat that I own and was disappointed and disgusted with the way the conversation went. I am getting a new engine put on my boat and had several questions about serial numbers and other information that I wanted to ask a Captiva DEALER, which Sweetwater Performance claims to be. I spoke to a man named Thomas, he was not interested at all in answering my questions but kept on interrupting me and trying to suggest for me to buy a new boat from them, or buy a new engine. After establishing that I am buying and installing the engine through someone else, he refused to talk to me or try and answer any of my questions.He was extremely rude and ignorant and after all that just simply hung up on me.I would not ever consider taking any of my water crafts to them for service. All they are interested in is what they can sell you.

This is my story,,,,The day I walked in Sweetwater Performance I knew,, this was the place to purchase a BOAT!!! These people who work here treat you like family!!!You ever see in the movies where the family walks to their boat and the everybody is friendly and smiling and they help with almost EVERYTHING!! well this is the PLACE!!!they have a restaurant, outside bar, private bathrooms, showers!! it is AMAZING!! With amazing people around,, there are people who dock here and they are friendly as well,, they seem to care about their neighbors as much as they care about their own boat!!!The service you get with a slip is just out of this WORLD!! I honestly expected after purchasing a boat here at Sweetwater Performance I was going to be ignored with help and questions,, but not at all.The Team they got here is AMAZING as well!! I only got to meet Jeff (technician) Garry (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and Jeff who sold me the boat). So far,,So Jeff the sales man was straight from the beginning,, he didnt hold back,, not like other places we had gone to see before here,, he said it like how it is!! and thats what I love about few sales mans,, I dont like how they try to hold things, or hide things and later you catch them in a lie,, not this guy!! he was forward and if you didnt like something,, he was ready to fix what you didnt like!!!! He goes up and beyond to satisfie someones wants,, even AFTER buying a boat!!After I bought the boat, Thats when Jeff the tech came to show me some in and outs of the boat,, he was very helpful he tells me,, look, dont hesitate to ask at any time! if you see me just say hey jeff and ask me! I was truly amazed!!! because this is something I dont hear after buying something,, usally,, with my experience at other places you just buy and people seem to stop returning phone calls!! or wanting to help you at all..Garry was awesome aswell,, he was the one to take us out on a test drive! He explained things that Im sure he didnt need to take his time and explain, but he did and it made the world a difference to us!!We had to park the boat on the side of a dock to get the sewer sucked out,, and there was help ready for me!! It was like I said,,you only see this in the movies!! Help everywhere and they made it more comfortable for doing things it was FREAKEN awesome!!! The females who work in the store know there stuff!! They helped with service and just got things done for you!!! Like I said it was just like the movies and things were very very easy for us!!They even have a small store where they sell parts for boats, ice and all other things. Its pretty COOL!!PEOPLE,, If you are looking for a place to buy,, rent,, or just get a slip,, here is the place!! I promise this is not like a dealer ship of cars!! An I bought many vehicles around Wisconsin!
