The entire sales and service staff and management at Team Winnebagoland is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and most importantly stood behind their sale of a pair of used Yamaha waverunners. They worked with us on a quirky & difficult to diagnose mechanical issue and subsequent repair. Their customer service and specific actions along the process were among the best from any company we have ever dealt with. Very highly recommend this dealership.

Team Winnebagoland Marine Center pretty much has our loyalty for life!In this craziness of the boat market they have been patient and responsive for MONTHS of us checking in waiting for our new boat. It finally arrived and I’ll tell you that this dealership cares. Mike, Todd and Chris were phenomenal getting us setup and walking us through everything we ordered and the boat itself. Boat was immaculate and while there was one nick in our Sea Deck flooring, they had already ID’d it and ordered a new one.Since taking our boat home they’ve checked in multiple times to see how things are going and to start to coordinate bringing it in for end of year. Cant recommend these guys enough!!!

Team Winnebagoland provided customer service above and beyond for me today as I was passing through town. I had purchased a collectors boat and had trailer problems right near their location so I stopped in there for help. They did not have the necessary parts but graciously help me get the boat and trailer loaded on a tow truck and me back on my way. Thanks Team Winnebagoland!

I worked with Adam and Troy at the Oshkosh Boat Show and over the phone. They were friendly and as excited as I was to get me out on the water. The staff were informative, friendly, and trustworthy. I have purchased two new PWCs from the Team over the last 3+ years and can say that they have always treated my wife and me the respect that a paying customer deserves and have always been straight shooters whether it was in negotiating a price on a new machine to making the service experience timely and professional.I can not say it enough the dealership is the difference. I made the mistake of thinking I could save myself a few miles by taking the pump from my GP1800 to a local Yamaha dealership only to have them strip both the impeller and the shaft. They then wanted to have me pay for the repairs because we wouldnt have broken it is you didnt bring it in. Chris and Cody at Team Winnebago were very helpful in assisting with how to inform the dealer that professionals do not handle situations that way. Bottom line, saving 30 minutes of road time ultimately turned a 30 minute job into having my machine laid up for two months. Never again. Only Team Winnebagoland.
