She did a great job finding an alternative phone for me since they did not have the one I wanted. The alternative phone turned out to be a better one. It fit into my existing account beautifully

Austin was very professional and kept my visit alive as we patiently waited for paper work to be faxed from another US cellular office. He had everything on his end done with my new phone purchase and he and the woman next to him was very entertaining. Nice to see workers getting along the way they do and show the customer that they are important to them.

Do not come to this store, unless you want to get scammed. They sold me a phone that doesnt work, and according to them.. its okay. I have been in this store at least 15 times in the last 30 days because my phone wasnt working. They continued to say, oh let me try this.. ok it should work now. No! Now Im to the point where I cannot use my phone at all. Austin (the store manager) said there is nothing I can do oh okay, so when I was coming in the store almost every day withing my first week of service, there was nothing you could do.I will make a huge deal out of this, on all my accounts and with all my followers!

Nathan was very helpful & professional He assisted me with knowledge while getting my service switched and activated from previous carrier in a timely manner! He also helped me setup my new iphone :) awesome!

I have automatic payments pulled from my account, not a big deal I thought. For over a year eveything was great till this month. They took my automatic payment then shut my phone off anyways. They said that there was a charge on my phone of 12 dollars. I tried nicely to explain that I never charged anything from my phone. They said there was and I couldn’t have my service that I paid for till that was paid. Even though there is some mysterious charge no one knows anything about or what’s it for. I’m now calling my bank, gonna have them stop all future automatic payments and I’m going to go with Verizon. Have never had that problem but have in the past had that problem with cellular. This is the second time and I’m not giving them a 3 chance.

I like Austin a lot but, I wish they could do more for you themselves instead of having to contact someone else. Austins good enough to handle this & customers would be happier because theyd be out of there faster.

My father is 90 years old and insisted that he needed an iPhone. He got in front of John Williams and he was extremely happy to help him. They got to know a lot about each other over the next couple hours while John helped him set up his 1st email, Apple ID and even created him a Facebook. Very pleasant experience and he made it a pleasant experience for him. Great store and great team.

John Williams, the store manager, is awesome. My phone quit on me the same day I went in. Within 30 minutes I walked out with a great new phone for a great price. He tried everything he could to get my old device working before we even began to look at new phone. Thank you John!

The manager John is one stand up guy. Was in there listening to him give step by step instructions to a 91 year old man on how to use his brand new iPhone. Jared the sales associate did a great job hooking up my wife and I and getting us all set up with our new plans. Great job guys keep it up!

I came in with a broken phone at 6:20pm n closing time was 7pm...Kalleen Chamberlain helped me and she stayed way beyond her shift end to help me pick a phone and set it up, transferred all my stuff because I am very tech challenged and easily stressed out with this process.
