Tristin was very helpful in getting me switched over to a monthly plan so I could get a Hotspot hooked up. He was super nice and very knowledgeable about everything! Definitely giving him all 5 stars!
DO NOT trust this location with your Verizon device. They are a third party dealer and are not a direct Verizon facility. Not only did they lock me out of my Verizon account and activate my phone on the wrong number; they also sent me home with a device I had purchased from them but they couldn’t activate AND they sent me home with the wrong device. I walked into this store wanting to UPGRADE my 256GB iPhone 8 to a 256GB 12 Pro Max, and I walked out with a 128GB iPhone 12 Pro Max that wasn’t activated and wouldn’t fit the contents of my current phone. My fault for assuming a “Verizon” store would take into account my current phone and actually sell me the correct product. So now I have to delay my vacation tomorrow to wait for this location to open so that I can get a refund and get the right device, only to, I’m sure, be sent away with a non-activated device AGAIN. I’m amazed at how a cell phone store can be so incapable of the simple task of selling AND SETTING UP a new phone.
Pre-Oredered two new IPhones for my wife and myself. I told them on the phone that my current phone had cracked rear glass. Was told it was no big deal, so it would be $151 to upgrade still. On Sept 25th 2021 I went in to get our IPhones. One showed up and one didn’t, I showed them that day my back glass was cracked and was told no big deal. On Monday September 27th we went to get both phones finally. My $151 upgrade became $756 because Tristan “forgot” about my back glass being cracked. So then we agreed just to update my wife’s phone. Tristan then said it was dumb to upgrade her phone. So we left with no new phones and getting lied to!! Bad place and I’m switching to US Cellular.
Went in to get a new sim and have a different phone put on one of my numbers. The girl helping me did not know how to do it. She had to keep calling to get instructions. She gave me my phone and said it worked...1.5 hours later....it did not! I dont blame the girl, I blame the manager for letting someone work by themselves that obviously should not have been left alone. I called Verizon customer service and it took the tech about 1 minute to get me up and running.
We got there..the lady told us she couldnt not help us because they close in 10 minutes.. she didnt let us look around and suggested we make an appointment????? ....also she asked if we lived close??? we told her no we live 30 minutes away she just smiled ....I get that she wanted to go home and the work day was over..but to be so rude and bold about it is just terrible ..im not sure what company policy is but if ots this i suggest a different phone company

My experience was excellent. I understood I would have to wait some even though I had an appointment. Theres no way the answering service would know how long an appointment would take. Patience people. Compassion.

A long wait as someone ahead of me had major problems and waited a total of 6 hours. Just think there could be a better way to manage their time and customers. As the were sitting around waiting for the call to be picked up by the main office i couldve been out the door with a new phone.

Despite all the limitations and obstacles with the manadates for COVID, my experience was very normal. Joey was professional, respectful, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all products and services. She made me appreciate all Verizon has to offer.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen.. Ended up going to a Verizon competitor for data transfer. Manager Rebecca Watters should be fired immediately. Rude as hell and would not go the extra mile to help. Ive been a Verizon customer for decades. Will switch when my contacts up.
