This store provides lot of Auto care facilities, tires, spare parts etc. You can walk in with some pre research and you will get cost effective quality products. Every time I needed something like Tires, wiper blades, interior fixes etc, I found best pricing / offers beating Auto zone or other competitors.Staff here is helping however obviously busy, so you need to do some research/product study on Walmart website before walk in and get your shortlisting ready. Accordingly you can visit, get a feel and buy your required product. There store time is limited, usually closes by 6 pm or so in this Corona time. Call them to be more specific and get your own experience. Thanks.

I will say the guy that went out to checky my truck was Tammy with the key in the door and seemed to be disrespecting the service manager. The tires did me well on my interstate travel home. 3 hour trip at 70and 80 on the interstate no issues.. now I do have a shake as I drive to town not sure if its tire related

I’ve never used Walmart auto center before but I got three new tires in December. Within 11 hours one had fully deflated. I took it back the next day and it was because the service pack was rotted and not changed. They also put the torque on the Lugnuts so high that it burns my tool just to try to put on the spare tire. Six weeks later today, another tire is flat. I bring it Back to this location and again it is the service pack. I had to argue to get them to do the third higher because they had just told me it is their policy to change them out and they don’t know why it wasn’t done when I got new tires put on. I had to really advocate for myself each step of the way and I shouldn’t have had to do that. Instead of just making the change because it was the right thing to do, I had to continuously argue my point to get the service that I paid for and didn’t get. They were nice people in the young lady behind the register was really nice but they wanna argue their own poor work instead of doing what’s right by the customer forest service they should’ve provided.

Went to have one of the tires that I bought there repaired under the road hazard warranty I was given with the tires. After waiting for an hour, they told me they couldnt repair it. They said the tread depth was too low and that Walmarts policy was not to repair them when the tread depth was at the depth of this tire. However the tire depth is still much greater than the minimum depth.It was insulting as well as clearly obvious at the guy didnt want to repair the tire or was trying to get me to buy new tires.Every time Ive come to this Walmart for service, theres always been some hang up or issue. I will not be returning for their auto service

I been coming here for the past 5 years to get my oil change not sure about the negative ratings. Best time to get oil change is on Saturday 7 AM you are in and out in less than an hour.

Went to check in my car at 830am. Told it would be an hour before they could start. Mind you no cars in garage. One person checking in with just a battery change. Both techs standing outside smoking. Counter person very non involved. Not again here!

Never anyone at the counter when you walk in. Never more than 1-2 cars in the shop, but they always act so busy. Don’t even bother trying to call because no one EVER answers the phone unless you call over and over and let it ring continuously. TERRIBLE!

Good for oil change and tire stuff

Just had my hard to get to battery replaced and would recommed Walmart of Oswego, before overpaying at other shops.
