If I could give it zero stars I would!!This is completely not ok that I cannot return a set a clippers that were NEVER used because of a small oil plastic packaging was opened the size of a quarter but nothing was USED inside of the packaging! I will never shop Sally’s agin and I strongly suggest to not buy anything that you can’t return let alone unused and brand new back to Sally’s!! I would suggest Sally’s change there return policy to absolutely no returns on things instead of its current return policy its a complete runaround! I am so disappointed in this experience with this store I have shopped at for 10+ years!

Worst experience ever, the lady there was so rude. I was asking her some questionsand she wasnt helpful at all, apparently she doesnt like her job. Never gonna go there again.

I always come here for my supplies.The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Went there to get a couple of things but there was a lady with white hair that kept watching over me as if I was going to rob something. She kept walking around me all the time I was there, which wasnt even 5 minutes. It was so uncomfortable, I dont think Im coming back.

The cashier today was professional and courteous. She was very friendly.

The lady with the half purple, half black hair was extremely helpful to me. Polite and honest about her recommendations. Very easy to talk to as well. She deserves a raise my dude.

This Sally beauty supply is a lot smaller than the other ones but friendlier associates and easier to find items. I prefer going here.

I got a free ( $5-$6 ) item for renewing my membership card. The lady behind the counter recommended it to me and I have to say she was right. I love the free item i got. I will definitely be purchasing it when I run out.
