Great service by the employees. A great go to, in town, for needed essentials. I was able to get late fall jackets for my twins, along with hats and gloves, socks and jams. Decent home goods area with my bed and bath, than kitchen. Shoe dept could be better.

Was shopping with my 16 yr old granddaughter. She had difficulty finding what she was looking for but she is hard to shop for. While there I decided to get my great -granddaughters some pajamas. The choices in size 4T were summer type short pajamas and in size 8 there was only one style available. I got 2 pair of sz 4T for half the price of the sz 8. The selection was minimal. Other than that, the store is neat and clean, the cashiers and store clerks were friendly and cheerful and very helpful.

I miss my jcpennys in Rome N.Y. only place u find many different sizes for children and adults. GOOD SWIMMING SUITES

This was my first time at this particular jcpenney and it was like for example a store that was going out of business. In certain areas it was ok but like in the shoe dept it felt like a garage sale where everyone just threw it around. Last time I will be there. So sad because it used to be really nice

The store personal in both the Denver, Colorado and Oswego, JC Penny stores were both extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful in transferring items not available in Denver at the time I was there and ordering the items to be delivered to the Oswego store by the time I returned home to Syracuse. Since the Syracuse stores were closed, Oswego was the alternative thar Denver came up with. Thank you so much, I love that store.

I went in to buy address at 3:06 today the lady behind the jewelry counter said that she was taking people to cash out I brought my item up and she said no I will not wait on you I will wait on the other people in the other line first so I put my stuff down and I walked out of the store if you cant wait on a customer that standing at your register then I dont want to do business with you I hope others have better experiences I have always loved this JCPenneys I will never go back after the way I was treated today

JC Penneys in Oswego NY might be a smaller JC Penneys and has changed through the years but usually you can find many things on your list. Was in there a couple weeks prior and found a couple of sweaters on sale that I love.This time I called JC Penneys to see about some blue jeans. The team member was very polite and took her time to check their blue jeans to see if they had the size I was looking for. Being Christmas their stock was down and the size I needed was out of stock. The Team member kept apologizing. I know it wasnt her fault. I did check online and they were out of the size I needed also.Been such a crazy year. When I visit or call the Team members are always polite and very helpful. I have always loved this store.

Fast and friendly, but if it isnt on sale most items are quite expensive.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Very nice quality of the products they sell.Ship to store for free when buying online. The associate helped me order an item that they were out of, got me a nice discount and is having it shipped to the store a week before Christmas. I am very happy with the service I have received over the years from this store. They also have a hair salon that my daughter uses and really likes.

Thank God it is still here and open for business. PLEASE GO AND SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL RETAERS.

The employees were the most helpful just one little snag,. My mom went in the store 3 times and the item she wanted she couldnt reach my mom is a 90!,year lady she even went around to gone someone and yo be really honest no one was anywhere to be found.Like I said that was the only snag in the desert.lol.

Went in to buy winter boots but they had none and not much choice for any womens shoes or boots.No salesperson aroundHad to wait in line to see if something could be ordered online. Not a happy person.

I like their clothes, but they need to make sure their signs are correct, grabbed a pair of pants that said was on sale, turns out my pants werent even on the right table! Nice store, but not pleased with set up and the dressing room attendants, followed me around like a hawk (for no reason!) I wasnt even trying clothes on but because I was close to the rooms!

Never have any plus sizes, when they do it’s an old style my grandma wore. Shoe section is horrible. What happened? Prices are still high, so you have to watch for sales and coupons.

I have always been happy shopping at this store in Oswego, great clothes prices are a good deal and sales are fantastic .The employees are very helpful and polite. The are always willing to help you to find what your looking for or they will order it for you.

One of the last great department stores that Walmart hasnt destroyed yet.

Well the store it self was really ni ce, and I do try to rate the stores I have been in but the cashier my mom and I went to I didnt catch her name but she was really thin with ref hair pulled back in a ponytail I was making conversation while she was checking out our items, she just wasnt sociable not a smile or anything.I asked how get day was never answered us so I asked her if she had a good day at work she just schugged her shoulders as if we were bothering her.So I asked my mom what she thought and we just could not believe the way she acted.I mean we all have a bad day, but please dont bring it too work.She never counted are change back, and I was always taught to count back your change, you just dont hand it to your customer you could short the customer and even short your cash drawer.Well anyways, we did enjoy shopping at JC Pennys, always a good selection of clothes and prices are good for what you buy, GREAT JOB JC PENNYS.

Great online service and prices and pick up at store

Ive only really browsed here, but from what I seen, this JCPenney has a decent selection in every department; baby, toddler, girls, boys, womens, mens, household, footwear, etcetera. I did notice quite a few good deals going on, but the prices were still a bit on the higher end. Associates seemed fairly friendly as well.

We were in town and needed a couple items. This store is horrible. The outside looks likes its ready to fall over, and really not much merchandise to pick from. Not like other Pennys we are accustomed to.

Same great deals and its about the only place along that strip Id dare to buy clothes (Walmart is not a choice unless Im just buying socks). Good quality clothes, friendly staff, and I finally convinced my daughter to take a winter coat. She had no idea what the weather would be like but I warned her. Lol that lake effect though...

Its not the store it is the parking lots and the roadway in and out of Oswego plaza. I dont understand why the city of Oswego dont fine the owner of this property. There are so many pot holes and most of them are very dangerous. I even had to replace front rotors on my vehicle do to dangerous pot holes on this property.

A cluttered, disorganized and rundown store, Ive shopped classier thrift stores. I typically shop this store 1-2 times per year. Checkout time is horrible and the wait is for-friggin-ever. Staff seem to be in perpetual slow mode. My advice is to avoid unless absolutely necessary.

The store is great, always clean, organized and the staff is very helpful. I went to the salon yesterday for the first time, I had a appt with Jennifer. I have needed her for years. I got a amazing quality cut and color. Her experience and knowledge is extensive. After moving here 5 years ago Ive bern to many solons and left unsatisfied, Im excited I have finally found my hair person.
