I went to Walmart to refund 2 stuff, when I was inside of the customer service time was 9:54pm but she said ‘ I can’t help you we are closed come back tomorrow okeey’ I said ‘ what time you supposed to close?’ She won’t answer. She closed the lights time was 9:56pm I asked her for supervisor she said ‘ just look around and hope to find’ well that was perfect experience. I can’t be more happier than this one. Thanks Walmart

Really good store! They have really fresh food especially the fruits. They have a variety of different ingredients and its amazing. The place is huge! There is a food section, medicine section, electronic section, toys, clothing, fishing equipment, bb guns, and more! Everything in one. Amazing place.

Clean, well stocked on a Saturday. Nice change from the locations by where I live.

Had to get a flat tire fixed. Excellent auto center. The staff was accommodating, friendly & fixed my tire, where no one else would. This was the Oswego, IL location. Saved me in not having to buy a new tire or tires, it was fixable. Thank you!

To short staff. Lines in customer service is wrong. Only 1 person. So wrong when yo have 8,10,13 customers in line. And you see employees standing around. Especially management.

Not the nicest staff. Great selections for household and back to school items. Fruit variety is very small. Would recommend going elsewhere for your fresh food.

Overall, the staff I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful (over the years). The store is sometimes unattended in areas, like toys in the wrong spots, clothes in the wrong spots, food placed were it shouldnt be. That is understandable with low staff. The real superstars are the grocery pickup staff on weekday mornings. Kris is amazing. It is nice to see that the manager (not sure exact title) walks around the store to check on staff and customers. I see him almost everytime I go in.

Overall pretty good, but just dont go there too early in the morning as isles are still likely blocked with carts & boxes stocking staff chatting... sometimes I drive to the Plainfield store to feel more organized with most inventories already on shelves...

Absolutely fed up! Empty shelves, long long check out lines with only ONE REGISTER OPEN while employees walk around on their cellphones chatting or playing games! Use the self checkout NO! ILL GO TO JEWEL OR MARIANOS where at least 8 REGISTERS are open and they do the bagging!

Ridiculous you had to wait 20 minutes to be served at the deli section when theres four employees and only one working, one customer in front of me. And the other 2 employees in the bakery section just standing there and talking and the other one putting stickers . And this is at 9:30 it’s not busy !!!!! I wonder how long it takes when it’s actually busy

I went to go buy travel size shampoo/conditioner bottles. As I got to home I realized the bag was “wet” I look inside and the shampoo bottle had a cut. I’m assuming when they were opening the packaging they cut the box too deep, I’ve been trying to contact the store to let them know about this issue because it ruined everything I had in the bag including the receipt, I still was able to take a picture of the receipt before it’s “damaged” … I’m not understanding why have a store phone & not answer the phone at 9:50 pm (that’s when I called)? What’s the point of having a phone if you can’t answer it? Very unprofessional to whoever was manager that night. Sure, I understand I can come in the next morning but I’m going on vacation and needed those items the night of..

We had a wonderful shopping experience at Walmart US-34, Miss Nimra at customer service, she was very helpful with professional manner.

Produce section is sad. Tomatoes looked like they were seconds. Only two kinds - Roma and who knows what. Was only able to pick out three good ones out of about 40 of the Roma tomatoes. The other kind of tomatoes were green,yellow and pink.

Peak ours..middle of the day. Like 3 registers open..self check out wrapped around the all the way to produce. This place is ridiculous. Waiting in one line for 15 minutes before it moved at all. Do better Oswego Walmart!😡

The shelves needed to be stocked...I was looking for some specific items and there was also a lack of variety in the home section. The cashier was very nice though and otherwise all went well.

The better of the two walmarts in this area but still a Walmart where basic things are often out of stock.

The store is a disaster, expired food all over the shelves, empty boxes everywhere, out of almost every thing I need practically every time I go. Its more stressful to go in to this store than its even worth.

Great that the store has received many updates however I see that everything comes at a cost. This is not the first time that Ive experienced this. So many carts in the parking lot it is blocking parking spaces. I wish I could say this was the only cart corral that was overflowing with carts but most were just as overfilled. This was at 8 AM. I wonder what time they plan on moving the carts?

Pretty standard Wal-Mart experience. The shelves are usually pretty well stocked. It is usually pretty clean and friendly.

Overcrowded, dirty, disorganized, lots of empty shelves. Made me feel like I was in a 3rd world country market, very chaotic.

Employees very rude, EE @ self check always has attitude with me, I guess I was bothering her today with incorrect pricing on items, she snatched items from me and refused to give me posted price, I asked for items so I could get pics to contact corporate, she threw them at me said she was not dealing with me. I do not know why she always has attitude . I will not return to this store

The worst experience ever in a Walmart Deli. I waited for someone to help me at the hot case, all of the employees were standing in the bakery, I just whistled to get their attention to ask if anyone was working here, apparently offended by the whistle, after the deli girl finished my plate, the fat girl came over and said you cant have that cause you were disrespectful omg

Very quiet but the one thing I will never understand and I dont think it matters to them is why only have 2 to 3 registers open when you have 20? Its not a neighborhood corner store.

This place,has everything;if you dont see it ask about it, staff is really nice you may have to order somethings online and have it shipped to the store or directly to ur home or wherever you receive.packages.

It was incredibly difficult to find associates to assist us with bikes, as well as at the dressing rooms. Also, we wanted to take advantage of the bike assembly and were told to go to the register to pay and then go to customer service to drop off, only to find out after paying that they dont actually offer it, even though there is a big sign in the bike section advertising it.

I generally like this location. However, I wish they would improve in the hot bar section of the deli. Whenever I go to this store I have to wait a while before I am ever acknowledged or asked what I would like to buy. Why is there usually only one person working the deli and even when there are two people working its as if its a bother for one of the employees to walk to the hot bar. Walmart if you are listening improve your service at the hot bar so I can get my ranch wings from time to time without extra hassle. Please and thank you. Secondly, I do not enjoy having to go to another location when this store isnt well stocked with common items. Please look into this matter and I appreciate it!

The shelves are usually stocked. Unlike many other locations, this locations customer service is actually helpful. Curbside or in-store pickup is well organized and easy. One of the best locations that i have been to.

Shelves nearly empty of Halloween items. Not sure if they will restock before next month. 😖

Well stocked just dont try to use the back bathrooms they always seem to be closed. And good luck on the employees actually keeping up with social distancing, most of them will end up feeling you up without even buying you dinner first. And some of the cashiers are sooooo slow.

Its Walmart, if you dont know then... youre in for a treat. Anyways, this is a pretty normal store. Ive been visiting this location since it has opened and have not noticed any weird stuff going on here.. not to say that weird stuff doesnt happen here, but I just havent experienced it. Milk and eggs always stocked. The Black Label bacon availability is hit and miss. Fruits are decent but strawberries are hard to come by, no matter the season. Toy section stays stocked, nice selection of video games. An assortment of gift cards for all sorts of products and services. Also offers auto center. Had an older car taken there for oil changes and never had an issue.

Its ok, simple. I wasnt feeling freshness...I wasnt feeling a good vibe from the staff. Parking lot was dirty.

Wow thanks for deciding to cut me off with the carts as I was walking to the front entrance. You were in such a rush you even started loosing the carts as you blocked me from entering which then caused me to have to go into the parking lot just to enter the store. 👎👎

Store is badly run with equal inefficiency. The deli lies that the ready food is fresher then it is. They try to check your receipt with no right to do so by rude retirees who think this is their last power play. No reason to shop here, theres enough stores in the area. They wont change their reputation treating shopping working people badly by the overly undeserved redneck owners.

Spacious store with great customer service. I found that staff here makes sure to serve you much better than Naperville location. I live closer to Naperville store but always prefer to make trip here.

Theres always someone greeting you at the door. Check out is a breeze and pick-up in-store is even easier. Love coming here!

I was looking for a specific toy and was on hold for a toy specialist. I was on hold for about 10-15 minutes and was being transferred to the toy department to no avail. Was not a big deal. Then an Associate from electronics named Gavin answered and figured out that no one was currently in the Toy section to assist. Gavin took it upon himself to go to the Toy section to confirm availability for me. The website wasn’t showing it but it is confirmed that what I was looking for is being sold in few location. The store didn’t have what I was looking for but I am still amazed on how dedicated Gavin wanted to help. Pretty good kid. Good job, Gavin.

Their customer service is not very good. The store lacks a lot of items in their shelves. This was true prior to the pandemic, now it is worse. The staff does seem as trying to improve their stock levels. We will see!

Store is somewhat clean and tidy. Since there are a lot of shoppers, I’m sure it’s hard to keep up. By the end of the day, the shelves are empty. It’s best to go in the morning.Also, workers aren’t taking COVID seriously. I’ve seen them with their masks off, below the nose, and even a front end MANAGER with a KIDDIE FACE SHIELD that was on upside down (so the band was around her neck and the shield was flipped up towards her face). Ridiculous
