So I was looking for a new optometrist for the last 5 years and finally I can say, I found mine! Honestly, this vision center deserves ALL the praise!! I spoke with Joey over the phone who was so kind and Tyler helped me on my appointment date. He was helpful and so sweet. I had heard great things about this vision center and honestly, couldnt agree more!! Dr. Le was so helpful and thoroughly explained the exam to me. He answered all of my questions and I absolutely LOVE my prescription now. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional! I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a new optometrist or even a routine check up because you will not be disappointed.

First time having my eye exam at the Oswego location. I will absolutely return. Tyler, Dr. Le & Joey were all so thorough & kind to work with. I totally recommend going to see them for your vision needs.

Apparently they close at 6:30 PM not 7 PM like stated on the website. updated hours would be convenient for costumers

The doctor was great and covered all my concerns which was an irritated eye. I appreciated all his care and recommendations and will definitely recommend this place and go back for future concerns

If I could rate it less than one star, I would. Had eye problem, needed to see eye doctor. Called-at lunch time-nobody answered (after 4 minutes of rings). Called back and asked for store manager (who said she was only 15 steps away from vision center) and she put me on hold and then said the woman was finishing with a customer and would pick up right away---7 minutes later I got sick of holding and hung up. Called back a THIRD time and spoke to a man manager who apologized and said he was putting me on hold as he was walking to the vision center and would make sure he would pick up the phone. It is now 10 minutes later, I am STILL on hold and about to hang up. Going to call another place-this place is for the birds!
