This store is not very good. Too many times the have changed things thinking it will look, like they updated the store. I found it stupid because I have to search for the items instead of being able to walk in grab what I want (because I had it memorized) and leave. I have found expired food and what I call one-offs products. This means that once that product is sold out that is it it will not be restocked. So, bottom line I go to Woodmans for most things even though it is 45 minutes away.

I have been coming here for almost five years. Of many Jewel Osci locations the selection of gluten free and organic is most phenomenal! Not to mention the friendliness of the staff, especially Brett. Brett has gone above and beyond to always make the customers day a little brighter, something I always will appreciate. Thank you Brett and this location for excellent service and selection!

Clean, bright store with friendly people. Checking out is always swift and the shelves are well stocked. When browsing you can find some great markdowns on miscellaneous items.

This is a big Jewel and I have not quite learned the layout. I miss the variety of Grain Berry cereal found at the Naperville 59 store. I am grateful they carry the small Rice Dream original enriched milk. Thanks Jewel.

I dont normally shop here, expensive, small, but it was the only place I could find the new Boba Fruit Cups from Del Monte that my daughter wanted.

Store has improved lately, still have close to code items but not finding expired as much as I used to. Wish they would offer at least one self check out, especially on weekends when there are more customers than employees.

I get that we are going through something out of this world and I love Jewel but the pharmacy is getting a little ridiculous. Ive driven back and fourth 3 times for one prescription for my 8 month old because it was just to hard to read the prescription. She told me she didnt know if it was a pill or what dosage I said its the ml dosage considering he is 8 months old. I left and said ill be back tomorrow to pick up so they can figure it out well tomorrow comes and guess who cant communicate that its still not ready. Sorry son your gonna have to wait until she gets her finger out on her nose your ear ache can wait right? Not! Ok now my prescription I requested 2 days ago and now they are saying they WERE gonna call me... also stating not to drive and waste my time if its not ready. Allright well I guess walgreens it is.

Very disappointing that Jewell continues to have empty shelves, either they dont have the product available or lack manpower to stock shelves.

Its like a fun treasure hunt there. Also, I left my wallet at the cash register, and when I called the next day, they said it was there, and I saw that nothing was missing. You cant compete with that kind of honesty. I will never shop elsewhere. Route 34 and Orchard road in Oswego.

Very clean, great liquor selection and high quality produce that could be more affordable. They have a clearance section in the automotive aisle that feature some bargains.Their chefs kitchen chicken is delicious and a bargain. They also have a chicken noodle soup that is great when youre coming down with a cold.

Good weekly discounts and customized promotions. Good customer services, which is a must.

Went to the deli todayI noticed that they switch to only Boars Head. The woman behind the counter representing Boars Head was so rude. Because of her I will be not be buying my deli meat from them any more. Thats a shame Ive been going here since they where build

Compared to every other Jewel Ive been to, the store is very confusing with the layout and where they put all of their products. Ive also found some of their prices considerably higher than some of the other Jewel locations which I really dont understand since theyre all the same company 🤷🏻‍♂️

I like this jewel. Ive lived in the area since 2008, this store has always been clean and well stocked. Enjoy their bakery, they have great artisan breads, and their spicy guac and deli spicy chicken is delicious. Some of their homemade stuff is the best in the store.

The jewl here is great. But its way noisy and not that organized as the one in Oswego on 30. But, they do have Chicago Ice here so only reason why I go to this one.

Its always pricier than my go to store but its fun to have a different experience when shopping. I chose Jewel specifically for some oat milk but came out with some nuts, craisins, pepitas and apples. The apples are beautiful! Also, grabbed a sub sandwich and a salad for lunches. We enjoyed it.

First time here and last. Had a curb side pick up order I was getting for a friend and when I called in to advise Id arrived, they said I had to go in, grab a cart, and pick it up myself. Once inside, the area where it was to be picked up at had a small crowd of people also waiting to get their groceries. Why offer a service that you indeed do not provide? False advertising Jewel!

First time at this location, much easier to shop in then the one closes to my home. Id come back to shop in the future. Thank you!

My dad was there the first day the pharmacy was doing Covid vaccinations. There was a misunderstanding on our end what eligibility documentation to bring and he was turned away. I called the next day, was able to get him on a wait list (since he had had an appointment). Pharmacist Kasia was very sincere. That evening she called my dad and luckily he was able to get a vaccine within the hour. I haven’t seen my dad since August 2020, it’s now February 2021, due to Covid and this news made me so hopeful and gave me such relief to seeing him sooner! One step closer! Thank you Kasia, an angel must have sent you to look after my dad, we appreciate your hard work keep up the good work!

Between the Sugar Grove location (IL-47), Aurora location (Galena), Oswego location (Orchard), and the Aurora/Oswego location (US 30), the Oswego location (Orchard) is the cleanest, the newest, the best stocked, and has the friendliest deli counter staff.

The meat and produce departments have tanked! Veggies and fruits always have mold and flys swarming around. And the meat department is lacking customer service. The girl that sticks the shelves and the one that runs the seafood section are both great but a few of the butchers could care less.

There is never a person available to help bag each time Im here. It takes long to bag when I have larger purchases. Not to mention the stock and messes throughout the isles.Also, the workers never seem to know how the Just U reward program works. So its basically non existent!

I like this Jewel because it honestly feels more rustic. Its more of an old style grocery store but they still have all the stuff you need. I love that this Jewel has a much better liquor section than many other jewels I have been too. Large store and very friendly staff. Everyone is always super helpful. Parking lot is large and easy to find a spot up close usually too. This is my neighborhood Jewel and I enjoy shopping here!

Went to this jewel at 7:00 this morning. So good to see most of the employees and customers were wearing masks. But totally disgusted when I got to the meat department. The butcher was arranging meat in the cooler and he didnt have a mask on, nor gloves. On a normal day this would have bothered me... With what is happening with the virus I was disgusted and left the store without buying any meat.

The associates cant even tell you if they carry an item or not. Even when the pick up and delivery app show that the store you are standing in carries an item, but NOONE can locate it. So I MUST have the wrong store. Not helpful at all.

I do not like plastic bags, things slide out, there fore I use paper. Jewel must not want people to use paper bags anymore since they are so thin when u lift them they rip where the handles are. Maybe I should bring my own bags----then again I spend ALOT of money there so I shouldnt have to.

What is it with their Jewel brand Sausages the skins are like plastic?? Bought more than once thinking maybe just a bad batch. Will not be buying again, like eating plastic.😖

Great grocery store and pharmacy.Good staff and prices have gotten more competitive.The pharmacy personnel is better than any other store in the area. They really take the time to understand your needs and sort through insurance issues.The meat department sets the grocery store apart from all of the big box stores.
