Went i. For an alignment and was told the bosses car was more important than a paying customers car. They wont get anymore of my buisness.

This place is the absolute best! You get to stay in your car.They not only changed oil but replaced a headlight bulb for me.They are clean, friendly, organized and efficient. Not pushy. Never have had to wait more than a few minutes. The best place to go for car care.

This place was GREAT! In and out I record time. They showed you everything they were doing and even checked each other off a list. Those guys were all so nice. My husband and I were super impressed. 5 stars!

Jake and his fellow team members at Ottawa, Ks  CCE are just absolutely fantastic at what they do.  Thankfully though I can report that that is just the start of this rave review! How TRULY heart warming & refreshing to not be spoken down to, taken advantage of, have concerns dismissed or questions ignored. Not whining mind you, just a fact that in my 45yrs- Ive been treated pretty poorly by many persons in this profession. (All over the country and in other countries on occasion) This place and these folks have -Real Talk- restored my faith human beings. Well, in these anyway. No lengthy wait (usually none at all)This is my 4th  time having (some small, some extensive) repair & maint done there. A no nonsense approach and (prayer answering) honesty with me -was absolutely priceless. Instead of selling me things I didnt need, services I didnt want etc they  Understand my great need to keep costs low on this old car- yet also somehow keep it functional & safe- for as long as possible. A HUGE extra mile thank you though today to Jake. My car died on me at Walmart parking lot yesterday to  pick up several overdue & needed- prescriptions.. It was below freezing and I was truly afraid to risk blowing the engine...so I parked it (well rather had to honestly lol) and called  the shop. Though it took me overnight to arrange from Pomona I did get my key to him early this morning. He and prob others, then went out in this bitter cold to that location retrieve the vehicle made certain it was functioning OK and safely awaited me at the shop just 2 hrs later. I was spared God only knows what towing costs - AND- felt safe driving it back home- on their good word :) Jake backed up his  Recent work on my vehicle to the letter +10. Huge thx & props to the entire staff. & to the manager at this location as well. I have spoken with him personally on at least 2 occasions and -another refreshing surprise!- hes a salt of the earth, easy to speak to gentleman! as well. Definitely my longest -ever-review of any business :) but its a pleasure and it was well earned. Highly recommend and thank you all so much again.Lorie Tucker

Excellent, knowledgeable staff and super quick service. Trusted them to change the oil on my BMW 328i and did an exceptional job for half the price of the dealership. Go see them... Ill go nowhere else.

I first called for a quote to change the front brake pads. The price was to high for my budget at this time. So I then went into the shop to receive a quote for replacing 2 broke studs/lugs on the front driver side. I was told if i was inclined enough to change the brakes myself, I could change the studs myself. I mentioned I was a stay at home father with a 4 and 5 year old and would like to have the studs replaced until I could get to my brakes. The shop then told me that they did not wanna change the studs unless they got to change the brakes. Then told me I would be fine for a while driving around with broke studs. I said are you serious? They said they were not trying to put a bad taste in my mouth. Well they did. They refused to help me and let me leave. For a company to give the advice of you being ok driving two kids around with broke studs/lugs is absurd and then refusing service because they cant change your brakes. This was the worst service I have ever received.

I have taken enough of my cars there, the service is always excellent and Speedy. They have managed to fix some very interesting problems in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him for quick oil changes.

I had a super hard to change Serpentine belt on my Honda Element, it was hard to find and hard to install. They special ordered it and had a employee drive to the parts store and wait for it. Due to unforeseen circumstances the repair took longer than usual, they were very nice kept me updated at all times and in the end everything was fine. During the time I was there, I saw how well they interacted with customers, how pleased the customers were, multiple services they did and did not charge for. My circumstance was unique and difficult, in my opinion the real measure of a person or business is how they react under pressure and difficulty, the staff here came through with flying colors and have earned a life long customer! Bravo!

Charged ten dollars to drop plate on truch said could not get to plug bullseye i looked under truck could of been done. Charged $30.00 for cabin filter that retailers at auto one for under $20.00 will never go back overcharges . Then check receipt the charged for a extra unit of oil they dont put qts in they put units in so they make a half qt a unit so they can overcharge you. Beware they are crooks.

Excellent Service! They are not kidding about the speed of their oil changes. They were happy enough to to check a few other things on my car and give me a price quote. Definitely recommended!

Friendly staff and quick service, but I soon seen why... The price was outrageous. Paid over $100 for a basic oil change in a 2017 F-150 and a new air filter which Im pretty sure wasnt needed considering Ford replaced it during the last oil change. Ford was busy and I gave this place a shot. I am definitely a one and done customer. Ford will change the oil rotate the tires check the alignment AND top off all fluids for less than what they scalped me for. Save your money go someplace else!!!

Every time I go Im done in under 20 minutes. Theyre friendly, quick and informative. They tell you extras that may be done soon but arent aggressive about upselling. Best customer service in Ottawa for sure.

I needed oil changed before trip 200.00 could have gotten it done for 100.00 if I could have waited 750 miles

Horrible place of business, deceptive in there pricing, bad attitude. Break parts and claim they are not responsible for any damages. And charged $60.00 more than they claimed the cost would be. A bunch of incopitant punks. Do not conduct business there.
