Make sure you or your contractor goes over the material list before they order. I was shorted styles and did not get corner round or shoe mold my contractor said was supposed to come with. I had to leave work early to go to the lumber yard to get them, and a matching stain. Thankfully I found a perfect match to my cabinets. Yes they offered to order them but I only had my contractor for the time it was supposed to take without this delay. It set my contractor back one day as well because he had to come back making him late to his next kitchen remodel.The people them self are great. If not for the missing material it was a 10 for there great personality and willingness to help us.

No COVID precautions. If I am wearing a mask as a shopper, its a minimal courtesy for the sales person to either put one on or stay out of my space/ dont approach my family. Well get our flooring and tile somewhere else.

Excellent store. Great selection wonderful sales team. They are not pushy and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for Traeger grills or pellets or sauces they have a great selection. Wonderful in stock selection of flooring and they are very competitive with the big box stores. Check them out a true gem in a small town.

Floor to Ceiling is our GoTo place for not only our house, but our rentals as well. They are always more than fair on price and have a far superior product. If you’re looking for budget materials, they are able to provide that also. I believe there is a misconception that they only carry “super high end” products. While it is true that they do have the highest quality products around at the best price, don’t hesitate to look to them for budget or economy line things as well. This is truly a one stop shop for your flooring! Best customer service in the area. Hell, I even bought my Traeger grill there!!!

Service was ok, I knew what I wanted so I didnt have many questions to ask. A little slow in communications though. I had to call to remind to get my estimate after they came to measure. Then after I ordered, they did not contact me that the blinds were in, I had to call them and then make a second call to get the appointment set up to have them installed.

We remodeled our kitchen last winter and Dusty and his staff did an awesome job giving us exactly what we wanted. We will definitely return to Floor to Ceiling for future home improvements and hopefully a Traeger Grill!
