After getting a quote from another local company in town that felt too high I went to Richwell on a whim. Within 15 minutes Tami had my business. Tami gave us many options but knowing a bit of what we wanted suggested the best cost effective method to accomplish our current goals while keeping in budget. For nearly 1/3 of the cost of my quote from the other local company I have started redoing the rest of my upstairs floors. Zacks Flooring (one of their install contractors) did a great job on the carpet install and was very professional.

This is the 2nd time in less than 2 years weve had carpet installed. 1st time was in our living room and 2nd time was in one of our bedrooms. Very pleased with everything. Great customer service from Tami and Mike L in the store and Mike S installed carpet in both rooms and he does an outstanding job. We will be back again.

Great business and people to work with!

If you buy carpet from here, be cautious about who installs it because some of their installers are better than others. We had one installer do the carpet twice and it was still wrong. Another installer had to come out to fix his shabby work, and it took ten months before everything was finally acceptable.

Cindy is a great help and very friendly helped us find something close to what we had gotten a few years ago.. came and measured to make sure we had correct measurements.. when carpet people layed it i have seems like crazy that havent gone away.. she has been great but the people they hire for installing havent been

Super friendly and not pushy. Theres a lot more displays/samples in the building than you might think. Looking forward to our floors getting done!
