They didnt open until 12 and the back service entrance was locked. Having to park in the front of Walmart and walk all the way to the back was unnecessary.

First time ever using Walmart Auto, took my car in early in the morning to get a new battery and replace the old one. I received great customer service, they couldnt get to my car right away since I was second in line so I needed to do some shopping anyways and they said they would call me when my car was ready. Great first time experience, great customer service, highly recommend, will be using them again.

Called and spoke to an Ivy. Asked for an estimated time on the seven cars she currently had in line and she said she couldn’t give me one. Proceeded to tell me I wasn’t allowed to make same day appointments (which I have previously at another Walmart and asked if it was this specific Walmart that doesn’t and she wouldn’t answer my question) then when I asked her name she laughed minorly, said Ivy and then asked if I wanted her to grab her supervisor. Poor and unprofessional service when I’m trying to spend a good chunk of change.

Great value for your money on auto accesories like tires and on services like oil changes. Good staff doing good work. If they notice an issue, they will tell you. I have been very satisfied with their work over the years.

I needed a car battery change and they had reasonably priced battery with free installation compared to other autoshops in the neighbourhood.

Unfortunately we waited over 3 hours when they said there was only one person in front of us for a simple oil change. Very poor costumer service, they didnt know what they were doing and our car started having issues the next day. Its almost like they went in there and slashed our wiper fluid container so it wouldnt hold wiper fluid and our power steering stopped working. I do like walmart and they usually do have good costumer service but our auto experience was so terrible!

Usually prefer taking my vehicle to a moms and pops shop, unfortunately had tire problems on a Sunday so limited to autoshops that are open on Sundays. Been at Walmart for two hours now, and I noticed that the service techs take more breaks than the Lord allows. Understand that Walmart associates are not paid all the best, but Walmart claims to keep customers Happy, more like Unhappy for me.........

Only one auto technician that is certified on the clock to start the day. A bunch of people waiting in line behind me. Not a great way to serve your customers.

Horrible experience. Waited 20 minutes for someone to log my car. They said 4 cars in front of me, 2 hour wait. I had to do shopping so fine. 3 hours later they tell me they will get to it in an hour. I left. Went to Valvoline. No wait. 15 minutes. In and out. Walmart may be a little cheaper but not 4 hours for an oil change cheaper!

Extremely rude & they barely do anything you need done! The lady asked me what I needed & wouldnt even let me finish my sentence! Would not recommend. One star was as low as I could rate or it wouldve been 0!

Went in for estimate on 4 tires. Very efficient in figuring and printing out for me. Didnt try to up-sale me. I highly recommend this location.

This is the 1st time I have went to Walmart Auto at 119th & Metcalf. I had oil inside my car and my expensive iPhone holder was missing. I tried to call a manager and was told they were all in a meeting...typical. Just check your car before you leave to make sure all your belongings are there.

Got me the tires I needed for half the price of my dealership, work was quick and professional, thanks guy. Ill be back for the other two tires.

What in the world is going on at this place? Their hiring practices are abhorrent. There is never enough staff on hand to serve you. It is always a 4 hour wait for an oil change. Just do us a favor and close down.

They rather have an argument between each other for over 20 minutes than do a 10 minute job. Waited over 2 hours for simple service.

It was your typical Walmart experience. Though the staff did go out of their way to help me save over $50.00 for two new tires by telling me there is going to be a Black Friday sale.

Lackluster service but cheap prices. I called to make an appointment for a new tire installation and told that there was a 30 minute wait and that I should just come in. When I got there I was told that it would be two hours. I sat down in the waiting room. Two hours later I got up to check and my car was in the lot. I asked and was told that it had been done for 90 minutes. No one told me, no call, no text.

Horrible, we scheduled work - 4 tires & an oil change. Took 4 hrs to complete an oil change. 4.5 hrs & had not started on the tires. Management involved 4 times. They comped the oil change, we left no tires. Every excuse in the book.

The service and prices are good. Close to Kohls and Dollar Tree if you need more things to do while waiting.

So I waited to get a flat tire fixed for an hour and a half. When it was finally my turn they tell me they cant fix it because company policy wont allow for a nail that is in that part of treads. Had them air it up and took it to MR Tires and they fixed it.
