Frequent emails with subject line like this one or similar: Re: Listing Lead (wealthy CEO). There is not a lead within the email. The email has a hyperlink which I do not click on when receiving random email from companies I dont know. Reply many, many times REMOVE and clicked on unsubscribe and still receiving unsolicited emails. (seems like for months) Ive even took the time to email the company directly and continued to receive email. THIS is Theft. Would never do business with this company based on what appear to be inferior systems in place. It Appears they have the inability to manage their marking systems and processes, specifically their emails.

Staff is very helpful. I have had some unique orders for different theater props and they always give good advice

This place makes EVERYTHING! But my favorite aspect is the service. Its like being at a small town shop. They remember every face and know your name and how you like your orders. I wont go to those other places where Im just another number... Ive been going here for years.

They keep sending spam mails.EditHi, in footer there is your full address. Please investigate, maybe someone is claiming to be your company (Klantenservice bol.com - they have your info for contact)

Excellent service. I purchased an item from an online auction and had mail and copy plus pick up and ship the item. There was a problem with the first trip to the pick up location so they offered to go back for a second time once I had the issues sorted out with the seller. Excellent service!! They are a great business! I had a package to send and it was after hours, so the expectation was it would not go out that day. Jennifer took the package to the post office and it went out that day! Superb service!!

Fingerprint machine wasnt working and told me to call back in a few days. This location is very far from my home and I planned on going somewhere closer. They told me that the other locations were lying about offering the service and not to bother because the other locations havent done fingerprints in at least six months. Had no problem going to a closer location (Arc Point on Broadway) the next day. Overall unimpressed with the way this company handled their machine being out of service and bad-mouthing a better option.

I needed some last minute printing and lamination done and Mail and Copy Plus came through with flying colors. Stephanie had it all wrapped up in a matter of hours. Great Job and Thanks.Bill Beard

The staff is the best. They get the job done efficiently and it is amazing quality.

Overpriced and no customer service! They sold me on an expensive upcharge to get my shipment delivered faster (6 days instead of 10). 2 weeks later, still not delivered. I returned to the store to get help. All I got was lip service. They promised to contact the carriers and call me back the next day ... never heard back from them. Ill never use these guys again! If you want your package to be delivered, you shouldnt either. Go to the UPS store instead.

I have used Mail & Copy Plus for almost two years and have always been completely satisfied. From business cards to magnets, to vinyl on my truck, they always do a bang up job at a reasonable price!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. On Oct 24th, I came just to mail something by FedEx. The lady at the counter immediately dictated to me to get my finger printed. I was confused. I asked her if this necessary just to send mail. She said she just assumed because I had nothing in my hand. My hand was full of folded papers, I was highly confused. Then I asked her about prices for same day and next day delivery, she ignored me TWICE (I was the only person in the store) and kept texting at the register. Laziness to the core. Never will I come back and I would never recommend these lazy people with horrible customer service. My company and affilates will never use these people.
