Okay, okay, okay. COME HERE!! I adore this place. Prior to COVID they would offer you WINE in the waiting room. WINE!! My lash tech, Chelbi, is always on point and I love coming to see her. I would recommend her over and over again but its so hard to get on her schedule because shes so amazing so see one of the other great ladies haha! The front desk ladies are always so sweet. I absolutely love coming in here. PERIOD

Ive been here a few times already and every time I go it is a wonderful experience. Always very accommodating towards all my needs and the work was superb.I usually get lashes that are natural looking and they look amazing. The place is very clean and the girls are wonderful.

I attempted to make an appointment today. I first called at about ten after 10am and no answer. I quickly received a text from a bot asking me how I can help. I requested appointment for lash lift and tint for today and they replied that I could do 1pm. I declined bc I had an appointment at 1pm already but ended up being able to move that appointment. I called them back about ten minutes after they offered the 1 and suddenly the 1pm wasn’t available but I could do 1:15…I said I’d go ahead with the 1:15 and THEN THE RECEPTIONIST LITERALLY SAID, “OH WAIT THAT IS ACTUALLY DURING HER LUNCH BREAK. WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO ASK HER IF SHE MINDS MISSING FIFTEEN MINUTES OF HER LUNCH?” Lol I said no thanks and made an appointment across the street at The Amazing Lash Studio and they did amazing.

Went on Friday for eyelash extensions. I followed the after care directions closely!! I bought their lash detox and sleeping eye mask, too. Now it’s Tuesday and they’re almost all gone. They checked up with me on Saturday via text and when I mentioned the excessive shedding they offered to fix it which was very nice, but honestly I’d much rather have them removed. The salon was nice and the staff was very kind.

Nicole and Kayla have been my go-to stylists at this location and they are both so sweet, professional, and overall amazing! I always leave happy with the results!

Awful. Over priced. The staff treats you horrendously. Constant fighting amongst staff. Snotty attitudes. Garbage ownership. Save your money and get better lashes done for less money that last longer. The only redeeming quality was a cute layout. That’s where it ends.

Went into Lash Lounge for a full set. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions. It was easy to make an appointment and the salon was clean and very cute. The process takes about an hour and a half. I was comfortable the entire time and almost fell asleep! Ive had my lashes for about a week now and I am very happy with them! I will be going back for a fill. I would definitely recommend!

My whole experience at The Lash Lounge has been wonderful from the time I walked in, to getting my eyelash extensions applied, to checking out at the front desk. All the staff members are extremely nice and informative. You can tell every single person working there has a true passion for what they are doing and want you as the customer to have a great experience. I went for the first time to get a lash lift and tint. After my first session my lashes didn’t lift but I still had to pay the full price and I left a generous tip. I then rescheduled to get them fixed. They were “fixed” but I was still not 100% happy with the way they looked. They didn’t lift evenly, each eye looked different and they were crossed and not even like they should look. I left a tip again. It hasn’t even been a few weeks and the lift didn’t stay. I also have lashes fallen out. I’m so disappointed and upset. I paid a lot of money for this service.

I had a wonderful experience at The Lash Lounge! Both Hope at the front desk and Chelbi my lash tech were friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is cute and clean and follows safe covid protocol. Booking is easy and prices are great in comparison to other lash studios in the area. I’m so happy I found The Lash Lounge at Corbin Park and will keep coming back for lovely lashes!

Sorry for the awkward close up! This is a before and after! I got my lashes tinted black and a lash lift. I am so thankful and happy with the difference! I feel so much for confident when I dont wear makeup now! Even when I put mascara on I really just do it to thicken them! They did an amazing job and I will be going to them for the rest of my life! Also, a very beautiful shop, very relaxing and comfortable environment. Very pleased.

The last time couple of times I went here I was giving it the benefit of the doubt, but each time I had some sort of issue. I felt like this place was a mean girl paradise and I was never really treated with respect. First of all, my lashes never lasted more than a couple days, compared to other lash studios where they lasted 2 weeks like they are supposed to. I have been noticeably laughed at by employees. Not to mention, when COVID hit they cancelled my appointment and never told me until I drove 25 minutes to show up! If I’m paying expensive amounts of money, I deserve to have a decent experience and regardless of reviews, this place has not given me a reason to go back.

I got my lash extensions done with Arenita at the Overland Park location and she is amazing! She is very friendly and nice and taught me some ways to help with the retention of my lashes. Everyone there is super friendly and I highly recommend!

Over priced and not welcoming. Have had 3 visits here and the retention rate is awful. The membership is just a ploy to get you to pay an additional month as ice you have to give a 30 day notice. ($65 for fill or $129 with membership with 2 fills included— where’s the savings here??). Had multiple experiences that I wasn’t happy with here and brought to both Claire’s (manager) and the female owner’s attention. She had nothing to say except it’s a business and that their lash girls are awesome. She did not try to alleviate the tension but if anything contributed to it. This is a hostile environement. It’s cute inside I’ll give them that- but that’s about it. And Hope (the receptionist in Overland Park was AWESOME!!)

Went to Arenita for lash lift and tint, and volume lashes! I highly recommend her! I absolutely love my lashes. Arenita’s work is incredible. I’ve had several people ask if my volume lashes are my natural lashes because they do look so natural on. 100% recommend her.

Tried sending them this email, have not gotten a single response. I’m super frustrated with my experience.Hi there! I had an Appointment with Nicole this evening at 6 o’clock. I came in because I got my eyelashes done for the first time last week and after an argument with my boyfriend I was crying a lot within the first 24 hours. This left my lashes super out of place and looked weird the next morning. I pulled them out thinking I would just pull the extensions out but ended up pulling out my natural lashes as well. So, I have a bare spot on my right eye. I came in today for a fill hoping to cover this area up and to be honest with you, the stylist was great and so friendly, however, I am really unhappy that I was charged $60 for a partial when they really look the same as before. I understand that not much can be done if there is no natural lash but I wish that was explained to me better and that they looked at least a little bit different. I don’t notice any difference. I really don’t have much money at the moment and I was too scared to say some thing in the salon I I would really appreciate a refund! It would mean a lot. I am super insecure and stressed out about this and I’m wondering if there’s anything you can do.Thank you kindly and I appreciate it.I have tried reaching out and still haven’t received any compensation. My eyelashes look the exact same and my stylist spent only 21 minutes with me.I’d really like my $60 back.Update : the owner called me and told me that there’s nothing she is willing to do. She said that since they did put a couple of lashes on that it was a partial fill, and will not refund me. I’m going to dispute this with my bank.

I’ve been going here to get eyelash extensions done, since the beginning of the year. Chelbi is who I go to, and she is amazing! Not only is she warm, caring, and easy to talk to. She is also very professional, and my eyelashes always look amazing after she’s done!! The receptionists are also very warm and welcoming from the time I walk in, to the time I leave. Relaxing and clean environment as well!

I got my eyebrows and tinting done by mikki. It’s the worst experience I ever had. Mikki doesn’t know how to do threading. Most of my eyebrows are left undone plus she used plucker more than thread.That’s not it, the tinting is a nightmare. Tint was applied above my eyebrows and inside my unibrow and absolutely no shape.I’m sorry mikki. I usually don’t write bad reviews but I’m writing it to help others to save themselves.

Edited-After my first appointment, Hope reached out to me to invite me to come back and have them try a second time. Nicole was very kind and did a great job. My lashes look awesome. I am blown away at the customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with their services. I highly recommend The Lash Lounge for beautiful lashes!The staff at this location is wonderful. The salon itself is beautiful and comfortable. I purchased the lash lift and tint package and was very disappointed with the results. My lashes have very, very little curl to them, and the tint did absolutely nothing. I would not recommend the lash lift and tint service. However, if you are looking to get extensions, I think you would have a good experience here.

I had lash extensions done by Nicole and she was wonderful! I have had extensions done for a couple years now at different places with at least 3 different people (now 4😉) and I have never had anyone be so gentle & thorough! The shop is wonderful & calming as well - I had a very nice nap! Nicole is my new Stylist & this is my new salon - I’m sooo happy!

Communication is terrible. I had a couple of communication issues. 1.) it was my stylists last day, but they wouldnt explain why I couldnt rebook with her until I demanded a reason and then they told me. 2.) they rebooked an appointment for later in the day without asking and then said that really it had been someone elses appointment with the same name as me and moved my appointment back.. by that time I had already decided to use a different salon. 3.) I very plainly told them in an email that I would not be using their services and to cancel my contract. I just received a reminder for my every two week appointment. Apparently, cancel does not mean cancel to them. The lashes they did were fine, but they are in general unfriendly and you can not get a straight answer on anything.

The staff is friendly and professional and I love the way my lashes look.

Arenita was wonderful! Any men who struggle with bushy eyebrows I highly recommend going to see her and get your eyebrows threaded, it was quick, easy, and far less painful than plucking, plus your girlfriend will thank you I promise.

Decided to make a last minute appointment after a friend referred me. I had the last time slot of the night it seemed, but Chelbi took her time to do my lash lift even if it meant she had to stay past closing time! While you wait they offers a variety of drinks, water/wine/coffee. The results of my lash lift are amazing, 2 coats of mascara & my lashes look heavenly, but also remember lash lift results also depend on the length of your own lashes, my lashes are a medium length.

Great experience with Christa for my brow tint and threading! She listened to what I was looking for and did a great job. The facility was super cute and very clean. Really welcoming and friendly staff as well!

I had never had my lashes tinted before, and went to Lash Lounge because they had an appointment within my time frame. I am very impressed with this location! The store is very tidy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The receptionist is WONDERFUL. She was friendly and welcoming, and she took the time to explain all the details of the procedure to me. My technician, whose name I knew I would forget and I did, Im sorry to say, was very patient and let me know that the reception mentioned I was nervous about the session. She took her time and explained everything as it happened. She was great to work with and very thorough. I have zero complaints about this lash salon and recommend it to anyone who would like a relaxing, luxurious experience.

The Lash Lounge in Overland Park has always been an enjoyable experience. All the staff are warm and welcoming, as well as, the environment is very relaxing. I tried lash extensions for the first time from another company in Overland Park, and had a terrible experience. I went to Lash Lounge for my eyebrows and for a lash removal and the entire experience was SO nice!! From the moment you walk in the door to when you leave, everyone is so friendly and we, the decor is cute and cozy, and they offer a nice variety of drinks to start your visit! Chelby did a great job on my eyebrow thread and tint, and was so gentle w my lash removal. She made me feel so comfortable during both visits, unlike the other lash salon I visited. Safe to say I will continue to come back over and over and can’t wait to someday try a lash lift and tint (extensions were personally not my thing). Thanks Lash Lounge!!

Lash Lounge is by far the best lash place Ive been to! The staff is super kind and welcoming and the beds you lay in during the appointment are so comfortable! Their membership is a great deal too! For $100 a month you get two refills and they always have availability at the time that I want!

Right as you walk in they make you feel at home, they offer you a refreshment of your choice, and they the setup of the waiting area is especially homey with the open, light area and comfy chairs. The employees are very nice and genuine, and they truly care for their patients. They wont do anything without asking you first to make sure its within your comfort zone. The final results are the best part! When you see yourself for the first time after your appointment will be so amazed at the amazing and glamorous work these gals do, I promise you, you wont regret it one bit.

I sent in an email request 1/6 to cancel my membership (which is a written notice) I noticed the full $109 (full month) came out of my account 1/19 when ($54.50 half month) just came out 1/5. They are now saying my written notice does not count and that I must come in to sign a form to submit my 30 day written notice. They cannot email the form. To top it off its during covid times where less touch points are desirable and they are making me drive 25 minutes to cancel something I already sent a written notice in for. I am now being told I will be charged again 2/20. A written notice is a written notice. I was planning on quitting temporarily because I am working over 70 hours a week during these covid times (I am a nurse) and its inconvenient for me to have this when they charge you the full amount if you dont make your 2 week appointment (I have been charged an additional $200 for reapplication) I dont have time to be that precise with my appointments. But I will never be using them again, nor recommending them! Beauty brands charges per time and refills have a small upcharge depending how many weeks out. I wish I would have gone that route to begin with! I havent tried them yet but a friend recommended them so we will see. I am not upset about the 30 day cancelation, but the way they are doing this is probably illegal.**since I cannot respond to their response I will add an edit. I am not going to waste my time on most of it but I disagree with what they are presenting. I was initially told no form can be emailed. Also, I responded to their email 4 hours after I recieved it. The ridiculousness just keeps growing. Even with my cancelation email on January 6th they will not accept it and I was not told until yesterday. Per their email today, my notice does not count until I email the form back which I have to print later tonight and send back. Which means they will charge me an additional month of $109. Bad business practices, there are plenty of other options. This is literally my only negative review on Google if you look at my history.

Lash Lounge is a very relaxed, clean and welcoming place. Front desk staff is accommodating and friendly and they serve refreshments while you wait (which isnt long). The lashes I had put on are amazing! I love the fact that on days I dont feel like wearing any make-up, I still look good because the lashes are long and full and really require no additional make-up. I highly recommend them if you are considering. They offer many options to fit your personal needs.

Wonderful, clean, relaxing salon experience. Lash extensions and tinting performed my Angela were great. Although the upkeep for the full lash extensions isnt great for my schedule, the team was able to come up with an alternative solution by doing a last lift and tint. Location is perfect.

Ive been for three appointments at the Lash Lounge. It is a STUNNING facility. The front staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel like youre long-time girlfriends. The offer for coffee, wine, and water during your wait is a nice touch.At the beginning of each appointment, the girls really take the time to listen and consider wjat you want and how you want your lashes to look. At each visit I wanted something different, and they were happy to help me achieve the desired look.The application process takes 2-3 hours but is completely relaxing. They give you a pillow, blanket, and music of your choice. I fell asleep at my first appointment! Since my first appointment, the Lash Lounge has updated the pillows which made all the difference...much more comfortable!I am completely satisfied with the final result! The lashes are beautiful. Ive received a lot of compliments. Its so nice not having to put on mascara every day. I work in a hospital, so dont wear a lot of makeup anyway, but the lash extensions are just the right amount for an effortless and beautiful look.Cant wait to go back and try out some of their other services like brow threading and lash tinting.

Loved my experience! They were kind, welcoming, and properly social distancing and following CDC guidelines.

I was not aware of lifting and tinting eyelashes until my sister told me how successful it was for her. She was absolutely right! I dont have a lot of lashes but the ones that I do have they really dont curl even with using tools and mascara. This lift opens your eyes and with the tint you dont really need mascara. Its a great compromise if you dont want to invest in lash extensions. I highly recommend.

This is the best place ever and my favorite thing to have done! I love my lashes so much and always receive compliments on them! They really make life so much easier! Like many of us I am a very busy mom that works. Very rarely do I make time for my makeup anymore! My lashes do it for me! I love the lash lounge, everyone there and my lashes!!

Nicole is one of the best stylists, my lashes always look great and I am always complimented. I definitely recommend the Lash Lounge for anyone trying to ease up their everyday makeup routine and go for a more natural look. Ive continued to have great experiences and all of the ladies are very genuine and friendly.Update: Im providing pictures to show, the lovely lashes and the fact that this is all I need for the day. I used to habitually incorporate liquid eyeliner into my makeup routine or I didnt feel ready for the day. Luckily, when Im looking to elevate my everyday routine, I can still incorporate eyeliner with the makeup line they offer in the lounge.

My stylist Nicole was incredible!!! I loved how she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable while doing my lashes and my brow tint as well as answering all my questions concerning them. I loved the how the environment around me felt and how easy she made everything. Thank you so much Nicole, Id trust her to do anything!!

Amazing atmosphere, it was super clean and relaxing and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful both times I went! This was my first time getting lashes done and they knew exactly what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! Wish I could give more than 5 stars

Update-I switched to a new lash lady as I was having issues with retention. I didn’t realize how bad it was until now I look the same 2 week after a fill as I did when I first got the fill, and the fill itself is much more full.. I would recommend looking for somewhere else so you get the best lash possible, I go to enticing beauty now and love it. Definitely less fall out, better retention, and overall much fuller lashes from the jump.I get my lashes done routinely every two weeks, and they always look good. The atmosphere and attitudes of employees are always really helpful and sweet! TaNeisha (I can’t spell names so that’s probably incorrect) does my lashes and I really enjoy her. She does a good job. She’s also dyed my lashes and brows which was a lot my comfortable than my last lady who did it and my eyes burned the whole process. I have substantially less fall out than when I tried the Amazing lash lounge, and I am extremely glad I switched salons. Pricing is decent, a little high if you get volumes and I also notice more fall out with volumes. All in all, love it here!

I got my first lash lift and tint and I’m very happy with the results and will be back. Very gentle, no discomfort and she talked through every step of the process.

I have used TLL for eyebrow threading and tinting, eyelash tinting, extensions, and fills. The staff is professional and respectful. The building has a nice ambiance and the music has had a good vibe each time I’ve been here. I have used several different techs (including Miki, Chelbi, Nicole, and Aisha) and am happy with them all.They keep track of your service details, so we know what works at what adjustments to make each time.Also, health and safety-wise, the building is clean and I feel comfortable going there as everyone is wearing a mask and using sanitizer. A temperature check is required before being serviced.Perhaps most importantly, I love the way I look each time I leave.

The Lash Lounge is a 5 star customer based Lash extension and beyond business. I have been going to them for over a year and I can say this is one place I could not live without! From the owners to the stylists to the products I couldnt be any happier. I love literally walking out the door with only my lashes on ...If you are on the fence about getting them just do it! You wont regret it.This is a top notch establishment!

Do not come here for threading!!!!! The person who did my eyebrows clearly struggled with a simple clean up, it was like they had never threaded before. My eyebrows ended up looking worse than before I came in and I have several small scratches on my skin. The person even started threading underneath my eyebrows without having me pull my skin taut which caused a large mark under my eyebrow. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded many times before but never had an experience as unprofessional as this one. There are plenty of much better places in OP to get your eyebrows threaded.

Had Chelby as my lash expert for my lift and tint. Was an amazing experience from first opening the doors to paying at the end. The front desk girl was super sweet and Chelby kept me entertained through the entire process. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. The entire staff is super pleasant and friendly. Hannah is my lash expert and she does an incredible job. I get soooooo many compliments.
