They were able to diagnose and repair an engine problem at a super competitive rate. I was able to schedule the repair at my convenience and they sent me text reminders of my upcoming appointment. Ill definitely be back.

I was quite surprised to see this location has 4.5 stars as my experience today was much less than that.Today I had an appointment that had been scheduled since Friday. I was there a few minutes before the appointment time. After waiting for 42 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, my vehicle was finally pulled in for a very simple transmission flush/fill. Usually a 30-45 minute ordeal. Over an hour later (at this point, I had been there almost 2 hours), it was finally finished. When I inquired if there was any sort of special pricing that could be extended to me because of the undue, initial 42 minute wait past the scheduled appointment time, I was told that their timer was broken and they had no way to log how long the vehicle was truly being serviced. Luckily for everyone, I wore my watch today! I timed the moment they had the car pulled in to when they were pulling it out. Around an hour and 5-10 minutes. Now keep in mind, there is a very, VERY clear message on the screen above the counter stating something similar to $1 off each minute past your quoted wait time. So when I asked about that, the rather unhappy person working the counter went to get approval from the owner. So, did I get a break? I did. Did they honor the posting? Yes... Very hesitantly and unhappily.So why am I leaving one star? Im leaving one star because of:1) The overall customer experience. The staff (especially the person working the counter and greeting customers as they come in the lot) are just unpleasant. I dont need cupcakes and lollipops when I go places, but a persona that doesnt make you feel welcome sets the tone for the rest of your experience.2) The lack of communication. Not once during my initial 42 minute wait was I told why my appointment was being delayed. I wasnt even led to believe the wait would be longer. I admit, when I got there, said person above DID say well get you in in just a few minutes. But that would lead a person to believe 5-15 minutes later, yes? And I would have been fine with that. But well get you in in just a few minutes should not translate to a 42 minute wait PAST your appointment time. A call saying were running behind, can you come a little later? would have been very appreciated.3) The uncomfortable waiting area. Yes, this sounds very trivial, but when a customer is going to be waiting a while on service, they shouldnt have to wait in a lobby with minimal - and I do mean minimal - air conditioning. At one point, I had sweat rolling down my back and had to go OUTSIDE, on a 90+ degree day, to get a warm breeze to cool off. Thats sad when its that hot outside, yet you have to go outside to get cooler. Even a fan inside would have been effective.So when you combine this with the person inside who had been there an hour longer than me, who came in for a routine fuel filter change, who then had to have their Entire Fuel Line replaced due to a mishap on Grease Monkeys part - and was also not communicated to, as they had to go into the shop to get answers on what the hold up was - my only take away is that there is a lack of care for customers. People pay good money for auto care and deserve to know what is going on with their vehicle. Any issue that arises should be discussed with the customer at that moment, not when the customer comes into the shop demanding answers because they have been given none. Its a very poor business model.So now you know why Im posting this picture of an empty lot at this Grease Monkey. Apparently word got around that they really need to step up their game; unfortunately, that word didnt make it to me or the other person who spent who knows how long waiting on their fuel line to (hopefully) be repaired.

Clean, professional and kid friendly environment. This business is courtesy and quick. Staff answers all questions and concerns, I am delighted to recommend them to all my family and friends...I most definitely will be back..

Chose to go to Grease Monkey because of the reviews online, so i thought it was fitting to really prove my experience there!Staff was so great to work with! It was a lady (unsure of her name) and I believe the owner. Both employees communicated to me very well what was going on with my car and what needed fixing. I was in and out very quickly!The waiting area was very comfortable, they provide water, coffee and snacks and a convenient bathroom. Overall I was very pleased with my experience here and will absolutely be going back and referring others I know!

Everyone was spectacular with us!!! Very helpful, explained and showed us exactly where all the problems were. They also told us what it would cost. They also went above and beyond on taking our tires off site and fixing them for us and was very inexpensive they did not gouge us on the prices compared to other repair places!!! I will always get there opinion and expertise on all of our vehicles. They are also very polite and very respectful!!! They definately care about there customers and there satisfaction!!! I’m always wary of going to get my car worked on. I feel as a woman sometimes you get gouged on prices on auto services. I walked in to a friendly and professional staff who were on time for my appointment. They gave me an oil change and cabin filter for a great price. I even had a flower on my dashboard waiting for me when I got back in my car!

First time in and they were very kind to me, they offered their services to me but didnt hard press me, which is important to me. I went in for a full service oil change and they got it done very quickly. I was treated very fair and courteously. I hope to continue taking my business to them as they are close to my job and I could take my car to them during my lunch break if needed! Thanks guys!

I brought in a coupon for oil change and Lisa said she had a better discount. After we chatted about the previous franchise owner, she noted the previous owners were focused on oil changes, but that they are able to do much more.

What a great place to get your car serviced. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The prices are better than anywhere else I have been. No one is trying to sell you things you dont need like at other service places. Really feel like I found a hidden gem here. Will be taking all my cars here whenever they need service.

Here from out of state for work so I chose Grease Monkeys based on reviews and will definitely make it a point to come back for next service. Efficient friendly service. Cleaned windows and even left a small car trash bag and dash wipe. Nice touch!

Great place. Was referred here from another shop that couldnt squeeze me in for a last minute same day oil change. They had easy online booking that allowed me to schedule the appointment about an hour out and the service was quick and professional. As with most places, they made some service recommendations that were necessary but were up front with me on whats recommended VS what they actually noticed. Id feel completely comfortable with my wife going up and being given advice from these guys. They also do the little things like check your tire pressure and fluid levels and top them off when needed.

My husband brought in his truck for an oil change and was beyond impressed with their service! I got my tires aired up yesterday and will be back soon for an oil change on my car! The place was clean and the service was great! Also the inside looked very nice and had a clean bathroom :)

Extremely unprofessional. They called me 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me they dont have time to work on my car and wed have to reschedule. After rescheduling TWICE they advised that the wouldnt be able to fix my car, and told me Id have to take it to the dealership. Then they refused to give me my keys until i paid an inspection fee for an inspection I didnt ask for and they didnt clear with me.Terrible customer service! They advertise in their shop that youll get $1 off your repair bill for every minute they go over the estimated repair time, however they dont honor this. One of the worst experiences Ive had at a mechanic.

Very Happy! I have an older vehicle that needed brakes. I didnt exactly know if it was all the brakes or the master cylinder.They diagnosed where the problem was and exactly what I needed, which turned out to be only the rear brakes. They explained everything they did and even hooked it up to diagnostics to tell me why my ABS and check engine light was on which was over and above what I asked for. They also left the vehicle way cleaner that it was when I left it! I love finding and honest mechanic that is fair and efficient. BTW...Owned and operated by Veterans!!! 🇺🇸

This place did a horrible oil change last time.(and I dont see how its possible to slouch an oil change).So much for the 10minute oil change. My wife and I were customers and we have started taking our vehicles to wal mart

These guys took my car on a Saturday at 11:00 AM for a standard oil change. They said they would call me when it was done. 3:00 PM that day I went to see why they hadnt called and they already closed for the WEEKEND!!!! They had my car locked up in their shop, no phone call or voicemail...NOTHING!!!! I had to go the whole weekend without my car.

Stopped in there today on whim since I work nearby and Walmart had an hour wait. So glad I did. I was told I needed to change my tranny fluid asap and my filter (without being pushy or trying to sucker me)Was never told that by the Walmart guys Ive been going to for awhile. The manager even gave me free filter with the tranny fluid which was $25 lower than Jiffy Lubes prices. These guys are fast and honest and that means a lot for this single gal. I will be back in 3000k miles!!

Thanks for leaving my wifes oil drain plug and filter loose. Oil filter was loose and leaking. Also the thread saver you attempted to reuse was not reusable and was finger tight. Luckily she lost most of the oil in the driveway and I fixed the problem before you had a lawsuit for an engine failure due to incompetence at a remedial task.
