I am a repeat customer for Carpet Direct. I have shopped all over and they had the best prices! In addition to that, I liked not having to drag carpet samples back and forth from the store. They come to your home with the samples!Susan Conway is great! she came well prepared with lots of samples. I was unsure of what types and colors of carpet I wanted to use. She is very talented at putting colors and decor together which is one reason why I am glad I used her. If asked, she will offer ideas and suggestions but not in an overbearing way which is nice.I informed Susan of my budget and she was sensitive to making sure we stayed within it.My carpet turned out great. I especially love the stair carpet which was a suggestion from Susan. I have recommended Susan to many people which I would not do if I was not happy with her knowledge and her customer service. You will be happy too!
