I came to KC Wholesale Carpet to purchase a rug. Through their guidance and help I was able to pick out a piece of carpet and have it bound to be a rug. Rob in the store was so helpful in carpet selection and checked in with me once a week to keep on top of the status of our project and make sure we got scheduled for install as soon as we were ready. Reliable, polite, timely communication. And Chris, the owner, personally addressed a very small issue we had with the carpet from the factory. He came to our home, twice, spending over and hour each time working to ensure the finished product was flawless and we were completely satisfied. That went above and beyond any expectations I had for customer service! Chris and Christy have a fantastic, customer focused business. We had hardwoods removed/installed and carpet replaced on the stairs.The hardwood install team was prompt, courteous and really focused on the fine, finishing details. Carpet install was every bit the equal of the hardwood team. Scheduled starts happened as planned and time to complete was as promised, but even with the supply side issues caused by Covid.Their selection of area rugs was great and we are thrilled with how the finished project looks. Took the house from the early 2000s to 2025!

They were a little expensive but we did order high end carpet!! The installer was fantastic!!Moved all of our heavy furniture by himself and what should have been a 2 day job he did in one full day!! Very nice and professional !!My rep was Brent and he was lovely to work with !!

We had 2 rooms and a stairway carpeted by KC Wholesale!! I give them the highest marks in all aspects of their service, from the moment we walked in the door and was greeted by Brent, who explained in detail all the options we had in style, color, price etc; to what was covered as far as delivery, installation, and things of that nature. Brent then came out after we had picked our carpet and brought samples and helped us pick what would look good in each room and in the stairway.Next upon delivery the team they sent out to install the carpet were the BEST, Father and Son, who obviously had a terrific working relationship, and did everything we were told to expect. We were extremely happy about the installation process and result.

At KC Wholesale Carpet I received excellent customer service. They had a large variety of choices for carpet and were very helpful in selecting something that would fit what I was looking for. The carpet installers did a good job at our house and the carpet looks great. My only complaint is that they were late to the job and I had to call and check to see what was going on. They just had to run by the warehouse and pick up more carpet on their way to the house, but it would have been nice to know what was going on. Otherwise, very good experience and Im happy with how everything turned out!

The staff at the store were helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices were good. They worked with me to install a dimpled carpet pad in my basement to help with any future moisture problems.

Ill first say that we were very satisfied with many aspects of our carpet install. Brigid was great. The installers were courteous and did a great job with our home. The carpet is beautiful and at a good price. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Chris that soured our overall experience. When we unplugged our four month old tv the night before the install it was working fine. When we plugged it in and turned it on the evening of the install (and after it had been moved in and out of our family room) there were lines across the picture so that we could no longer use it. I called and spoke to Chris, anticipating that he would be apologetic that something happened to our TV and offer to ask the installer if it had been bumped or potentially damaged during the install. Instead he was immediately dismissive and confrontational, saying we had no proof the TV was not working as a result of his crew moving it. Its true we have no proof but its rather coincidental that only after it was moved it was no longer functional. Our warranty wouldnt cover it as Samsung told us this kind of issue only happens as a result of physical damage, so we had to buy a new tv. Again, we dont know that it was damaged during the install but Chris was confrontational and said they there was absolutely no way his guys did this before he even talked with them. Im sure they are very careful but accidents can happen with anyone. Had Chris said, Im really sorry this happened to you, but unfortunately we cant be responsible for electronics... this would have gone a long way. Were reasonable people. Instead he was dismissive, condescending, and argumentative without being at all empathetic. Chris: I hope the way you treated us over our tv was worth the recommendations were no longer sending your way.

I really enjoyed working with KC Wholesale. Staff was friendly and flexible. Their choices & knowledge of carpet was also extremely helpful. I was dealing with high traffic and animals and they were able to steer me in the right direction.

Oh my gosh. After being put through the ringer with a big name company, Brigid, Chris, and their team saved us. I went in at 4 pm on a Friday, they were out to our house on Saturday & they helped us to keep our dates with the other contractors who we had hired, by coming in and doing the job the following week. After having such a bad experience with the other company, KC Wholesale Carpet just saved us. Great to do business with- Id recommend them over and over again.Even after the job was finish, Chris came out to double check the work. Their team really made us feel like a priority.

Incredible Sales Experience, Installation and Taking Care of Us 3 Years Later!Buying carpet in the past was so frustrating. Until buying from Chris Bradford, we thought that big box stores provided the best pricing... not true at all!First, Chris came to our home to see our lifestyle and color palette. He offered expertise on quality and color. He helped us with carpet for our lower level, bedrooms, office and stairs. He understood our price points and life style and provided many options - giving us feedback on the wear of many of the carpet samples.He allowed me to take home numerous samples and even came back to our home to help us to make the final decision.The price he quoted is the final price. Unlike our previous experiences, he did not charge us to move furniture, up-sell us on padding or add extra yardage in the estimate. He even gave us a discount for paying cash.Tim was the lead installer. He could not have been more pleasant or competent. There were no surprises, no extra heavy furniture items, no issues with sub flooring - just no issues. He is incredibly kind, hard working and efficient. He even helped me take up carpet in an exercise room - no charge!Almost three years after our installation,There was a slight bump in the carpet in our lower level. I took a picture and sent it to Chris and asked if he could help us or if he could recommend someone. A week later, Tim and Darren came out and fixed it free of charge. We had a similar issue with our last big box store purchase. The installer was out of business and we had to wait weeks for the carpet mill rep to come to our home. He said that the carpet was not guaranteed against high heels and dogs- seriously!!!!We also have purchased two area rugs that we are so pleased with years later.We will never consider going anywhere else for carpet.
