This is a legitimate scam. Look it up on the better business bureau. The people who work here are comfortable using any means necessary to make a sale, including physical restraint, bringing up past traumas, not allowing clients to leave, confusing them and taking their card before they can be stopped, etc. My friend was coerced into spending $3k on items worth far less and that many have reported are lower quality than what they show you in store, and she was completely manipulated and restrained until she agreed to buy the item. They kept her in the store IN THE CHAIR for an hour and 45 minutes. And of course they dont allow refunds. This place is a true scam, probably a front for something illegal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! Research!!!!

We had a very pleasant experience at Oak Park Mall with this company. We spent roughly $800 and as soon as we got home we start a value everything online. It turns out that they took over $600 from us total. Most of the stuff that they sold us they said it was valued at 10 times more than it actually was, they also lied to us and it’s not even their original products. I truly do not recommend this company in any form it truly is a absolute scam. And now because of it we are out a lot of money. Worthless

I must say this place is not what I expected. I have years of damage from being a “sun goddess” in my youth and have tried everything to get rid of it. This is the first company that has actually made a difference!! The price tags are hefty but the results far exceed the cost. Thank you so much to Jasmin and her whole staff. You guys are the best!

Great products and great staff. When you are my age you kind of just accept things when it comes to the appearance of your skin. Don’t get me wrong I have tried my share of treatments. So when little miss thing wanted to show me a “miracle” in a bottle, I rolled my eyes and gave her 5 minutes on the dot. I was pretty impressed by the results but not so impressed my her over the top sales pitch. I went ahead and took the plunge with about $700 worth of products. Seems like a lot but when you have tried as much as I have at a “Medical Spa”, this is pennies. I came back for a facial and the specialist there really knows her stuff. I’m now 6 months in and several products (and dollars) more invested and feel its worth every penny. My advice? Skip past the ones standing in the door and go straight to the top. Jasmine really knows her stuff and you can tell she genuinely care about each and every clients results (and budget).

Not to mention- if your livelihood is dependent upon sales, you’re gonna do your best TO SELL.That being said, I’ve never had a bad experience with Forever Flawless. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My skin hasn’t looked this good in all my 30 years.

A hidden gem. I usually try to avoid the counters who offer samples but this is a rare exception. I started using a regime from here that has completely changed my skin. Including a Vitamin C that is the best I have ever used!!!! Jasmine was able to find products that fit my skin perfectly. The commitment and general love she has for each client and their result shows. Not only did she listen to my concerns, she also offered professional recommendations. We decided on a treatment that fit both. I am now working with a red light therapy device along with my daily products and am very happy with the results. If you are looking for some place that will work one on one with you, this is the best place in Kansas City.

Spent almost 3Gs. Was told; we will get a custom plan for the products we bought. Well, after 7 calls, 2 voice messages and 1 email..... Still no response... Very disappointed would be an understatement. 2 stars cause Llam was cool.

I just want to personally thank everyone at Forever Flawless. I have been struggling so much with my complexion and severe elasticity issues in my neck and cheeks. When I was stopped I was mostly just being polite because this is my nature and I had already recently spoke with a plastic surgeon to do a cosmetic procedure. After speaking with Jasmin I felt she really had a strong knowledge about what she was speaking about and scheduled a consultation. I went to my first appointment with her and was in shock by the results. The products are a bit pricey so I told her I wanted to research a little. She was very supportive and said she would be happy to answer any questions I had. After looking through the online reviews I was a bit concerned but decided to move forward with the program. I am three months into my treatments and I could cry how happy I am with the results. I am so glad I put my trust in this company and the products. The customer service is incomparable to any other in the industry and the results are shocking. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing products that actually offer a noticeable result. I have really enjoyed working with this product line and am extremely happy with the way my skin looks. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I do however agree with other reviewers that the initial contact with employees was a little aggressive. Which is why I am giving four stars. I told them personally that they don’t need to be like this when they have such a great product. They just need to let it speak for itself.

Yes, please! This place is fabulous. I am really glad I wondered in. I’m in my early 50’s and this is the first year I really can say my skin has taken a turn for the worse. I feel like all the lines and wrinkles hit me at once! The staff here have gone above and beyond and taking care of my skin care needs and I can say with confidence that I feel truly “Flawless” thanks to the products and staff at Forever Flawless Oak Park. If you’ve never tried their products I recommend starting with the peeling gel and vitamin C, these are two of my favorite daily products !!!

My 2 friends and I went here and did not have a great experience. They wanted us to try the products and we did and then they asked for my friends credit card because they wanted them to buy them but they didn’t want to buy the product. One of my friends recommended their products. I tried EVERYTHING before and nothing cleared it up. Only Flawless products healed my skin. I use the peeling gel, foam cleanser, toner, and AM moisturizer. Perfect combo for acne prone skin. Ask for Kevin, he’s the best!!

Dont go in. They do a hard, used car salesman sell. I fell for it, like a fool. I knew better. I was sent home with a different product than I thought I bought. I was promised a facial the next week, it consisted of having more product smeared on my cheek, and another pitch to try to get me to buy 3500 dollars of cosmetics. Complained, after getting over my shame at being taken for a ride, asked for an exchange. Manager looked at my receipts with suspicion, said he could do nothing, and said the product I thought I bought was way more expensive and I would have to pay the difference. When I dared to speak in an angry tone, this guy took offense and freaking called mall security. Im twice this guys age and sitting in a chair. . Said I was scary. Save your money and pride and keep clear of these people. Ugh. Im afraid I left with a very unladylike gesture. Scary!!!!

You would end up spending from 3 to 9 times more than on Amazon.com.Also they would not give you a refund when you want to return their products unless you are a person with a disability!

I always assumed this place was another one of those island stores that come and go and treated it as such. One day I was feeling bored and allowed myself to be brought inside by one of the sample girls. I am very conscious of what I spend money on, so after being showed a product for dead skin and a product for eye bags I was hesitant to purchase. If you struggle with puffiness like I do then you probably have tried EVERYTHING on the market. This specific treatment took away the puffiness instantly, so...I bought it. The results lasted only about a day but I was diligent and used it three times a week as instructed. I am about two months in and my eyes look about 50% less puffy then they used to. It seems the longer I use it the better it gets :) They initially offered me a complimentary consult but I refused until I tried this product out - it cost an arm and a leg! Now that i see the products and the store are legitimate and worth my time I will be making the next step to start working on my lip lines.

If you have the money to spend, this is the only place you should be buying skin care from. I came in on a recommendation from a friend who has been coming here for years and I am so happy I did. I have used countless products from the bottom of the barrel to the top and none did what Forever Flawless has done in just a few short months. Everyone here is so helpful and welcoming that I really feel at home when I come for my monthly visits. They also back all of their products so the one time I did have a little sensitivity they exchanged it for another product without a second thought. I am new to the skin care world but sure am glad I found someplace that genuinely cares about their clients. Each time I come in I have at least ten new questions and the staff here are extremely patient and understanding. I have ventured in to some of the bigger stores but often feel intimidated by the overwhelming selection and general lack of knowledge by the staff. If you’re like me and need the one on one and are searching for products that will actually help all the damage you’ve done to your skin over the years this is the best place in Kansas.

I was a little skeptical to purchase products because of the like two bad reviews I read about pushy sales people but realized very quickly that these were comments from people with buyers remorse. The products are amazing and the staff are freaking awesome. I am a guy and feel weird asking for skin care advice so it was nice to talk to another guy who could help me get a clue on what I need. I felt ZERO pressure and was actually told NOT to buy something because it didn’t fit my skin type! The prices are fair, the products are A+, and the staff are knowledgeable and professional. I was really skeptical to try these products, largely because of the price but after a few months of using them I can confidently say I wont go any where else. I never thought my skin would look this again. Unfortunately when I was younger I did A LOT of tanning and my skin paid the price. At 55 I was becoming increasingly discouraged with the deteriorating condition of my face and neck. Considering my options options ;surgery, Botox, peel . I had seen forever flawless at the mall for years and never venture in . One day I decided to go in and see what it was all about.I had a free consultation with Jasmine . I was skeptical but I felt real trust in her and I decided to give it a try l. I’ve only been using the products about 2 1/2 months. I can certainly tell my face is making drastic improvements. It’s not a quick fix but I definitely see a long-term solution. Jasmine seems to take a genuine interest in her clients well-being. The other employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the staff and products. The products are certainly not inexpensive but so far I have been surprisingly satisfied. I plan to continue on my path of restoring a more youthful appearance with just as it says forever flowers!

They pushed me into the store even though i said multiple times that i wasnt interested. Then they said my skin care routine wasnt working for me (even though i told her many times that my acne was way better than it was before). And then they yelled at me because i didnt want to buy their products, even when i told them that i didnt want to buy in the first place. Terrible. And the product that she placed on me actually made me break out during the day.

This place is a MUST for anyone looking for a change in their skin concerns. The products are of the highest quality, the staff are both knowledgeable and actually LISTEN, and the results are beyond words!!! If you’re tired of wasting money on products that don’t work, give Forever a chance. A++

Very pushy. While I do like the products I feel like Ive been flim flamed! I am returning my products as soon as they open today. My salesman just wouldnt take no for an answer and insisted on whispering in my ear multiple times to quietly tell me the special deal he will make me alone. Then, after I have agreed to buy and have paid for my products, he tells me the goal of this entire ordeal is to have me buy the $7000.00 facial machine that promises to make me look like Im 20 years old again. If I have money to throw away I assure you I would give it to a charity for the homeless and hungry! That would make me feel prettier than any facial machine in the world! NOT HAPPY with this experience at all. If you have a good product you dont need all the hard pressure sales tactics. Ill feel better after I get my refund this morning. PS I got a hug at the end too but I bet you only get that when you buy!!!!!

They took advantage of my friend. They made him nervous and uncomfortable, demanded he give them his debit card, charged him $80 for skincare he didn’t want, and then refused to refund his money when he said again that he didn’t want the product. Taking advantage of someone’s disability is one of the lowest, most disgusting things a business could do. Don’t support this company.

I just want to reach out and say thank you to everyone at Forever Flawless. I have went through a huge weight loss over the last 12 months due to some chronic health conditions and a major surgery. I have always been a little intimidated by the skincare world because of all the availability of products on the market. The workers in this facility really have an understanding of different skin types and needs. Jasmin was able to recommend a regimen that was perfect for me. I was extremely worried because of my skin sensitivity caused by my Lupus but she really knows what shes doing. I warn you in advance that these products carry a hefty price tag that doesnt fit everyones budget but thats the only con. Because of Forever Flawless I feel confident in my own body, something I have been missing for many years.

I started with Forever Flawless approximately two years ago after completing aggressive cancer treatments that had aged my skin. I wanted to avoid injections and facial surgery that would look unnatural. Jasamine has been instrumental in developing a treatment plan to improve my skin. I have been very satisfied with the results thus far.

My acne was terrible, seriously I had tried everything! Well everything I could afford anyways. This product was a little out of my budget but it’s the ONLY thing that has helped my cystic acne. I’ve struggled for years and so happy they pulled me in.

The workers here are a little aggressive to the untrained eye but being a first generation American and coming from a very German family gives me cultural understanding :) I was pulled in by a guy who was from Russia I believe. He has a pretty strong personality that comes off pushy and a little angry - if you don’t understand his culture. He was showing me some products for my acne and eventually I bought just three out of like five he showed me. I wasn’t sure how well they would work but here I am about a month later and my skin looks legit amazing. I did need to stop by once or twice to get a little clearer instructions but each time they had patience and understanding. Kuddos to them for standing by their product and their client! I need to save up a bit of money to buy the rest but trust me I will be back.

This place is overpriced found the same product on amazon for way cheaper, the lady was very pushy and said if I was older she would go for me cus I am sweet, she also talked about my face and how I was so dirty DONT GO

Really don’t know that much about “skin” or the “care” it needs but do know I have been red in the face for longer than I can remember. I think the girl there said it’s called rosacea. Hope I spelled that right. Forked over a good chunk of change for what I call my blue light saber and after about 80-90 days my red skin is significantly less. I would say about 70% decrease from when I started. People working here know there stuff and always treat you right. Glad I stopped in and will definitely recommend to others.

Seriously, wow! I really don’t have words for how amazing this place is. Mora has helped me so much in the last six months. I suffered terribly from acne and the hideous scars they left behind and had exhausted all my resources trying to fix my skin. I even had laser resurfacing done that actually made it worse! Mora not only helped me get my daily routine in check, she also helped me find a blue light treatment that started reversing the scarring and preventing more acne. Now I won’t go anywhere else!

My Experience was deplorable. The management team should be embarrassed of the outright pushy and manipulative sales tactics used by the reps. I was literally yelled at while walking away saying I wasnt interested in the product. They Insulting my skin to try to pitch me into being what he had to offer. My wife was pulled in before and their product made her skin break out in hives, All the wile they were bad-mouthing Dermologica, a skin care brand that has worked WONDERS for us. Not a Dermologica rep, not even in the beauty industry. But staying MILES away from this place because of the disgusting salesmanship.Save yourself the time and self esteem, dont shop here.

The sales staff stand outside waiting on you to walk by and then bug you until you finally just have to walk away. Extremely pushy salesman. Started out as $175 and he was going to give us one for free. Then he moved the price down to $50. That’s not how retail works which makes me think this is a scam. If you look into the company they’re being sued and it’s an extremely sketchy business. Also when he finally let us leave when he realized we weren’t going to purchase anything he was very rude. If you’re going to spend that much money on a product buy something of quality. An $175 product won’t just be moved down to $50. Snake oil I’m assuming

All I can say is WOW WOW WOW. I have spent thousand of dollars on products and procedures for my skin. I am actually a little embarrassed to admit just how much! I was offered a sample my a super sweet worker and then shown some amazing products. I tried so many products that I decided not to go with the basics but did invest in something that has completely changed my skin care routine. THE PERFECTIO!!!! I am telling you in the three weeks I have used this my skin has had such a huge change!! Even more from the hundreds of dollars I spent on botox. Not to mention they provided me personal instructions and treatments for my individual skincare. I just finished my second treatment with them and cant wait for the next. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Mediocre products for a high price. Also disappointed that you cannot return the products (they conveniently leave this information out and only put it in fine print in the receipt). The salesman gave me a great deal, I got 2 products for free, but he was incredibly pushy. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and felt pressured into buying the products he showed me. At no point did I feel like I could get out of the store or situation and being the pushover I am I wasn’t bold enough to just walk out. I will never be shopping there or recommending their products to anyone, even if they “work”. Horrible company.

So sharing my experience at Forever flawless where should I start. A beautiful sales lady caught me as I was walking by in a hurry to go somewhere else. She would not let me go insisted that I let her talk to me for a minute about the product ask me about my skin but I use on it said I had some sun damage on my face which I knew. She made me a really good deal on the product which I had never heard of she demonstrated it on my arm which I have to admit Im kind of surprised me but you know youre always leery about stuff like that.So Under Pressure I bought the product. And was thinking that maybe I just wasted some money.On the way home I was calling my girlfriend told her what happened cuz I was late to be where Im supposed to be and I told her what I had did and that I didnt feel good about it cuz I probably wasted some money the stuff is kind of expensive.So I told her the name Hatter look it up on the internet cuz I was driving what she did and much to my surprise she said that the reviews were pretty good and that it looks like that I got a better deal than what they listed it for. So I can hardly wait to go home and try it!
