Very was refinishing a wash table from the 1800s and not all the handles were there and had to replace them I was looking for something with a nice brass antique look couldnt find anything in stock however the gentleman had a catalog of handles and was able to find what I was looking for so we ordered them said it would be 2 weeks before they got there and that itself is a lot better then not getting any !!!! What a fabulous little place! I searched and searched online and multiple store for replacement hinges for my house that was built in the 80’s.... didn’t realize it would be such a task. Bought 4 of the wrong hinges. Finally found this place. Took a hinge up there and they had an exact match!

This place has a great selection. Not the cheapest place but they have excellent, quality products. They have products across a wide range of budgets. You can get some very high dollar products but there is also reasonable priced products as well. It is worth your time to go and see this place.

Enough cannot be said about the customer service that I received in this store. They have an excellent policy of allowing you to borrow a few door/drawer pulls to take home and try out so that you can get the general feel of what they look like in your home. As someone who cannot picture a finished product like a designer/decorator can, this was extremely helpful to me. Because I was able to take them home and try them out the results ended being something I absolutely love!I went to every big box store, looked online, and their selection here was the best! If they dont carry it, they can order it. If they dont have enough in stock, they have no problem ordering your entire purchase so that you get the same lot number. Seriously! This place is the best.I owe my success to Locks and Pulls!I truly appreciate your business model and customer service! Next time I wont waste my time going anywhere else.

If you turn it, pull it,lock it,they have it. Shelf pins, door stops. anything hardware related, they have it. Cant find it at Lowes, home Depot, well I bet locks and pulls has it.

Great store. We have been visiting for years for our hardware fixture needs...to the point that we still stop in on visits to KC now that we live in Chicago. The size and color variety are excellent compared to what you might find in big box stores. Have never had a bad customer service experience and the staff is super helpful with questions.

After looking at all the big-box stores for pulls/handles for our new cabinets, we were sick of looking. Our cabinet builder told us about Locks and Pulls. WOW, I think they have any cabinet pull or know you could ever want. Very helpful service. Had some of what we wanted in stock and ordered the rest, it was in 2 days later. And cheaper than our budget! Cant beat that. Highly recommend.

This is one of my favorite stores. They have a HUGE selection of drawer pulls and cabinet knobs, and any kind of door, cabinet or window hardware you can imagine. They also carry a wide selection of bathroom hardware - robe hooks, towel bars. Ive looked at the big home stores and they might have a hinge or piece of window hardware I need, but not the right color. This place has it all. And if they dont have it in stock, they can order it. I had an old style lock that no one uses anymore, and they knew what it was and where to get a replacement. Their prices are also lower than the big home stores. Theyre helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I dont even waste my time looking elsewhere. Once you go in there, you will look forward to an excuse to go back.

Locks and Pulls sells what they say in their name. But they also sell hinges and drawer Glides and many other items. When I have a question about a specialty hinge theyre always able to help me and inform me on what I need to know. I went in looking for a part that I could not find anywhere local and they helped me get it. I also needed a hinge recently that the gentleman in the office completely educated me on the different types. They never make you feel stupid. And they totally help you find exactly what you need.

If you need a lock or pull, this is the place. The name says it all. They have everything you need, and more. My front door handle broke, took it in, they knew exactly which one it was, and ordered it for me. They even gave me a free door handle to temporarily use until my handle came in. Really nice and friendly staff, couldnt ask for more.

Locks and Pulls is the place to go! I am a first time homebuyer trying to navigate a DIY kitchen remodel. Someone was ready to help me out as soon as I walked in. Went in to this location last week and asked about a 1/4 Overlay Brushed Nickle hinges. They didnt have any in stock but the older gentlemen at the front desk looked it up and confirmed that this product would come in today(8/4/16). I called earlier in the afternoon and a women told me that they did have plenty of the hinges we were looking for based on the information I was initially given. I sent one of my guys over to pick up the hinges so we could meet our dead lines and when we arrived they told us that the hinges may of came in but they werent put on the shelves yet. I asked when do you usually put them on the shelves. They responded we do it as we go.... Whatever that means. Bottom line is if you have project dead lines or are given info on arrival time be sure to clarify when they will be delivered and when they will get around to putting them on the shelves because they obviously are 2 different times. They ended up saying these were back ordered and they will call us tomorrow to confirm when they will come in. I will update this review based on tomorrows customer service but I currently warrant 1 star for poor customer service or initially misinformation.
